A beautiful, modern polyclinic with a large number of rehabilitation rooms. Excellent doctors, average medical staff. Inside the clinic there is a pharmacy with medical equipment: walkers, canes, blood pressure monitors, etc. And there is also a regular pharmacy nearby, where you can measure blood pressure.
A very clean, well-maintained clinic. There are almost all specialists. The specialists are competent and understanding. It is very convenient that the women's clinic and the main polyclinic are in the same building.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to massage therapist Eduard Vladimirovich for his high professionalism, attentiveness and conscientious performance of his work! Thank you so much for the hard work, and such a sought-after work today.
Good health to you and good patients!!!
In early September, I took advantage of the free consultation of specialists from the 7th polyclinic in the lobby of the Trinity shopping center. The idea and the organization of the reception in the shopping center left a pleasant impression. There is no psychological pressure of hospital walls and queues. A calm business environment. I consulted with the head surgeon. Department of Surgery 7 of Vladimir Grishkevich polyclinic. I was amazed that, in order to clarify the argument, in a matter of minutes he found my X-ray taken a week ago in the emergency room of the emergency hospital, i.e. in addition to special knowledge and computer technology at a height!
I express my sincere gratitude to the doctor of the ultrasound diagnostics department, Lyudmila Romanovich Alexandrovna, for her high professionalism, attentive and sensitive attitude to patients, and conscientious performance of her duties. Thank you so much for your hard, but so necessary work.
Fortunately, I am not a regular visitor to the clinic, but I have something to write. I can immediately call the delivery of a blood test on coupons a huge plus. It is convenient, fast and there is no chaos in the queue. There are only positive emotions towards the employees of the polyclinic. They treat their work and responsibilities well and with high quality. The offices, corridors, and toilets are perfectly clean. Occasionally, only visitors cause a negative, but there is no way without it)
Getting through to the clinic is a task with an asterisk, but this is already a "classic" of such institutions.
The clinic opened three years ago, but they still can't get started. They don't do fluorography for children here, they send them to other medical institutions. There are no specialized specialists (ENT), you also have to travel to another part of the city. Among the advantages, the registry works quickly and without unnecessary questions. There is an ambulance station at the base.
A very cool clinic! New equipment, friendly staff! Everything is done so that there are no queues! And it's a big plus! You can always make an appointment and get to all the doctors!
Unfortunately, I had an experience of not very pleasant communication with a specialist of the medical examination department, whose clarifying question caused a very negative reaction. And so, in general, the clinic is like a polyclinic.
The work of the women's clinic has been done completely for a long time. The doctors are polite and attentive. They answer all the questions asked. The blood collection room in the consultation is always worked out clearly and accurately. As for the adult department, the general practitioner at the 1st site Shpakovskaya E. S. the doctor simply has nothing to talk about as a specialist. At her reception, you say that you have severe headaches in response to what you want in the current time, everyone has a headache, even the healthy ones. After communicating with this *specialist*, any desire to visit the clinic disappears, even in case of illness. Now about the work of the children's department: the registry works disgustingly (there was an appointment with a doctor for the evening, they did not call, they did not warn that the doctor was on sick leave for 2 days, they always sit dissatisfied). The children's neurologist Checked in parallel with the answers to the question, she was on the phone solving problems with her children and incorrectly communicating with her nurse in a raised tone with a percentage (fortunately, now another neurologist is taking over, who carefully examines the child, answers questions and gives recommendations). There are not enough narrow specialists like a pediatric cardiologist, orthopedist, endocrinologist and pediatric gynecologist to see these specialists, you need to go to Gagarin. The management of the polyclinic needs to monitor the work of their doctors, in particular, the fact that they are sitting on their phones and thereby prolong the reception time, not all but many!!!
I was at an appointment with the best assistant doctor Burd Ekaterina Sergeevna!!!The attitude is super! I want to come back to such medical workers again!
New clinic, new building, new equipment, new honey.staff. Convenient location, all specialists are on site. Electronic queue. The medical examination department and the women's consultation are all in place.

Previously, I always went to a paid clinic, because it seemed that in a free clinic, everyone doesn't care what hurts there. + it seemed that there were always a lot of people, queues, screams. But when I got to the 7th polyclinic for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is responsive, everything is on the ticket at the right time, no hustle. Doctors will chew the information several times and explain everything. I really liked the clinic, going there is a joy.
I have often appeared there recently, if you are ill, then you can get a ticket either in a week or through a doctor's call, but there is also a 3 option - we can be sent to an additional office for a health check where you will sit out a long queue, so that you can then go to the main office and sit it out there. The doctors here are 50-50, someone wants to treat, someone does not need it and they are ready to give you a certificate and just let you go home. Regarding the medical commission for the rights, it will be difficult if you take queues in only 1 office, and not in several. It is convenient that there is a pharmacy on the 1st floor in the polyclinic.
Excellent clinic. The inside is clean and tidy. Near the office of our pediatrician there is a corner from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, where the child is happy to play, waiting in line. As well as a TV with educational cartoons. There are a sufficient number of changing tables in the corridors in the pediatric department.
I like everything in the adult department too. The doctors are wonderful and friendly. At the reception, too, polite and good specialists work, they will always help and advise you how and what is best to do.
An excellent clinic, but there is one caveat: you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the operator to get through, but this is also due to congestion! Well, as it is, the staff is pleasant, there are many services, and pediatrics, there are many procedures!
The staff is very polite, although I am not registered in this clinic, but I consider the attitude to be at the highest level, compared to my polyclinic. Everything is clean, neat, I recommend
The ENT doctor could not recognize sinusitis. A neurologist recommends only doing exercises for fainting conditions. The pediatrician generally said that she felt bad too. No doctor has helped in this clinic yet🤦♀️
Poor organization of the work of the district doctor, you need to run and look for where to pick up what!

The queues to the therapist are terrible. You come to your time on a ticket and sit in line for another hour just to get a referral to some specialist doctor, and it's not a fact that you will get it. The results of the examinations are not handed over. I've been waiting in line for an ultrasound for more than a year, apparently I've lost the queue altogether. In a word, a MADHOUSE
I want to express my gratitude to Irina Nikolaevna Shafranskaya for her attentiveness, for her human attitude towards people (when applying for MREK to my disabled mother). I wish there were more such professional people. thank you!
The Trofimik family
There is a long queue for doctors, you have to wait 1.5-2 weeks. And then the recording is canceled and they offer to sign up again in 2 weeks.
There are constantly incorrect results in the laboratory, in particular, hormones.
Feedback from personal experience, of course. We have been serving in this clinic for several years. There have always been good, attentive receptionists, understanding, qualified doctors. In general, all questions regarding the state of health have been resolved or appropriate recommendations have been given where to continue treatment.
I would like to thank Andrey A. Shalaev, a general practitioner, for his sensitive and humane attitude to patients, high professionalism and a sense of tact. Good health to you, dear doctor!
They are called, of course, in turn, and not by coupons, and this is, as always, stupid and inconvenient. Thank you that the queues are not kilometers long.
Some doctors often start the appointment only half an hour or forty minutes after the start of the appointment time. However, all complaints are carefully listened to, tests and examinations are prescribed, which are necessary and which you will ask (related to the same problems), everything will be punctually told and explained.
There was still no doctor or specialist who would rudely communicate in this clinic.
Good staff. There are all specialists. The average waiting time. It's always clean.

It's good when it's good. Especially if you are healthy. Doctors change often, you don't know who will take them. Either a doctor with experience, or after interns. It's better not to get sick!
With a large flow of people, the building is clean, there are signs everywhere for the visually impaired, the staff is friendly, the administration is demanding.
A new polyclinic, a problem like in all polyclinics, there are not enough doctors. Recently, I needed a consultation with a urologist, he is not there.
An excellent polyclinic, good specialists, and a very well-established patient reception system. There is an online recording option, which is incredibly convenient. The reception is working fine! There are absolutely no complaints!
I have come across more than once that it is not possible to take a ticket to the doctor , but you come and there is no one under the office , it 's good that they sometimes go to a meeting and take it without a ticket .
There are no questions for the specialists themselves, the question is why time stamps are needed, if you don't pass through them, you end up sitting in line. Very annoying.
There is no one at the reception, you wait 10 minutes for the registrar. That's horrible. When you call to make an appointment, the attitude towards you is like being rude, you are sent to three letters in the registry for a very long time.horror.
The stuffiness is terrible in the narrow long corridors ((
It has become easier to get to the specialists and even often you do not have to wait long, I liked the doctor Kuzmenko-rheumatologist / therapist.
Many tests do not give you the opportunity to take them for free.
A wonderful clinic. The staff is polite and sociable. I did not meet rudeness or any indignation in any office. Everything is well explained and accessible if something is unclear. The infectious disease specialist is very friendly and positive. There is also a cheerful woman with humor in the ECG office. In general, the entire staff is like this - from the registry to the doctors.
And for those who talk about rudeness and disregard, I would like to say that such an attitude always begins not with the doctor, but with the behavior of the patient. The medical staff of the 7th polyclinic communicated well with me, because I started communicating with all doctors culturally and respectfully.
Conveniently located in the center of the neighborhood, good repair, modern equipment, the staff we had to deal with was quite friendly, queues during epidemics are quite large.
This is great for the Vishnevets district. It's really possible to get through to the reception: your call is queued up. There is no need to dial 100 times and hear short beeps in the handset. Modern equipment. It's real to get tested quickly
The staff at the reception desk is responsible.
They are constantly sent to doctors , doctors complain that they are not sending correctly . As a result, you arrive at an appointment, waste time, wait in line and the doctors send you to three letters. It is also impossible to make an appointment by phone, you constantly call to make an appointment, computers and phones are always not working, although you seem to be calling on the phone, they throw tubes, they answer rudely!
In general, it's easier to stay at home with your sores than to make an appointment and come to the RIGHT doctor!
Disgusting!
Doctors also respond and behave rudely!
The therapist who serves south 28 utters the phrases: "yes, who are YOU (although YOU didn't drink at the brudenshaft) so that I can say something!
Disgusting job!
