Rehabilitation specialists are the best in the Republic of Belarus, only mother and child can compete with them.
The head is a wonderful person, she helped and advised, even if she could just leave or send to another doctor. Thank her very much!!!
The doctors and hospital staff are wonderful, but the conditions are not very good, to put it mildly. It is always hot and stuffy in the boxes in the infectious diseases department. For parents, narrow couches with bed linen are worth their weight in gold. The blinds on the windows are stained and torn. The shelves next to the sink are very uncomfortable and flimsy. There are falling out sockets and one toilet with a shower for the entire compartment. This is a children's hospital, children have to recover here, and in such an environment it is impossible.
A good ENT. I liked the attitude towards the children. It is inconvenient only to go through the reception area to the elevator and stairs to get to the desired floor. There is a separate entrance, but we found out about it when we left
The main entrance has been closed for repairs for several years - and repairs have not even begun. There are no warnings about this anywhere, and they don't talk about it on the phone either. Keep this in mind.
We arrived with the child at the emergency room, just found where we need to go. There is no sign where it is located for children with fever. Then, when we found it, we ring the bell and the nurse comes out and asks what you need. We asked where to go, to which we received an answer."Wait outside." With a child of a year who does not walk yet and in the cold with a temperature, wait. I was BLOWN AWAY by her statement and arrogance, LET'S JUST SAY. Until we got through to the administration, no one was going to launch us into empty and vacant boxes. I ask you to set up the work of the emergency room and where people can wait if the boxes are all occupied. The doctors worked well.
They are not from Minsk themselves, but the child needed an ENT consultation and a nose scan. Everything was promptly done and accepted. They wrote a conclusion. Thank you very much 👍 Fast, electronic queue.
Many thanks to the doctor Vitaly Igorevich (I don't remember the last name) from the children's ENT department for being so sincere, hardworking and professional
The prices are state-owned and affordable. Laura didn't like the inspection and appointments at all. We went because they told me that there is a strong department of otorhinolaryngology there, but probably this does not mean that all doctors are equally good here
Good doctors. We were at a paid appointment, we were told to take tests. Then call and come for free to fully understand the problem. And not like everywhere else, every appointment is paid.
A hospital is like a hospital. There is a little lack of information about the repair of the main entrance.

We live at a time when there are not enough EXPERIENCED doctors in the capital. At least, as a mother, I intuitively want to trust a middle-aged doctor more: both with experience, but also modern. As everywhere else, there is a shortage of such doctors, and therefore we turn to those YOUNG people who work here. The child has been in this hospital for a long time due to prolonged bronchitis, and is also periodically brought here to the emergency room. So, despite the YOUNG staff, I want to THANK THEM for their knowledge of their business, modern approach to treatment, hospitalization. Personally, I have revised my views and now a YOUNG DOCTOR, a priori, does not seem to me to know nothing, I'm sorry. Thanks to the doctors of this hospital.
I also want to dedicate this review to the miracle doctor Leus Galina Vladimirovna, a gastroenterologist. She, according to the APPEARANCE of the child who came for the company, WITHOUT COMPLAINTS, sent him to FGDS, thereby detecting an ulcer in time. Thank you for your knowledge, experience and care.
To all doctors and hospital staff -THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE, and we
We can count on your professional help at any time of the day or night!GOOD HEALTH TO YOU!!!
"We started for health-we finished for peace"….My child was admitted with suspected gastritis, but he also had a BROKEN ARM, which was notified to me by an employee of the hospital number +375 (29) 674-79-90..Moreover, there are many questions about her notification..more on that later..How it all started: 06/11/2021 at 16.33 I was still at work when a frustrated child (son 11 years old) called me and said that he was hit hard on the arm, some 2 boys with whom they did not share something and the arm hurts a lot.I asked him to contact the med.the staff needs them to figure out what happened there. The son said that he had already applied, but they answered him, figure it out for yourself.Naturally, I had to call the hospital myself to find out what was going on there..I call and inform them that my son is lying in their ward in ward # 427 and explain that, according to the child, his hand was severely hit..I'm trying to find out what happened there at all, to which they replied: we'll call a doctor now, BUT now it turned out NOT now, when they realized that the evil mother was calling, they immediately stirred and apparently went to figure it out..Naturally, I 've been waiting on the line all this time..as a result, a woman answered the phone and said that she was the head of the department and said that your son was to blame, because of the girl something was not shared, everything is clear that nothing is clear. In order to resolve the conflict, they will transfer their son to another ward...And my arm is fine..they all looked at her there, bent over something, waved, there's nothing to worry about, they say everything is FINE.My son doesn't just call, there are questions for his hand. Therefore, I warned the head that if something goes wrong, I will come personally and write a complaint, because they have my son and they are responsible for him. The situation is unclear, I have not received a clear explanation ... yes, children..Yes, they did not share it, but there should be no broken arms or dislocations.!!!!!I called the child in the evening.. I told him not to worry, the arm would go away; the doctor personally assured me that everything was fine. However, in the morning, my son reports that his arm hurts even more..She told me to go to the nurse, I went..result:They sent me for an X-ray... waiting for the results..he calls back and informs me that he has been PUT in A CAST..And now please tell me:Is this normal??20 minutes after my son's call, the aforementioned madam calls me from the phone +375 (29) 674-79-90 and informs me that your son has been put in a cast... I ask does it mean a fracture after all?To which she starts talking bullshit, that NO it's not a fracture..to the question then why the plaster..she replies that they will still be on the phone with the traumatologist, she cannot get through to him..but they decided..but this is not a fracture ..I'm completely shocked..You put a cast on it..Is it just like that??I ask her..Woman, you are a doctor.: Do you even hear yourself talking?.the arm is broken, but not broken..but we put in a cast..If it's not a fracture, then why the cast???I ask: if this is not a fracture, why are you calling me??this is a fracture, but not a fracture, that is, then no..I still didn't understand where the traumatologist had gone.. Answer:I should have told you that he was put in a cast.It happens to children..It is ok..take it as it is , something like that.My answer is, then I must also inform you that there will be a COMPLAINT..I am interested in why they did not provide help immediately if it is a fracture..If not..why are you putting on a cast?.so to be safe or how it works..where is the traumatologist..who should examine the child and determine whether there is a transfer or not???The answer is that children do not suit me..You are responsible for my child and the demand is from you..!!!
I take the child only to the ENT department (often otitis media), the staff knows their business well. Thank you! I bow low to you.
It would be good if children with a temperature of 39 were taken urgently, they used to sit in line for more than an hour
They entered the neurology department with their daughter and left on my receipt.
In the department, children transferred from the infectious diseases department infect those who are healthy.
And the most fortunate thing is that we ended up in the same room with my mother and a boy over five years old (she probably turned out to be there for a scam) who was treated with antibiotics. As a result, my daughter also caught an infection from her.
Disorder in the neurology department, rude and unpleasant nurse Rita
The building itself is renovated, albeit not very fresh. But doctors are important in the hospital, and they are good here. There is a 24-hour ENT service here.
Adenoids were removed for a 6-year-old son, September 2022.3 days in the hospital. They don't want to let me in, but we can negotiate. The medical staff is adequate, the nurses are kind). The operation was ordinary, but it was scary, because it was still general anesthesia
I was very surprised , the friendly staff listened to the problem , sorted out the problem, explained everything like a child, prescribed proper and effective treatment, I am very satisfied
Excellent rehabilitation for newborns up to 6 months old. A very cool head, a good specialist. Doctors who do massage and physical therapy besides professionals are just nice people.
The closest in location, everything is fine, but there are few doctors (as I realized there are not enough), so I have to look in other places, even for the commission
I drove the child towards the ENT. A large parking lot, a small queue, serious minds at the reception, a lot of diagnostic equipment.
We were satisfied.
We lay with the child for several days, the medical staff is on fire!! Thank you for your kindness and clarity. But... shower with toilet.... Welcome to the past... and some wards are too far away, the child is scared to leave and run far away
We don't want to go to this hospital anymore. They were admitted with a child (2 years old) with a temperature of 40. There were no other symptoms. They took covid and flu tests from us several times, donated blood, urine and calluses, and did an ECG. I also insisted on an X-ray of the lungs. We were told that covid and flu are negative, lungs and ECG are normal. The only thing is viral blood (literally, "some kind of virus"). Our treatment consisted in bringing down the temperature and once we put an IV (glucose + sodium chloride). On day 4, we were discharged with normal tests and a diagnosis of ARVI (rhinopharyngitis). A week later, the child's temperature rose again to 40, we arrived again at the 3rd hospital, but plus, the child's tummy was cramping. We queued in the box for an hour, and before the doctor arrived, we took a covid test and a blood test again... The doctor came... After a lot of questions, he said that he could not accept us without a surgeon's examination. Go to your clinic, he says, and have a surgeon examine you. I explain that there is no surgeon in our clinic, examine the child here. But we were never accepted. As a result, we went to our clinic, she sent us to another one, from this polyclinic we were sent to the RNPC for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. After the ultrasound, it turned out that we had an acute respiratory infection with abdominal syndrome, an acute non-specific mezadent. So here's my question... What kind of doctors can't figure out what a child is sick of and examine him. Moreover, they should be discharged with a random diagnosis of rhinopharyngitis, at a time when the child has a temperature of 40 without concomitant other symptoms.
Change the girl for paid services, she seems deaf, because of her lost time and 20 byn. I called, asked if they were doing a pelvic X-ray, they answered YES, 4 byn, come before three, they arrived and she said that we were not doing a pelvic X-ray, I said that they said on the phone that they were doing before three, she said that she was answering the call, but they were not doing a pelvic X-ray. There is a recording of the conversation. We lost money and time.
They turned to an otorhingologist with the child for a fee, the doctor Alesich A.V., after prescribing a weaker antibiotic, which did not lead to anything, so the consequences are now manifested. It is a pity that doctors have such an attitude...
