A bad barrier-free environment, there is nowhere to put the car, so the hospital closed the parking barrier. There is no elevator in the children's department (children from 0 to 6). The elevator is only for staff or for visiting procedures, as well as with a baby and clothes, a bag, etc
. get full and go down on foot. There is no ATM nearby. The coffee shop is only in the reception department and the prices in it are draconian.
Of the advantages, I can write that good, qualified staff, thank them for their help! If for the sake of the children, then Mom will withstand everything, give these disgusting inconveniences!
Today 07.07.2024 we were at an appointment in the emergency room with Dr. Orlova. A very boorish attitude. I prescribed a medicine that could not be taken for so long. They were treated with hearing loss. The appointment was received only for the treatment of the nose. A very incompetent doctor
Nobody cares about patients.
We were in the ENT department twice. The first time was a polypotomy, the second was adenoids and tonsils were clipped.
No one came after the operation, there was no examination. The doctors did not come to tell us how the operation went and what is now possible and what is not. They just brought the baby, put on an IV, and that's it. There was no big flow.
There is also no information provided on how the operation will take place, what to expect, what options there may be to get out of anesthesia and what to do with it later.
Somehow my child had to get here, but I will tell you my impressions. We were in the neurological department for about a week. We came here feeling unwell, the child just fainted in the heat, but decided to get examined, because there had been no cases before -this was the first time. In the first days, the child takes tests, does ultrasound, electroencephalography of the head. According to the results of the tests, everything was fine, but my surprise was that the child had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks, especially since the doctors are all young now, as if they came straight from the courses. They don't know much about what exactly the child has. I still didn't like that they don't have the right to let the child go home for the weekend. The food seems to be good, but the child somehow complained that the food was cold. The wards are clean and tidy, I am glad that parents were still allowed in the morning and evening.
I was lying with pneumonia, the nurses were very friendly and we were on the same wavelength, the food was good, the buffet on the ground floor was very pleasing (I didn't have to live without coffee for a month)
I am glad that there were no complaints at the time of the child's stay there. Everything was solved, the doctor shared the child's condition in detail when calling. Thanks to Daria Mikhailovna, the doctor of the ENT department🙏
I read the reviews and realized that someone really got good ENT doctors. But unfortunately not for us.
At night, the child (1.9g) had an earache and a fever, the ambulance said to go here.
Everything was fine until the moment of entering the office, where it was already clear from the looks and sighs that we were not welcome and in general the "doctor" wanted to sleep at 6 in the morning.
Obscene and boorish attitude, disgusting answers to my questions.
The performed procedure "parocentesis" was provided without indications. Unfortunately, no one explained that this is an extreme measure of otitis media treatment. The procedure was performed and sent for hospitalization to another hospital. And now we are forced to treat the child not in comfortable home conditions (WHICH WAS POSSIBLE!!), but lying in the hospital.
We came to see Laura. They served more than 30 minutes. During this time, unidentified employees walk around, without badges. People sit for 3 hours with babies. During our wait, not a single person was taken at all. They leave the office, look at the queue, chat on the phone and that's it. And this is a children's hospital!??? I really want to write to the new Minister of Health
We got in with the child completely by accident. I was surprised by the level of service and the absence of many "NOT SUPPOSED TO" in the hospital. We talked to the doctor in a language that I understood, and explained everything in detail. If you want coffee, pastries or even a ready-made lunch, there is a cafe downstairs with reasonable prices, which is very pleasing. The only disadvantage during a hospital visit is the repair of the entrance group, but I think this is temporary.
I was lying with the baby in pediatrics, the doctors in the waiting room and in the department were good. Professionals in their field, the attitude towards patients is at the highest level
It takes an awfully long time to see LAURA, from 12.30 to 17.40 we spent waiting for an appointment. During this time, the child may pick up even more infections than receive treatment. The big request of the heads of the doctor is to somehow organize the work so that the day would not be spent on spending only 10 minutes in the office
The doctor from the children's polyclinic sent an ENT specialist for consultation. to the doctor. On Thursday evening, the queue was more than 40 people. We waited in line in a stuffy corridor for 3.5 hours. I don't understand how you can treat sick children like that.
We've been there a bunch of times, professional doctors, they do everything quickly, the entrance under the barrier, I've never looked for a place to park a car, I arrived and immediately there is a place, very kind, next to the ring, an electronic queue, children with serious injuries are always a priority!
We were lying with the child in the virus department. The attitude of the staff from nurses to doctors is remarkable. It's nice that there are real professionals in the country. The bad can be found in everything, but let's try to talk about the good that is. Thanks to the medical workers for their hard work and good health to them!
The most terrible sediment after the hospital. I went to the ENT department for surgery, because of the large flow of people, they were going to do it only 2 days later, although hospitalization was planned. And so, when they were supposed to have an operation, the doctor came and said that there would be no operation. The bones are still growing, after 20 years it will be possible to do it. At the same time, they did not say how to live without this operation. It is a pity for the time spent (why it was impossible to say this on the first day, and not keep it here for 2 days), it is absolutely not clear how to live without this operation, and doctors are not going to say at all how or to arrange at least some alternative treatment. If it were possible, I would have given 0 stars, since I did not receive any treatment or medical recommendations.
We got in with the child on Friday evening, it seemed like there were 5 people in front of us, but everything was very delayed. We sat for about 2 hours. Takes 1 doctor. To understand, first of all, children under one year old, the rest take turns and it does not matter injury, temperature, hospitalization.
Due to the constant otitis media of our daughter, we often go to the emergency room of ENT care. I want to express my gratitude to the doctors! Every time we receive emergency and qualified assistance, starting from a detailed examination of the child and ending with recommendations and appointments. Doctors are able to find an approach to a child. The daughter (2g.10m.) shows her ears, nose and neck.
Everyone in the admissions office is terribly slow. For 1.5 hours, the queue did not move a single person. At the same time, infants were still waiting for admission, who were already hungry by their time. People who arrived for scheduled hospitalization also sat in line for 1.5-2 hours.
Everything should be done promptly in the hospital, and not so that doctors chat with each other and with the registrar in the corridor.
I hate and hate this hospital again. He spent 2 weeks in the burn ward, only then the doctors decided to do the operation. Nurses are rude, I don't say anything about cleaners at all. When the catheter was inserted, they could not get into the vein in any way. The food is cold, the beds are old and barely holding up. And I was 9 years old then! Nine fucking years!!!!! The result: a broken psyche, a disabled condition of the hand due to an inexperienced operation and gastritis from eating. High! I would put zero, but it's impossible!!!!
A good hospital for children. An ENT doctor receives here around the clock, conducts examinations on a paid basis without hospitalization, free of charge by referral from a doctor. Professionals work here!!!
If you want treatment for a child, it is better to go for a fee. Doctors may be good, but where they accept a fee. We were there twice, the first time they prescribed treatment that was not necessary. And the second time they prescribed paracentesis without even tests, they immediately began to scare with intensive care and so on. And the child was cured in 5 days! But another doctor.
So there are no questions about hospitalization - doctors and nurses at the hospital are professionals. Claims only to "doctors" who work in the round-the-clock reception of the ENT department, the queue during the day can be just tin, but even if there is no queue, you can be accepted with a dissatisfied face.
I had to contact my daughter with a suspected broken nose. And despite the fact that we were registered in the Dzerzhinsky district, we accepted it without problems and without indignation. We carried out all the tests and examinations as expected! Thank you very much!
The staff has seen a lot. Basically, there is always a long queue for an appointment. Once we sat for 3 hours. First of all, they are taken with a temperature, children up to a year old and periodically an ambulance drives up comrades. An expensive buffet.

I wanted to leave a review-thanks about ENT doctor Martynova Medvedskaya Svetlana Alexandrovna. The child had a planned operation to remove tonsils and adenoids. Everything went clearly and quickly, the doctor explained in detail how the operation went, gave detailed recommendations, and encouraged the child. Summary: Martynova Medvedskaya Svetlana Alexandrovna is a talented, competent, sensitive doctor, who is now very much in short supply. And the most important thing is that after such an attitude, the child is not afraid of doctors and hospitals. Thank you so much for your hard work and endless words of gratitude.
It's a great hospital. If something suddenly happens, you will get to the doctor at any time. The truth will have to wait , but it 's understandable - there are a lot of children

I've been lying here for the 3rd week, in the neurological department. and I can say in one word - horror. I am on a planned hospitalization, and I have already recovered before it, but the doctors insisted on coming. I was waiting for a place in the ward from 9 to 15, because the eviction takes place only from 15, and the hospital told me to come at 9 in the morning for 2 months!!! I didn't sleep for 3 nights, a child was moved in with me, and even with a fever they didn't want to move me into a box!!! on the first day, they pump phenibut and that's it, which I can drink at home. and the cleaners are a separate conversation. Despite the baby in the ward, they break in as if they were at home! the only one + and for which I give stars - Anastasia Vladimirovna lun, the best specialist and the kindest doctor, thank you
Attentive doctors in the acute ENT department, I recommend Vitaly Igorevich Eromkin as a specialist. A friendly headmistress who meets patients halfway. The food is standard, no hungry people were seen during the 10 days of stay. The treatment is complete, there are no complaints, but there are few places - they have to be hospitalized on couches and sofas in the corridor. There are no paid chambers, although there would be demand.
The main entrance is not valid. ENT for the money that I got so-so on the ground floor. By the power of thought, without an instrumental examination, I discovered otitis media in the child, prescribed antibiotics... And then, as it turned out, during a normal examination, another doctor does not have otitis media. And all the treatment was reduced to breathing exercises... Most likely, they will not let you die if you contact problems and I think there are good doctors there, but it is still better to double-check the treatment with a couple of doctors, especially when it is prescribed without examination.
We were lying in February with otitis media with a 3-year-old child. Doctors are professionals in their field. Nurses too, not everyone will be able to put a catheter on a child who screams and breaks out. They find an approach
Of course, there are questions in terms of repair and condition of the building. It is quite acceptable, knowing how such facilities are financed by the state. Polite staff, caring specialists.
The staff is good, they explain everything clearly. it is clear that the specialists are competent. And unfortunately, there are very few parking spaces.
My daughter and I were in the 6th pediatric ward, a boxed ward for 2-3 people. For parents, there are ordinary couches and an extra mattress, which is not very convenient. Toilet, shower in the hallway. The refrigerator is also in the hallway. The attitude of doctors and nurses is good. There were no conflicts.
Great hospital! I really liked the rehabilitation department! Wonderful staff. Head Chalkina Kristina Alekseevna is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable and loving her job, a very accepted person.
Wonderful doctors also work in the 3rd pediatrics! thank you!
Of course, we have to wait. But at any time of the day, you can get qualified help in a timely manner. Thanks a lot to them for that. Always clean and tidy. If not for the reasons for the treatment, then the memories of this place are positive
We were lying with our daughters right after the hospital. The staff is attentive and polite, providing children at the level, the only disadvantage is the lack of free access for parents to the shower (it was open only at certain times).
