There is no forced ventilation, which is why you have to open the window, otherwise there is nothing to breathe in the room.
Wi-Fi is nominally there, when used it either immediately falls off, or it works so slowly that you can't even open an Internet page in a browser, let alone watch a video.
There is no refrigerator in the room.
Upon check-in, the room is dirty, there is garbage in the trash can, circles from a cup on the bedside table, hair in the bathroom, stains on the sheet.
The service in the dining room broke the bottom: when a large group of tourists arrived on December 30, the service in the dining room (proudly called the restaurant) completely stood up, customers had to wash the dishes themselves in the kitchen, because clean dishes were over, and there was no one to wash them. The food also ran out, when I arrived at about 9 a.m., there was no food at all, one kitchen employee tried to cook something, but she could not cope with the influx of guests, she barely managed to wait for scrambled eggs, tea had to be boiled and drunk in the room, because boiling water also ran out in this institution.

I read reviews and wonder who is writing this. For me, this is the most lame hotel also with the name PREMIUM and rooms "Superior Deluxe Double Room". In fact, the opposite is true. When booking, I requested this room on the upper floors - when checking in, they gave it on the ground floor in front of the entrance and parking under the windows, downstairs there is a kitchen, next to the entrance and stairs, sound insulation is just terrible. I reported a late check-in at night, the answer is "we are very much waiting!". They waited so long that they didn't even change the bed linen with someone else's hair - they just made the beds. I had to demand to change everything at 2 a.m., and in response, wait until they find someone who will do it. But when the sheets and pillowcases were removed, there was a quiet horror at their appearance. IT's SCARY to SLEEP on such a bed! We came, changed the sheets and that's it! I had to demand to change all the linen again.THE HORROR! In the morning, the towels turned out to be old and dirty. They took it to the reception - silence in response. I had to go looking for it myself. The breakfast does not match the photo at all, well, very bad. There is no cheese, juice, a lot of baking, but old, dry and tasteless, the sausage is filthy, the apples are not washed dirty in the ground at all (I'm afraid the sliced cucumbers and tomatoes were the same), fried eggs are cold - heat yourself in the microwave. No one cleaned the room for 2 days (or maybe even more), the dirt is terrible. But the indicator of the attitude of the staff was the refrigerator, which we did not even require. After breakfast, they put it next to the door to the room, like -bring it in and install it yourself. So he stood like that for all 2 days, but the staff doesn't care!!!!
The location is for an amateur: around private houses, a quiet back street, metro 1.2 km, in the evening- go to the center for an amateur. Tip: look for a hotel near City Park - you won't regret it! (we lived there for a few days- super).
Therefore, think before booking this ostentatious hotel for such money, with such an attitude.

Clean... but very washed linen.
The guy at the reception always wants to cheat… He won't give you the change.
Then suddenly the terminal stops working and asks you to pay in cash.
They ask if it needs to be cleaned... but they never do.
It is very hot in winter because of the underfloor heating.
