A quiet, cozy, small hotel. The room is clean and cozy, has everything you need: including a kettle, hairdryer, cups, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower. Helpful staff, Very reasonable room rates. Parking in a gated courtyard. There is a restaurant. There are good reviews about it, but we did not visit it ourselves. The hotel is located in the suburbs of Polotsk in the private sector area. The center is 5 minutes away. by car.

Everything is even very comfortable. Not so far from the center. You can't walk , but the restaurant in the hotel is cooler than in the center.It 's both delicious and not expensive . Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. They said there was a parking lot for cars . Breakfast in the room in the morning is a so-so idea. It's no longer beautiful to sit in a closed restaurant. There is tea, coffee and a kettle in the room, but no one thought about water. There is no drinking water anywhere

The restaurant has an excellent terrace, gazebos, a green area and a pond with exotic fish. Delicious food, friendly waitress girls, it was nice to chat with them. We stayed at the hotel for three nights in a suite with a Jacuzzi. Among the advantages: a spacious room, a large bed and a blanket, there is a refrigerator, a kettle with cups and tea/coffee/sugar sets, a hair dryer, towels, shampoo/soap / gel. Breakfast is brought to the room upon request. The portions are large (keep in mind who is on a diet)).
Of the minuses: plates and utensils are taken away from breakfast, but dirty cups are not. The TV remote has a dead battery. There are no hooks or shelves for clothes in the bathroom. And I would also add a soap dispenser and a toothbrush cup to the bathroom.
The staff is polite, without complaints.
The restaurant is sooooo delicious. I recommend it!

The door to the room is made of "paper", whether it is closed or open, you can hear what is happening in the corridor equally well. There is a service station next to the hotel, it starts working from 8 am. If you wake up earlier, then everything is fine. The restaurant closes at 23.00 and opens at 11.00. Breakfast is brought directly to the rooms, from drinks - tap water (they said that there is a cleaning system) and instant coffee, if you want to drink something else, either wait until 11, or bring it with you in the evening.

We stayed in a 2-bed Standart room for 80BYN. We made the choice after reading good reviews, but we were dissatisfied. First, the location. In our opinion, it is not very convenient to walk around the city without a car. The taxi cost from 15BYN. The outskirts, the private sector. Secondly, the lack of a ventilation system. The window in the roof is so-so. We were in the rain. Accordingly, you will not open the window, and if the rain has stopped and you still open the window - mosquitoes and flies are the first guests, there is no grid on the window. Thirdly, the TV went on and off, it didn't turn on at all in the morning. Fourth, bed linen. There are 2 beds in the room and none of them had matching linen. In particular, the question of sheets, it is assumed that a person will not turn over. Because the sheet just covers the top of the mattress, it doesn't tuck in on either side. Fifth, but this is our joint, we did not see in the description that there is no refrigerator! We've been to a lot of places and this is the first time we've seen this. There is no refrigerator on the floor either. A rare traveler does not have food with him that does not require cooling. So we were extremely puzzled where to put them. Sixth, the bathroom shelf on the mirror is broken - it is missing. It's inconvenient, everything is lying on the sink. Seventh, audibility. The snoring of a neighbor, the screams of children or the sighs of passion - you will all hear. As well as breakfast, which is rattled by the appliances, the kitchen staff will carry to the neighboring rooms. Eighth, the balcony is for smokers. I haven't seen so many cobwebs and spiders in a long time. Ninth, there is no administrator on site.
In the kitchen. The food is acceptable, but the prices are unreasonably high. I read in the reviews about bramboraks and settings. Neither one nor the other is worth paying attention to. The settings are generally something incomprehensible - purely vodka with some kind of food coloring, nothing more.
In general, everything looks normal, but you notice a lot of flaws during your stay.

Delicious cuisine, especially liked the meat dishes. The snack is decent, not great, but pleasant. The waiters were careful to change dishes on time and take away the wrong dishes.
The music is quite old, perhaps the DJ's choice of music was based on the average age of visitors on that particular day. Otherwise, the atmosphere is cozy.

I can only write good words, very polite staff, we were at the very end of the working day, they waited for us, settled in. The rooms were clean and the renovation was pleasant. The bathroom is perfectly cleaned. Disposable products (shower gel, shampoo, soap), all this was available for the number of people who settled. Towels, bed linen - all of decent quality. We would love to stop again. The only thing missing was breakfast, the restaurant opened at 11, and we had to leave at 9. The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, tea cups, refrigerator.

I do not recommend it! We fell for the excellent reviews and a 5.0 rating. We arrived on Friday at around 9 pm. Tired from the road. There were 3-4 parking spaces, everything was already occupied. Loud music could be heard from the street. We entered a dark room, the reception is empty, no one, no identification marks that this is a hotel. Drunken men dance to pop music in the restaurant hall. My husband and I exchanged glances and left. The smell was musty and unpleasant. It's very dark. It doesn't look like a decent place, it's better to spend the night in a car than in such a place.

A normal place for a one-night stand on the road. Clean rooms of the attic type (at least I took one). Closed parking. There is a sane restaurant. There were practically no visitors, since they were at a considerable distance from their habitat. A few cars passing by and visitors to the bathhouse who came here specially. There should be more visitors during the season. Yes, events can be held. The hall is spacious and there will be a minimum of random passers-by.

The room has everything you need. The staff is nice, the room is clean. The only thing was an event in the restaurant on the day of arrival and the music was until 23-00, everything was audible in the room (but we were very tired and it did not prevent us from falling asleep. The location is convenient if you are by car, it's a long walk to the center. There is parking, which is definitely a plus. I recommend you to visit, a good option for a stop in Polotsk!

And we had a suite. The room has absolutely everything for an overnight stay. A small refrigerator, which even had a place in the freezer for dog food for all three days. Tea and coffee are in bags, who are used to drinking packaged. For lovers of leaf tea, there is a restaurant in the hotel building, from where you can order a dinner room. Early breakfasts, very hearty, albeit not a very large selection. But still, do not forget that the hotel has only 9 rooms.
There is a Jacuzzi in our room in the bathroom, which is very good after walking in chilly weather. The room is quiet, very cozy. Special thanks to the hotel for hosting guests with dogs.
We used parking spaces in front of the hotel entrance, but it is possible to park the car inside the courtyard.

Honestly, I expected more, I also looked at the reviews of what a wonderful restaurant there, but in fact, we ordered several dishes, ordered Draniki, they were greatly praised, they brought Draniki fried in sour cream sauce with meat, the only thing that was delicious was meat, the rest was bitter, the food does not match the prices, it turns out you pay very dearly for not tasty food. I do not recommend a restaurant.
As a guest house, there are also disadvantages. The extractor hood in the restaurant goes out into the courtyard, it is very loud and it works from 11 to 22, without the possibility of switching off, a couple of rooms go out into the courtyard and you will not be able to relax there, so be careful when choosing a private hotel.
The only thing I liked there was the yard, it's beautiful, but there are more minuses than pluses.

It turned out to be very stuffy to sleep on the attic floor. Condey is in the room, but I don't like sleeping with Condey.
Minus: a large double bed, but the sheet is fitted to it. No elastic band, no size margin. As a result, the sheet crumpled and slipped, my wife and I slept partially on the mattress. I didn't like it very much.
Overall a nice, clean room, friendly receptionist.
