We were there for 3 days, everything is fine, quiet, cozy, daily cleaning. The breakfasts are good, no frills, everything you need for breakfast is there. Coffee machine, service. On the first day, they asked for a replacement number, without further ado, they immediately changed the number. The staff is great, I would like to mention Damir D- who will always come to the rescue

We stayed for 3 days, we liked everything: the accommodation- everything is in the rooms and clean; the breakfasts are varied, hearty with fruits and vegetables; at the reception - the girls help with all questions, printing documents, issuing a certificate of accommodation for banks. The location is in the golden square, there are many restaurants nearby for every taste with affordable prices. I recommend.

A good place, in the center of Almaty, corresponds to its level. From the complaints - all 3 days the breakfasts did not change from the word at all, and the price tag for deluxe is at the average + level, so a solid 4.
I liked it:
1. Location - the center. There is everything nearby - restaurants, shops, exchangers, banks;
2. Room - cleanliness, accessories, everything is neat, soft and working. The hotel itself creates a pleasant impression, the kids will definitely like the huge aquarium with fish at the entrance;
3. The staff is polite, to the point, there are no complaints;
I didn't like it:
1. Breakfasts - have not changed for 3 days, the choice is also limited, although there is everything you need;
2. Sound insulation - I heard sounds from the corridor more than once and woke up, the fault was all the gap between the door and the floor;

A wonderful hotel in Almaty. Satisfied with the location, comfort, attentive staff, excellent breakfast. The restaurant is closed in the evening, but there are good restaurants within walking distance. I recommend the hotel, especially for business trips. The hotel also has the opportunity to hold a small conference (up to 100 people), there is a hall with the necessary equipment and lunch and dinner can be organized for participants. Excellent combination of price and quality!

Beautiful hotel, polite and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is done every day, the bed is snow-white. The hotel worthily confirms 4 stars. It is located in the very center of Almaty, near the Kok-tobe cable car. The view of the mountains in clear weather is simply magnificent. In the morning there is a buffet breakfast. The food is monotonous day after day, but delicious.

The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, everything was clean in the room, floor-to-ceiling Windows in our room, air conditioning, without which it is impossible to exist in Almaty in summer. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is average: the same thing every day. I liked: coffee, cheesecakes and watermelon.
The TV was not working, and after asking us to do something, no one came to us.

Of the disadvantages - there is no insect screen on the windows, which were very lacking, and for some reason the room cards were demagnetized every time - I had to go down to the 1st floor specifically to have them updated. The breakfasts are not bad, but not very diverse, there are also not enough containers that keep food warm - steamed /grilled vegetables would like to eat warm, but they stand in ordinary bowls and cool down

Even with a large number of guests, it is not noisy and you do not bump heads with other guests in the corridors. Upon arrival, they warned about early departure and that they would need breakfast to take away - this is standard practice and agreed upon at the reception. What happened in the end:
1. The same person at our eviction said that the kitchen was not working and he could not do anything.
2. They also did not have a room service - they also failed to eat when checking in.
2.2. And an empty mini bar in the absence of a room service! With an empty refrigerator running loudly (for some reason)😵💫
3. Well, when booking by phone, we were not asked about the number of beds and were given one bed in the room for two. I had to pay extra for the exact same room with two beds. 4. In addition to everything, the entrance door at the bottom has a large gap from the floor and the light from the corridor makes it very difficult to fall asleep.
For those who are used to staying in comfortable hotels, I do not recommend it, the service is the worst
P.S. the sheets are torn here, and judging by the used toothbrushes in the shower, the rooms are not properly cleaned 🤦🏼♀️

Clean, cozy, friendly staff. Daily cleaning service. Convenient location. There is a good Munich beer restaurant nearby.
We were in the middle of October, it's already quite cool outside, there is no heating in neighboring hotels, people are freezing, but it's warm here and the bathroom has a heated floor.
For those who are on a business trip, it should be taken into account that there are difficulties with paying by bank transfer from a legal entity. If this issue is resolved at the hotel, then it's great!
There are no problems with payment from physicists, all accounting documents will be prepared.

A wonderful hotel in the city center! Beautiful facade, beautiful interiors and room decoration. Elevators, silence, cleanliness and comfort. Everything is conducive to rest! There is a mountain view from the upper floors! There are quiet streets near the hotel, exchangers and minimarkets and a pharmacy, there is a McDonald's and a restaurant nearby. The staff at the hotel is polite, the rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is good, but there is no restaurant in the hotel, you will have to have lunch and dinner somewhere on your own. Eating in the city center is not a problem. Therefore, the overall impression of the hotel is positive and I would love to stay there on my next voyage.

A hotel with a good location. There are many cafes, restaurants, minimarkets, pharmacies around. The rooms are odorless, clean upon check-in. In the future, the cleaning of the rooms was lame, they were corrected if asked. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are not bad, everything is fresh, it would be possible to serve some dishes, at least a little warm.
But in general, the price is quality, good. I would have stopped again.

The service is excellent. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The room (we had a deluxe) is compact, clean. At the reception, the hotel employee Aibek was always friendly, polite and responsive. The location of the hotel is very convenient: ryabom Park, Astana Vision clinic, close to metro stations. Overall, the impressions are good. The only negative is the air conditioner in the room (they couldn't adjust it, they were a little frozen, but it's hot without it)
