The perfect location, almost everything is within walking distance, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Take a taxi too fast from here. Cosmonauts metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The area itself is very cozy, 1-2-3 storey building in the very center. Very quiet. Regarding the hotel itself, it's a good three. The hotel is very clean, not a speck of dust! The rooms are spacious. The interiors are decorated with interesting paintings on a local theme. The staff is friendly and helpful. Of the minuses: there is no spoon for shoes, cold dishes prevail at breakfast (although you can warm them up), to clean the room, change towels - you need to ask at the reception (although it seemed to me on the contrary a plus), the water in the shower goes badly.

Not a bad hotel. Spacious room, clean linen and good beds. On request, they will provide soap accessories and change towels. There is always bottled water. It is located in a quiet location. You can definitely get enough sleep here. Good Internet, friendly staff. It will help and tell you if you need something. Nearby there are places where you can eat delicious food and drink fresh fruit. A point of contact if you need a SIM card.
Of the cons, it's probably a little far from the center (a little more than 20 minutes on foot), 10 minutes to the metro.
Meager breakfasts, but you won't be hungry. The coffee machine is not working (((

I'll start with a minus, but this is a minus of most local hotels, there are practically no refrigerators in the rooms. In our time and in your climate, let it be the smallest and cheapest, but it should be. Otherwise, in terms of price and quality, the hotel is excellent. The staff are well done, responsive, they will tell you everything, help you. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is good, there are no problems with water. The location turned out to be ideal for me, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, 20-30 minutes walk to the center.

Nice hotel. Quiet street. Large rooms. Excellent bathroom, shampoo.... Mattresses in Uzbekistan are hard everywhere, but, strangely enough, it was comfortable for me to sleep. There are interesting paintings by Dilor Mammadova in the corridors
We stayed 2 times, the last time the linen did not seem fresh (but this may be mistaken) nice young guys at the reception.
I asked for 2 rooms nearby, but they refused 2 times. Payment in cash in dollars, the Unionpay card did not work. If you do not need registration, you can not pay the tour. the fee is $ 3 per day / person.
A great classic buffet. Breakfast takes place in the basement, where you can also come to wash and eat your fruits.
If there are a lot of things, then keep in mind that there is no elevator to the 3rd floor.
Not far away on the same street, I recommend eating at the Fig cafe.
There are some problems with the address of the hotel on Yandex maps. When calling a taxi, carefully check the point on the map. The address of the reservation and the mark of the hotel on the maps do not match.

The hotel, although rather a guest House is not bad. Special thanks for the heating-in winter they heat conscientiously and free bottled water. The room has slippers, gel sets and dental cleaning supplies. There is also a refrigerator and everything to drink tea.
The room is large, but the TV is only in Uzbek, you won't look much, the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage, by the way, many tourists pay attention to this in reviews. The breakfasts are not bad, but the dishes are not delivered and the dishes have time to cool down by 9-10 o'clock, cold food is tasteless at all. This is a minus.
In general, the price-quality ratio is quite a decent option. If you plan your trip on a budget, then you would probably come back here again

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I travel quite often. We arrived at it in the evening with the children, they said the room was ready. In fact, the floor is dirty, covered in hair. The walls are stained, the bed linen is stained, with hair. It's just disgusting to be in the room. But since it was already late, the children went to bed. We cleaned the beds as best we could. They sent cleaners who came to clean the room at 12 o'clock at night with dirty rags and dirty brooms. We booked for 2 days, but ran away from it in the morning. Tomorrow is so-so. NOT TO THIS HOTEL EVER.

The hotel is not bad in a quiet location, 15 minutes to the metro. Breakfasts are more or less, there were not enough vegetables, instant coffee. But the worst thing is the lack of hot water, we lived for 8 days in this hotel and there was no real water all the time, for me this is a big minus. The photo is an advertisement for a hotel with a swimming pool, but in fact it is not there, they say that these are old photos and there was no pool))) Free, good wi-fi. We had a room on the 3rd floor, there was no refrigerator, there is a shared refrigerator on the 1st floor, and food was stored there)

Very clean and cozy hotel with excellent service. Delicious breakfast (buffet), 5-7 minutes to the center at a slow pace))) There is always water in the room (you can take it at the reception if it ran out or was not brought when it was cleaned). Towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryer are available. The room is spacious and bright (classic European room). There are very pleasant staff at the reception who help solve any issue! I highly recommend it!!

The hotel consists of several combined buildings. There are different rooms: compact, spacious and two-room. The rooms have good-quality furniture, comfortable beds, pillows and warm blankets. The central heating worked perfectly, but there was also a disadvantage - the rooms were very hot and dry.
The hotel has a good location, the center can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. There are grocery stores and catering facilities close to the hotel, a grocery market is within walking distance.
The breakfasts were delicious to my taste, a kind of mix of European breakfasts and local cuisine.
I want to say a big thank you to the hotel administrators for their attentive attitude to the guests and smiling!!!
I put 4 for the organization of breakfasts during the period of average load and imperfect towels (the quality is excellent, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired). Dear owners, work on this issue and the impression of your work will be even better).

Very, very average. Checking in at six in the evening, we found that there were no clean towels and blankets with duvet covers in the room. Since there were plans to take a walk, they didn't swear much, as they promised to fix everything. But at 9 pm there was nothing. Then for an hour and a half I just knocked out these blankets and towels. Amazing relaxation and frivolous attitude towards guests. I don't recommend it.

For Tashkent, it is an excellent hotel in a quiet location. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the bus stop/metro/supermarket. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the central part of the city, where the parks begin. Friendly, helpful staff. A good breakfast in the morning. The towels are washed, but worn out, some stains remain. There is an air conditioner.

We booked a suite in advance, the administrator wrote to us a few hours before arrival that they would not be able to provide us with a room (the reason was called the malfunction of the electrical wiring) after a long correspondence, we found out that they could provide a standard for 1 day, the next day they would be moved to a suite. and so it turned out, but the sediment remained. for 4 days there was never any cleaning, not that we took out the garbage ourselves and had to ask for toilet paper and water at the reception.
