Very good hostess, comfortable rooms, everything you need, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV with 100500 channels, cold-hot water all the time. Shared kitchen, washing machine without additional charges. There is no gate that needs to be closed all the time. A gorgeous beach three minutes from the house.

A wonderful guest house.Friendly and interesting hostess and employee Victoria.(we will remember long conversations on warm evenings until 2-3 nights with a soul)We rested for exactly 3 weeks from July 21 to August 12 inclusive.The house is fully equipped with amenities, bath and toilet in the room,TV and Wi-Fi.Split systems in each room.There is a shop across the street, and the Nadezhda cafe is even closer.There is a shared kitchen.The barbecue area.There is always water, regardless of the power outage (this is a common occurrence in the Republic of Abkhazia).It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea.Pebble beach.Most of the beaches of Abkhazia are pebbles.The train station is within walking distance.As we are lovers of a relaxing holiday, without movement and discos, we really liked everything.

They asked for a refund of 48 thousand, at first they didn't want it, then they returned 40 thousand, and 8 thousand says for cleaning (it's not clear what kind, our eyes are round) . She took out the brain, as a result, she returned 7 thousand to us, and kept 1 thousand for herself. When she took the money, she seemed nice, but as they faced the problem, she showed her true face. Like she gave us rooms for 2,000, she made a discount of 500 rubles, and asked the neighbors not to tell us not to tell them because she handed them over for 4,000, but there are no such prices on the site for how much a room is rented. They deceive people. Before you rent a house from Ekaterina, think a million times whether you need problems. Ekaterina is alone in the village of Tsandripsh, keep in mind.
