A restaurant with budget prices and slow waiters. Delicious, although without frills. Room service is at a decent level, but it seemed that it depends on the specific employee. Everything you ask for in terms of service, the staff does. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and have everything you need for a good rest. I would like a later opening time of the bar at the reception. Also, the gym could be made free for residents.
The hotel itself, of course, remained somewhere in the Soviet Union, but such friendly, polite, hospitable and helpful staff there! Not all expensive hotels have such an attitude towards guests! We were with a child, they helped us to warm up the food, they gave us a kettle without any problems and a baby cot. We stayed there for the second year, and we are not disappointed.
Thanks to all the staff for their hard work!
Plus - friendly staff, clean.
Minus - the invasion of spiders on the balcony !!!
The biggest minus is the restorn! It all depends on the shift, everything is fine in one shift, but as soon as the shift changed, there was hair in the eggs, jam with pancakes fermented, and the chop was put on a swollen loaf (they had never seen such a dish) and the coffee became disgusting, apparently lavatso in his pocket, and a jockey for visitors. The restaurant does not pull in 3 stars.
In any season, no matter what, it seems as if all the rooms are occupied, but "there is 1 room for you" - a Suite. OK, we book, we arrive, and from the Suite, only the name. For the price of 130p you will get a room with a double bed, without TV, and a room with a sofa and a desk. The balconies are open, but for those who are afraid of spiders, a pleasant or not particularly pleasant surprise is expected. There are no questions about the restaurant (breakfast included in the room price), sandwiches with red fish, scrambled eggs from 3 eggs, vegetables, bread. As a result, even the exterior renovation of the hotel causes a desire to stay there, but the interior reminds us of what years we come from, and the good old USSR
We rented a room for two, for a day. I got a suite. Nice, cozy room with all amenities. It turned out that the price also included breakfast. A very good restaurant at the hotel, delicious and not expensive. And most importantly, the AIR. Before going to bed, they opened the room to ventilate, the room was immediately filled with the fresh smell of pine needles. Excellent service.
Great hotel
Service at the level of
The food is delicious
The rooms are neat - not a scoop
The staff is polite
Clean and tidy
, the location is convenient, everything is nearby.
I recommend
Dissatisfied with the menu in the restaurant, which is made by the production technologist. The food of besieged Leningrad. Slow maintenance. The lobby bar is empty because the employees are at the restaurant. The head of the restaurant is a harmless grandmother with hungry eyes wandering from boredom on the tables wanting to have a snack. The rooms are very old, the hoods are noisy, the TV does not show half of them. We do not recommend this hotel.
I liked it very much, but there was a suspicion that they rent expensive rooms first, and then cheap ones. When we were there, there were no people in sight, but we were told that only the luxury rooms remained. I had to take my word for it and take it, fortunately by Russian standards it is inexpensive
We stayed for one night.
In principle, I liked everything, the room is comfortable, clean, equipped with everything necessary. A large and delicious breakfast. Polite staff.
Convenient location, cozy room. The lake is 100 m away. Beautiful view from the window. Take a look at everything for yourself on the Walking&Travel channel
The rooms are fine, you can live, everything has a balcony, the shower is quite normal, the water has a strong smell, but tolerable.
The lake is not visible from the room because of the trees, so take rooms with access to the main entrance, get enough sleep for one thing, because from the lake side there is a constant buzzing of the restaurant fans and in the morning the rumble of a garbage truck.
The breakfasts are monotonous with a very incomprehensible combination of products.
If you want to go back to Soviet times, then you are definitely here!!! The rooms are cold, there are no slippers and some alternative was offered at the reception. The socket in the two-room room is the same under the table. Toilet paper, as if it had been stolen, and instead of shower gel - a piece of soap!!! But most of all, I was outraged by the drying in the restaurant - an hour before closing, they ordered venison and just a blatant answer: the chefs refuse to cook it because it takes a long time to defrost!!! People, please return me to the service establishments that at least correspond to level 3*, at the moment, what is here is lived - 3*. All that saves this place is its proximity to the lake, so it's better to think twice than to go to this place, so as not to spoil your vacation!
Everything is beautiful.polite staff but expensive.192 rubles 3-bed room for a day.Roughly speaking, you won't be sitting in the room overnight. You walk all day.lake.fishing.I spent the night and again the lake.fishing.strolls.by the way...for fishermen!!!to fish on any lake in Naroch, you need to get a permit from this hotel.10 rubles per day.more correspondingly more expensive. We fished in several places, no one checked. They paid for nothing.
The room was booked a month in advance. Spacious two-room suite. I was especially impressed by the whiteness of the towels. Fresh bed linen. The price included breakfast. The hotel is worthy of its three stars.
I got a double room on the ground floor. The room is spacious, about 30 sq. m. with a dressing room and a bathroom. The finish is fresh, without frills, neat. The beds are comfortable. The linen and towels are decent. Spotlessly clean. Refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, landline phone. For breakfast, we offered 7 options for every taste. The food is simple, fresh, and delicious. The interior of the lobby and restaurant, tablecloths, dishes - quite. The car was parked directly in front of the room windows. The work of the staff is without comments.
A huge hotel with normal service! There is no entertainment except discos on weekends. There is a small gym and billiards, near a burger joint, a supermarket... A great place if you want to sleep! Although the switches and sockets in the rooms are located "like hell", but the rooms are large and there are comfortable beds!!! There are elevators, the restaurant can organize a barbecue evening or a celebration of others.
The food is very unclear. Like in the old days, you pre-order food. (for an amateur). If you want to take something past the order, you have to pay separately. (why not include this in the total bill?). The service is Soviet-style and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and renovated. But still references to the past. It is better to drink alcohol before arrival. (Pricing is unclear on purpose). After 9 p.m., the city looks like Palanga at the end of September. There is no one on the streets, the silence is already scary).
In general, the impressions of the hotel are only positive, the suite was chosen, everything is at the highest level, clean, tidy, everything you need is there, the only moment was missing a kettle. The staff is friendly, a pleasant bonus is breakfast, thank you everything was delicious! We will definitely come again.
I really liked the hotel. The renovation is complete both outside and inside. Clean everything, everything is beautiful. The breakfast is super, the staff is as friendly as possible. The lake is 3 minutes away, the views are amazing! The most terrible thing was the invasion of spiders all over the building from the outside, so you couldn't go out on the balcony, but there were daredevils.
A good hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are good as in the apartment, there is a restaurant downstairs, they cook delicious food, but it takes a long time to wait for orders
Good hotel: comfortable, clean, friendly professional staff. The hotel has a restaurant with a wide selection of dishes. Hearty and varied breakfasts. Excellent location.
An ordinary Soviet hotel, we lived in a suite with 4 balconies, creepy paintings from the 90s, it seems to be a suite, but the renovation has long been obsolete. It was quiet at night, the restaurant was an ordinary Soviet dining room, but the food was decent and the price tags were very surprising!
A great hotel. Clear. The location is very convenient, close to the beach. Food- food is a bit problematic. It's hard to find a good place for dinner in the area. A small selection of restaurants. Breakfast to choose from. It was possible to select the menu in advance.
The rooms are nice and spacious. We lived for a week. The coffee at the bar is excellent. The restaurant is not very good, but the breakfasts are normal.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need. I was disappointed by the presence of a single outlet, and in the bathroom closer to the ceiling. A noisy company rented a room nearby. The administration did not take any action when applying. In general, it's not bad, but alas, I don't want to return.
A decent hotel. The rooms and service are good. The hotel has a restaurant with a huge selection of dishes. There is also a disco right in the hotel building in summer. It is very convenient to get to the lake 100 meters away. The center of the village is all at hand.
A good hotel, justifies its 3 stars, Clean, the food is delicious, the rooms are not expensive, the location is 300 meters from the lake and 500 from the spring
