Friendly staff, cozy, quiet. Breakfast is a buffet, quite enough for anyone - men, women, and children. There are coolers on the floors. A big plus is the presence of a SPA included in the price, we signed up for a visit the day before or in the morning at 20 or 21 hours: an infrared sauna for 3-4 people, a hammam for 5-6 people, a Charcot shower for 1 person, a small round pool with hydro massage for 2 people, a relaxation area with 4 sun beds, 2 armchairs and 4 chairs near the bar, you can order tea, coffee, water and something stronger. Usually, as I understand it, up to 8 people are allowed in the SPA. And there is also a small gym. There is a convenient parking for 18-20 cars on the territory, there has always been a place. In general, I recommend it.

A nice hotel with its own parking, good breakfasts, and spacious rooms with air conditioning (I had a standard and air conditioning was) + very polite staff. Parking is good - with gates and not just a playground under a video camera.

The hotel is good, first of all, for its location, the presence of a large enclosed parking lot, cleanliness in the room, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower, good sound insulation (although maybe we were lucky because of the small number of visitors) and, undoubtedly, an excellent breakfast (special thanks to the chef for her responsiveness, smile, big delicious portions of the "Belarusian breakfast"). Of course, the constantly turning on, loudly working refrigerator in the room interfered, but this is the "trouble" of many Belarusian hotels (as well as not completely new, but quite working plumbing) - they got used to it. The hotel staff is responsive, pleasant to talk to, attentive.

I really liked the hotel! The staff goes to the meeting, at any request. The location of the hotel in the center is very convenient, within walking distance of all the sights of the city!
Of the non-amenities, there is a night club near the hotel. All night the drunks were screaming under the window. In the spa, in the Jacuzzi, they overdid it with bleach, it was very uncomfortable.

Everything is fine! No complaints. Polite staff. The only thing in the spa is the bartender (the girl) gave the child dessert while we were in the hammam. I think this is wrong. I understand that it is necessary to sell, but not in this way. Especially since we refused dessert. The room is cozy and pretty. Breakfast was brought to the room. Considering that we took 2 breakfasts, they still brought us 4 juices and congratulated our birthday girl.
