Pros: cool location, beautiful views.
Cons: as it turns out, this hotel offers only accommodation for not a little money, which means that there is no breakfast, no toilet paper, no normally flowing tap water, no proper amount of slippers and bathrobes, no bed linen for the number of people who have settled in, a bath for a fee that you yourself pay, hookah is free at first then it turns out to be paid, but it's not scary, the mood is spoiled, there is no desire to return to this "hotel" from the word at all.

If you are tired of the city and you want to stay (at home), then this is a great place to reboot. I ran away here and I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave. The houses are excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea and local attractions (of which there are many) are within half an hour by car. The place is super, the design of the houses is European, the views are spectacular. The only thing that upset me was the lack of a 2nd bathroom in a two-story house for 25 thousand rubles / day and the dishes are very unpleasant, sometimes with chips.

This is the worst thing that happened to me during the entire booking period! To begin with, the hotel owner is an absolutely inadequate person, he yells, throws himself, can use physical force.
The booking website says that there is a 24-hour front desk and common recreation areas, which is not true, there is no reception or recreation areas. They yelled at us that we were sitting on chairs outside the room. Let's go further, I'm attaching a photo of the hotel, so that you can assess whether this photo corresponds to the account - absolutely not!!!
The walls are cardboard, you can hear absolutely everything that happens nearby. There is no breakfast, as well as the kitchen, as well as the staff! Moreover, we discussed in advance that it is possible - in fact, it is not, but, as we were told, this is our problem.

DISADVANTAGES of houses:
- THERE ARE A LOT OF INSECTS IN THE HOUSE.. crawling on the walls, ceiling, furniture, bed...They fly around the rooms
If you want to sleep in a swarm of insects (beetles, bedbugs,...) Admittedly, that place is good
We left (practically ran away) ahead of the paid deadline... the money was not returned to us

We paid 36,000rubles for the house, they couldn't make water in the house all day, and moved us to another house! But they did not say that it was cheaper, we looked at the booking price ourselves and asked for a refund of the difference, although they did not return the money, first he transferred it to his wife, she to him! I already thought about calling the local police, in general, do not spoil your mood better
