Right now, lying on the couch in a great, clean room, I'm writing a review! Beautiful ,luxurious ,fed for slaughter (delicious) high quality! The staff is friendly, Murad the hotel employee is a wonderful person, and a professional in his field! Buses run along the beach often, I'm a tourist from Moscow, I don't turn around to call these minibuses a "whipped bus" as in the review of the higher! But for some reason, let's say people from the regions are dissatisfied, then they write that they will mix sand with pebbles, and it is impossible to enter! That's also a lie! The pebbles are 50cm, you step over, you swim, you enjoy the sea, everything is cool , the restaurant on the beach is stupid, the waiters are friendly! Another lady writes that the child stumbled when entering the sea, and before that she wrote that the child is a one-year-old (or she was not cut off or beaten off) and she is not happy, but I think no one-year-old child in the world will not go into the sea himself)))!!! My conclusion is that the hotel is cool, everything is solved, relax

We were a family in the summer of 2023, now everyone is of the same opinion - if Turkey, then only to this hotel! I liked it very much! We have vacationed in Turkey many times in different locations and hotels, this one satisfied all expectations, surprised with the beauty and size of the territory, the quality of food and daily evening shows. We had never visited them before, we went to almost everything there! I won't go into too much detail, but I can give you 100% advice from the bottom of my heart.

Everything is more than good, as in many A's. Large territory, restaurants and intermediate catering facilities, huge swimming pool, water park. One of the disadvantages, for me personally, is the distance from the beach. The hotel is located on the 2nd line from the sea, and compensates for this with a huge water park, large pools and excellent animation. The bus takes guests to the sea according to the schedule, the beach is good, it is adjacent to other excellent five. The territory of the hotel is divided by an underground passage, so the main building is separated from the entertainment area, and evening discos do not interfere with those who want to sleep. There is a real paradise for children here, a lot of goodies are prepared during the day in the cafe area, there is a children's club, children's slides, a lunapark, foam discos. The hotel is well located - you can walk to the center of Belek, as well as there is a good go-karting nearby. Luxurious!!! We are currently vacationing with my husband and daughter of 11 years. Everything is great. Considering that I didn't really want to go to Turkey, I expected a lot of drunk Russians, dirty plates and bad shabby rooms. We read the reviews, a lot of negativity. But the tour operator assured - the hotel is on fire. You won't regret it. He is always in the foot, and here is a special offer. They took it and did not regret it. It's just great. There's a lot of food, our eyes are running away, we don't eat that much. It's very difficult to restrain yourself when the whole family is on the move. We do not drink alcohol, but I have heard that it is very high-quality and imported. Used and alk cocktails. in a huge assortment. In the lobby, the girl makes amazing coffee and paints beautifully with foam. The most important thing for me personally is very clean. Everywhere. Including toilets. The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone. A restaurant on the beach, very beautiful, clean, stylish. There is plenty of ice cream, the child is happy. The pools are huge, clean, and 90% of the tourists are foreign. Very decent and cultured people. The staff is smiling and polite. Always clean dishes and tablecloths. There is plenty of entertainment for kids. We didn't go to the animation, but they say it's good too. Aesthetes will like it 100%. The rooms are fresh and beautiful. The staircase in the hotel is a special work of art. For a tip of 100 liras, the room is cleaned even with disinfection of the floors and balcony. Until they left a tip, they also cleaned well, but with tips they directly rubbed and starched the sheets. A special thrill. This is the first time I want to return to this hotel!

The hotel is good. We had a two-room suite in wonderland. The room is excellent, on the 2nd floor with a view of the hotel <Maldives>. A compliment is brought to the room - fruits, champagne, wine, sweets. This is the second time in the hotel, the first time we were in the main building, you can wander there until you find a room. The food is good, there is imported alcohol. The pool, the slides, everything is fine. But, there is one significant disadvantage, you have to take a bus to the beach. Buses run from the hotel every 15 minutes. Actually, that's why the price is lower than similar ones in Belek. The shows are standard, the pianist is great. I recommend. Especially for those who fly out of season, and you won't swim in the sea anymore.

We had a rest in early May’24. We really liked the hotel. The hotel is super family-run. 2 children's clubs with Russian-speaking staff. Good evening programs (for example, there were illusionists-winners of the Turkish Talent Contest). There are many heated areas with slides for children and adults. A large water park for adults. The giant pool was not heated, but the water was tolerable. It takes about 7 minutes by bus to get to the sea. The beach is small, but most people do not come here for the sea, like us.

The hotel itself is beautiful, unusual interior, everything is glowing, there are many transitions without the sun, and so on. We had a vacation with our daughter in June 2023. Nice hotel, huge, very huge territory! The pools are of incredible size. There are a lot of different activities for the child. Water park, children's clubs, children's pools. The show program is on top! Foam discos for children and adults 🤗 There is a bus to the sea all the time. It's a long walk to the sea. The beach area is small, but the entrance to the sea is good and gentle and the sand is shallow up to the buoys, you can stand. It's not scary for children to swim and let them go. In the main building (if the room overlooks the garden), you can hear the mosque (especially at night). The rooms are spacious, not small. The staff is cool, everyone is friendly, smiling, helping. Cleanliness everywhere! The animators are very cool (especially Tarzan and Mahmoud) From Anex, the guides are good, they are in touch with all questions at once, they help. It's great with the kids here.

Nice, beautiful hotel. A large area. Water park, swimming pools, children's pools on the level. Very nice, large lobby bar, with a terrace. The waiters work well. There are good guys working at the reception and in the guest relations department. They will explain everything and help. There is a mini bar in the room, the young man who replenishes it is very attentive and helpful!!! But, there are several disadvantages to the hotel. Very small assortment and tasteless food!!! And I also didn't like the two-room rooms!! They are made on the principle of trailers, and therefore there are no windows in the second room! There is also poor lighting. I don't want to stay in the room at all!

I am very disappointed with this hotel. The only food is very tasty and the room is well cleaned. And now to the most important thing:
The first impression in the first two days is WOW. The hotel is huge, which catches the eye: bars at every turn, many pools (one is sooo big), a lot of entertainment for children.
But on day 2-3, the rose-colored glasses disappear, and trash begins. Firstly, in the evening in all bars you stand in queues for 20-30 minutes. The waiters serve only those who feed them ($€), after 11 there is only one bar for the entire hotel (100 t sq m), and now imagine what a queue there is!!! Secondly, the huge beautiful pool stinks and it feels like this is the main toilet of the hotel , so we swam once during the entire vacation.
Thirdly, all the slides work at a certain time and it is impossible to get there! In the sun itself, from 14:00, people are forced to stand in huge queues and not everyone will be lucky.
Fourth: after paying a considerable amount of money for this hotel, you come across that a lot of things are paid here, when in other hotels, even in a lower class, everything is free. And here, by the way, everything is included in the morning. For example, Ala cards are paid here. This is the first time I've heard of this!
Fifthly, the hotel is not by the sea , they carry it on dirty buses, the beach is small, for such a huge number of people the hotel has a very small territory. There are not enough sun beds . Plus , it pissed me off that we can get a towel and hand it over only at the hotel . Imagine how with two children with a bag, a circle/safety vest and these towels we rode on a smelly bus.
They feed by the sea , BUT strictly at a certain time . As it is, there is only water in the refrigerator . Everyone is with children, and they will not give you any snacks in the form of ice cream fruits, and sometimes they faced everything 30 minutes earlier (and everything works from 12 to 16:00).
You can write a lot more about this hotel. But I honestly don't have the strength. Most importantly, things were stolen from my room, the hotel allegedly investigated for three days, but found nothing. That is, to my question that anyone can come into my room and pick up anything, they just didn't say anything. This is the first time I've come across this! For the first time in my life, I wanted to go home without waiting for the end of my vacation! The hotel has a contingent of both staff and tourists disgusting . There were a lot of gypsies there! Who of them stole did not understand tsagane or the staff , but the fact that the Turkish staff courted these tourists with respect shocked me! Please, if you value your money and your long-awaited vacation, either pay extra and go to rixos or a little lower class but to a good hotel (here the selectcm network is much better)!!!

The hotel is not worth the money!
I do not recommend it for holidays with children! There are cheaper and better hotels in Turkey!
Yes, the pools are large, BUT not all pools are accessible with children. Maldives-style pool, with sand - only 18+. There is a swimming pool with paths, but there are 18+!!!! If a child is professionally engaged in swimming, but he is not 18 years old, then he is not allowed, even after showing all diplomas and accompanying a parent - it is impossible! Only 18+.
Water park... Well, well... Very meager 2 compartments for different ages, the children got tired in 10 minutes. (There are hotels in Turkey with large slides where it was impossible to get the children out of them).
The cherry on the cake is Luna Park!!! Yes, it is here, BUT it is for a fee, not included in the price of the tour!!!
The beach on the Mediterranean.... From the hotel only by bus, but they will take you for free. The bus is packed to capacity, it's not a fact that you will leave at the right time, you just might not get on the bus!!! And the next one in 30 minutes, wait for it in the sun! Well, I will not write much about the fact that the beach is on a slope, a small, inconvenient entry into the sea - there are higher reviews.
From the advantage of a huge range of food, close to the airport (40 minutes by bus) and that's IT!!!
Where did such a price for a hotel come from?!
If you are without children and just like to take a dip in the pool and drink alcohol in unlimited quantities, then this hotel can be considered.

An ideal place , especially liked the sections of territories where there are no small screaming children with their parents , who themselves are not averse to losing a child somewhere . Amazing food, great staff. We have vacationed in Turkey many places - this hotel will remain one of our favorites, clean rooms with a pleasant smell. Comfortable beds . There are no problems with food at all . 24/7 food , alcohol , hookahs , everything is very varied and fresh .

Hello everyone I hope my review will be useful to someone. A couple of days ago we returned from this "miracle" hotel, I was vacationing with a friend and two one-year-old children.
To begin with, in order:
Yes, the hotel is luxurious inside, but that's probably all.
We were unlucky in absolutely everything, starting with the welcome at the hotel, which was not there. A Russian-speaking guy, a certain Deniz, came across at the reception, quite rude and unfriendly.
I checked into a room with a view of the construction site, dust, noise, dirt. He refused my request to move to another one, since I am with a baby and I can't even open the balcony.
To which I replied that my friend had been moved to another room a couple of hours ago without any problems, to which he replied: "you have different applications for rooms," then I said that we have one travel agent and that applications cannot be different, to which the answer was: "not lie to me here", to say that I was taken aback, to say nothing.
The request for the room indicated a large bed, as a result, there were two narrow ones in the room, we were both from the road, tired, the child was crying and wanted to sleep, I had to go down to the reception TWICE to have the beds moved.
My friend had no water in the room, and they were tired with the baby - they brought it only half an hour later.
As a result, I still managed to change the room through the hotel management.
In the dining room, they often did not respond to requests, and once they even brought a dirty children's chair after someone's child, who had just eaten. How do you like that?
I tried to change the broken mug in the room every day, but in the end no one changed it.
The food is delicious and varied, but fruits are scarce: oranges, bananas, apples, unripe apricots and watermelon.
Now about the beach:
As for me, the beach is disgusting, for such a huge hotel, it's too narrow, everything is on top of each other and we were OUT OF SEASON. It's a terrible slope, if you don't sit on the sunbed on the first line, then even everything falls off the table on the second one. The sand is mixed with pebbles, which the children were always stumbling over, the sand is ugly, the entrance to the sea is terrible, also with a slope of pebbles, that is, the child runs - immediately stumbles and falls.
The beach area itself is beautiful-grass, swings, a bar, beautiful pavilions with sun beds (for an additional fee, of course)
There is a bus that runs to the beach every half hour (maybe more often in the season, I don't know), but it's terrible. The air conditioner is rattling, the children are coughing, with strollers to decompose / fold / put - no one will help, when choosing a hotel from "instagram" pictures, they imagined it all differently, that it would be something like tuk-tuks every 5 minutes, and not a bus every half hour with air conditioning and standing people. A madhouse.
I will say this, if the beach is important to you and you and the kids like us, do not choose this hotel, it is very inconvenient.
Well, plus you're driving along the road around a pile of garbage - so-so.
Regarding the Maldivian houses and white sand (which we basically fell for :)))), this territory is designed for 18+ guests, i.e. you can't go there with children at lunch, it's generally for guests living in these very houses. At most, we went after dinner just to walk and take pictures.
The hotel is so huge that for all 8 days we have not learned how to find our room correctly from the first turn)), a lot of time is spent on these quests through these labyrinths, you can't let the little ones go too much, there are huge pools and slabs everywhere, even artificial grass on the playground)
Older children - there are a lot of entertaining things here, their own water park and amusement park, but we were traveling beyond the sea and the beach, so we lost the hotels.
Baby food is not very monotonous, what was given for lunch was rolled out for dinner, so I fed my yearling from the common table.
Well, the cherry on the cake was that at first a friend was poisoned, but quickly left, and then her one-year-old child, with whom they ended up in the hospital (to this day they are in an infectious disease in their city), and after just a couple of days "mowed down" me and my child, we also ended up in Turkish the hospital.
Fortunately, everything is fine, we were kept there overnight and released.
But there is something "walking" in the hotel 100%.
To summarize:
It was the worst vacation of my life. Going back in time, I would not have chosen Belek with its "premium", much less Granada Luxury Belek.
Money is wasted for a ruined vacation.
Thanks to only one guy at the reception, who always tried to help and spoke Russian, I forgot my name, Rafat, or something…

The most terrible hotel!! We came with a family of 5 people! They were poisoned 3 times in 10 days ! And the constant war for room cleaning !!! Everyone smiles at the staff anyway, but it 's impossible to swear every day so that the towels are cleaned and reported!!!Normal alcohol is taken out from under the counter and then in 2 bars in other places cheap swill !In short, out of 10 days, only 2 did not swear, and then because they were on the territory of the water park! I was at this hotel in July 2023. Everything is cool, an hour by taxi from Antalya, check-in at 14:00, swimming pools (bleach in moderation), a water park, a mini amusement park, children's playgrounds, animators are all here. A chic buffet. The room cleaning is decent. Every half hour there is a bus ride to the sea to the beach, there is also a cafe and a buffet. The staff is polite, you can ask all questions go either to the reception desk or to the Guest Relation, not all the staff knows Russian, but most of them know it, the rooms are spacious enough, I put 4 for cleaning, they clean well, but since you can take drinks to the rooms, they were too lazy to just wipe the table all 10 days of our stay in that room. it was stained with drinks, the territory is huge, there are free buses from the hotel to the sea, the journey time is about 5 minutes, the beach is good, there is a personal free restaurant for residents of their hotel, the food is excellent, the breakfasts are always the same, but the assortment is large, lunches and dinners always change, very tasty 5*, the pools are cool, it takes a long time to buy, the water park, which is very frustrating, not all slides and pools are available for everyone, some slides are 18+, even with parents accompanying them, and if they go with you on the same bun, the rescuers are not allowed to ride, for this 4*, drinks are very tasty, without restrictions you can ask for any drink, only one minus, there is no menu, the range of drinks is unknown, you just had to search the Internet for the names of drinks, say they will do, this is where my review of the Granada luxury Belek hotel ended, I tried to describe this hotel as colorfully as possible :)

We had a rest in the middle of September 2022. The hotel is great, we have been here 3 times already. There is everything for children (a child is 4 years old) it is always fun and a children's club with favorite animators (hello Maya) and slides with pools and a mini disco in the evening with an entertainment program. And of course the sea - we go for it.
I would like to thank the guides from Anex tour separately, it is always a support for tourists - attentive and caring.
Especially thanks to Shamkhal - he did not leave us in a difficult moment (we forgot a whole bag of warm clothes at the check-out) - he took things from the guest relations department and found tourists who agreed to bring our things to Moscow. Shamkhal , thank you very much 😊

We are currently staying at this hotel. At the moment, the hotel is almost completely full. Tourists are below the average level - this can be seen by their behavior. From different countries. There are few Russians. The level of comfort of the hotel is reduced due to such tourists.
I liked the SPA, I especially recommend going to Aysel's massage therapist. He does massage very well.

The hotel is great, the restaurant is great. The room cleaning suffered for the first two days, then it was fixed))) the territory is large, there are many pools, everything is clean. The show program is FIRE, there have been no repeats in two weeks. We rested with a child for 4 years, the child is delighted, the only minus is not the first coastline, but for us it does not matter.

We met in 2024 at this hotel. This is not our first all-inclusive hotel in Turkey, believe me, you should not even consider it for a vacation! They'll ruin it! Well, only if not in the form of a gift voucher to the enemy)))
A very boorish attitude towards the guests, with that from the management staff. If you are with children, know that they are not responsible for them (according to them) and said that we ourselves are obliged to keep an eye on our children. Playing outside by the pool, my youngest son fell into the water, not only did no one help him get out of the water, but we were also called as parents and demanded a written response indicating that we have no complaints against them and undertake to independently monitor the child on the territory of the hotel in the future.
There is dirt everywhere in the lobby and public places, the furniture is such that you do not want to sit down. There were water flooding somewhere in the places, they don't even do repairs (it's clear that it happened a long time ago). The furniture in the rooms also needs to be repaired.
The food is on "4-" both in taste and variety. There are probably 20 cats in the dining room walking and jumping on visitors. The maintenance staff does not pay any attention to this at all. And if you are allergic?
I do not advise you to take alcohol at all in bars, some kind of local liquid, I would not be surprised if they do it themselves!
In general, I will say this, this hotel definitely does not pull in 5 declared stars and there are much better hotels, I do not advise you to consider it for your vacation!
Yes, there are advantages there, of course, but considering the disadvantages, I advise you to consider other hotels. There will be the same advantages, it's Turkey!
P.S. I may be wrong, but there is a feeling that the attitude towards Russians is so-so…
