A very cozy and stylish hotel in the mountains on the way to the island of Ritsa! A-the house is beautiful! The view from the hotel even in rainy weather is incredible! The owners are pleased with their hospitality and delicious breakfast! A bathhouse with a font from a spring and a view of a waterfall is a must have!

A great holiday home with very hospitable hosts. I spent a week here and didn't want to leave. A quiet place, clean mountain air, a comfortable house and an excellent equipped courtyard. The sea and local attractions are about 20 minutes away by car, the owners are excellent at prompting and orienting the area, giving good recommendations regarding attractions!

A nice hotel with friendly hosts, fresh mountain air and silence. Pleasant and comfortable houses equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, there is a chic barbecue area. The location of the hotel is very convenient for radial trips to local attractions, and the best beach of Abkhazia in Ldzaa is only 20 minutes by car. The impressions of the rest were only pleasant, I think we will come again next year!

A great place to stay in Abkhazia! We rested with the whole family for 5 days, we really liked the houses themselves, the feeling of privacy, fresh air and very beautiful mountain landscapes. There are a lot of places for walking near the eco-hotel itself, including with a child. We highly recommend breakfast - egg dishes, pancakes, juices and jams.

A wonderful hotel! We had a great time! Incredibly beautiful view of the mountains, well-groomed territory. It is clear that the owner puts his whole soul into it, each room is decorated as a separate kind of art, starting from the plaid on the beds and ending with the cutest mugs and a teapot! Special thanks for the warm welcome in August! A wonderful terrace with a fireplace, in which we had a great time with friends over a glass of delicious homemade Saperavi wine, which the guys also make themselves! And a sauna with panoramic glass overlooking the forest and a small waterfall is just love at first sight! 😍

We came for 3 days. The place is beautiful, beautiful territory and houses, friendly people, but there is not enough quality service;
- there is no way to get into the base, as the intercom does not work
- it's cool in the houses and there are insects
- there is no coat hanger at the entrance... and there is also no closet on the 1st floor (there is simply nowhere to put jackets.. )
- there is no microwave in the kitchen, deep for washing dishes, towels
- there was no toilet paper in the bathroom
.and many more little things that make up the concept of a living room service are missing
If this is not important to you and the main thing is the beauty of nature, then the place is super, but if you are used to comfort, then you should think about it....

We rested at the Grass Hotel in July 2022. I really liked everything . The view from the room is magical. There is a fabulous atmosphere on the territory. The rooms are clean and decorated in a European style. Quiet, complete relaxation. The only thing is that the price for the house is too high. Not everyone can afford it, but for connoisseurs of beauty and relaxation in the mountains, you can afford a couple of days.

Even when we were driving to the lake, we paid attention to the Grass hotel, we immediately saw a sense of taste and a systematic approach to service, it was visible from the road. When we were returning, we decided to stop by and at least get to know each other. The place turned out to be magical and very cozy, of course it was above our budget, but thank you so much for getting into the situation. After the coolness of the mountains, sitting in the living room by a live fire is priceless, but the whole house is thought out in detail - and linen and accessories all create an atmosphere and a pleasant impression.

Among the disadvantages: audibility, the common area is paid. There is no normal food and next to it is not the most delicious food that was recommended (I would say generally tasteless). The plumbing looks good, but the water is bad, and barely warm.
The host was adequate upon our arrival, even helped to cash out the money, because we only had money on the card, he did not bother us (the hotel was empty (including without staff), only a couple more in the next room). But on the way back to Moscow, I saw a lot of missed calls from him, I decided to clarify what happened. It turned out that someone had drunk a bottle of expensive champagne and he was wondering if we had done it. Considering that we were with the children and driving, and had no idea where the champagne could be stored, I didn't like the tone of the conversation a little - better tell us not to bring up the camera footage. We have nothing to hide, I hope that we looked through the records and found the one who drank this champagne))))) but such an attitude towards guests leaves a residue, of course.
