The interior is not bad, but the stairs leading to the upper floors are simply terrible (the interstory platforms are narrow and 2 people barely disperse)
The food in the restaurant is good 👍
The bar has a small selection of drinks of varying degrees of fervor.
The location of the hotel is the main reason to stay in it. Nearby there is a theater and a pedestrian street, along which you can walk perfectly enjoying a mixture of architectural styles and a beautiful park.

We stayed at this hotel only one night on the way to Nur Sultan. The hotel has a beautiful interior, cleanliness, courteous staff, and a variety of buffet breakfast dishes. We had a suite, we took it, because it was generally the only available room in all decent hotels in Petropavlovsk. The room consists of two rooms, there is a refrigerator, toiletries. There is nothing to complain about, we were satisfied with everything.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and friendly. They didn't steam in the bathhouse, the smell of sewage scares them away. They either don't know how to cook steak, or they buy old cattle - the meat is tough and tasteless. Breakfast is so-so, sad.

We decided to launch a quadcopter into the parking lots of the hotel, but the security service came out, and instead of politely asking not to do this, they yelled at us and swore at us. Although we rented suites. We had a car with a trailer, in the morning when the fuses were started, they burned out, as it turned out at night someone turned over the power plug of the trailer.Most likely, the hotel's security service arranged such a trick for us. The hotel seems to be fine, but you can find a better one for the money.

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, everything used to be super, cleanliness,breakfasts,a la carte cuisine, but now, there are just no words, even that year everything was gorgeous, service,attention to customers! How could you slide so abruptly to the bottom, to my question, what happened? The answer was simple : we had a new manager !!! How sad it is that they do not put professionals, so it will slide in the service and kitchen, it must be tried ((((sorry, very sorry!
Now we will choose another hotel!

The first impression was not impressed!!!
Well, first of all: the room was booked through a booking indicated by 2 adults!!! But despite this, one thing was clearly expected in the room - one bathrobe, one set of towels, one set of toothbrushes, and so on ... why???? If the room was booked for two?! The cleaning is so-so: since the first thing I saw was a dead fly on the windowsill, in February!!! How long had she been lying there?) Breakfast is modest, but you can eat!! We didn't stay hungry, dinner caused more questions!! Since we had to stay in this city until the evening, the room was extended and we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant before the trip..
Unfortunately, they don't know how to cook there at all!
Caesar salad with chicken - the dressings were stolen, in fact, they brought dry lettuce leaves and all the other salad ingredients, the dressing was visible somewhere in the depths, but it was too little, so little that I couldn't even appreciate its taste, and whether it was at all! Greek salad is the same trouble: just dry sliced vegetables, so dry that I had to ask for an additional portion of butter, because it was more like sliced vegetables, not a salad! The cook is probably very greedy 😂
But then it's even more fun))) We ordered trout and sea bass! The waiter was clearly not in the kitchen, he assured me that trout was a red fish steak, which suited me, but they brought me a fish no bigger than a palm spread out on a plate! And it was a white river fish (I'm not even sure what kind of trout it is)! The second fish "sea bass" looked exactly the same, that's right one-on-one!!!! The waiter somehow hesitantly pointed his finger and said this is trout, and this is sea bass - for absolutely identical-looking fish))) A circus, that's all! As a result, we didn't understand what we were eating at all? What's it like? Well, for the public, without claims, it's probably normal, but it's kind of strange to me! We asked this question to the kitchen through the waiter - we never got an answer!
In general, there is a lot to grow!!! Obviously, something needs to be solved with the kitchen, and the rooms should be prepared more carefully!
P.S.: I read the reviews of other guests, it became clear that a joke with one bathrobe and a towel for two is not a maid's mistake, but the norm for this hotel! Well, that changes the case, I'll lower another race, because it's trash, gentlemen!
Dear hotel owner, how do you imagine this at all??! Well, then the appliances in the restaurant would be given out alone for two!!!

The rooms are nice, but too eco-friendly. There is a distance under the doors, there is a lot of wind, there is little noise insulation. Parking is a credit, there are always places. The breakfasts are horrendous. The reception staff is also very much in this style, does not focus much on the guests) Although maybe it's for the best, no importunity. While I'm living in this hotel, I'll try new options, then I'll add a review according to my preferences)

The room got "tired" for two very small, 2 people arrived at night, a room on the 4th floor with a bathrobe and other accessories for 1 person (they no longer began to walk, they called to bring it), the room was very cool when they arrived, the window was open.. there is an unwashed stain on the sheet...
What I liked was the breakfasts, a good variety of food and delicious, 4 stars for it!
In general, the hotel wants to look better than it really is.

A good hotel in the very center of Petropavlovsk. There is no elevator, which is a bit annoying when the location is on the fifth or fourth floor. I came across a very small room with a single bed in which it was almost impossible to turn around. The breakfast buffet was quite rich. The bars are open until 12 at night. Not far from the Pogodin Theater. And at the very beginning, the pedestrian streets of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I did not like the hotel, the cleaning is not of high quality, then they will not put soap, then there is no tea and water. The breakfasts are the same, every day, for example, porridge is too sweet for my taste, not everyone eats sweet porridge.
I chased mosquitoes and flies in the room every day, as there was no reaction to my request not to ventilate during the day. There is no elevator, it is not comfortable to climb with a heavy suitcase.
I asked to wash my clothes, so for some reason they were ironed dirty instead of washing. Plus, the hotel is located in the city center.

The stated hair dryer was missing in the room, it was brought after contacting the reception. For breakfast on the first day of our stay, the waiter brewed good coffee, and on the second day something went wrong and we did not wait for coffee. There are also questions about washing accessories, this is probably an article of economy. I don't put 5 for these little things, the rest is great.

We arrived at the beginning of the third night, rented a double superior standard, paid 30,000 tenge, the administrator told us that we would check out at 12 o'clock. Well, that's how we planned to spend the day, and go back to Omsk at night. Not only that, there was one set of towels, one bathrobe and one set of shampoo for two waiting for us in the room. In the morning I overslept breakfast, because I didn't have the strength to get up early, we went for coffee, after coffee we decided to stop by to change clothes, the time was 12.30, and already another administrator tells us that check-out is at 12 p.m., and it doesn't matter what time we arrived. It was very 'nice' to give more than 3,000 rubles to sleep for 5 hours and it is not clear where to go with things. If we knew such nuances that no one warned us about, we would never have settled there. The rest was ruined, thanks to your hotel.
