A cool hotel with a fresh renovation and friendly hosts almost in the center of Telavi. The price tag for accommodation is relatively small. The house was built in the early 80s and the owners managed to preserve the surroundings and atmosphere of that time. After our last visit in 2018, an excellent renovation was done. Each room has a bathroom, new furniture, air conditioning and a TV. The rooms are clean and cozy. The plumbing is working properly, there is hot water. In the morning, for a small fee, you will be served an excellent delicious breakfast. The price per night is 80 lari (2,400 rubles), breakfast is 20 lari per person (600 rubles). There are a lot of foreign guests. The hosts Marina and Temur are very welcoming and friendly, they speak and understand Russian. There is no parking on site, but there is room for three or four cars on the street. In front of the hotel entrance, you can buy fresh crispy Georgian bread - shoti. In the evening, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the balcony or from the third floor, where you can play billiards. I definitely recommend this hotel to visit. You will not be disappointed.
Going on a trip to Kakheti, we decided to stay in a small but cozy town called Telavi.
When choosing a hotel where we could spend the night, we chose a guest house.
Firstly, it has a very convenient location in the city center (all attractions are within walking distance). Secondly, the interior design is very interesting. And thirdly, good reviews about the hostess.
As it turned out, all this is true. The hostess of the house is Marina, a very pleasant and sincere person. Talking to her, it feels like you just came to visit your grandmother. It is very cozy and homely. 🥰
And the house itself resembles an old mansion, the most atmospheric place🇬🇪
