Great hotel! The prices are affordable! There is a transfer from the airport, a safe in the room. On the 8th floor there is a restaurant with delicious cuisine and a very nice manager!

The restaurant reservation was not fixed, the room was given a double instead of a twin, they brought a double instead of a single, the water in the pool is very warm and smells of bleach.

Despite the renovation that is underway, the hotel creates a very good atmosphere for guests. Large rooms, included minibar, spa complex. Everything is fine, except for one thing - smoking is allowed on the stairs and not everyone closes the doors - it turns out very smoky in the elevator halls.
And the coffee machine broke down and no one even tried to solve the problem for 5 days.

Half of the reception does not know the Kazakh language. 3. In some rooms they hang paintings of naked women, they say everything about the interior! If you are a religious person, this is a problem! Although you can change the room, or remove the painting!
