We came to this hotel for the second time. The first time was perfect, but now the dance school is dancing on the second floor from 10 to 23, and all the hotel guests are dancing with the school. Upon arrival, they did not warn about this, they do not make discounts on it, they said that these are tenants and they bring money. The hotel guests don't give a damn. Think for yourself, there will be no rest. Management should think about the laws of physics and low frequencies, which spread remarkably in the absence of noise insulation, and not just about profit. We won't come here anymore.

We had a family vacation, ordered a junior suite 316 room with a Jacuzzi. It is not possible to use this "bells and whistles" due to the lack of hot water. The staff is in the subject, but no one warns. The water is barely warm, the shower in the jacuzzi tub reaches the "navel", sorry, you need to kneel to wash. They offered other rooms, but after examining them, they stayed in this one, realizing that it was better. The breakfasts are modest.
