The architectural designs of the building are impressive. There is a smooth transition from the building to a nearby bridge. The interior is also designed with undulating shapes, you walk through the halls like through a maze. I don't really perceive contemporary art, but it was interesting to walk around the museum. I didn't like something, but I was interested in some of the works. There are several exits to the sites located outside the building. The spider is not interesting at all in the vicinity, but the dog, on the contrary, is very attractive. There are a lot of interesting things to visit in Bilbao, but I think this museum is definitely necessary to visit. Pensioners receive a 50% discount upon presentation of a pension certificate. Next to the museum there is a very pleasant park for recreation.
A pleasant art space, the exhibition is not so impressive, but it's very cool for a museum in a small European town! From the point of view of architecture, it is amazing!
Quite large-scale and unusual, I do not understand such art! The giant metal structure on the ground floor was especially striking! A huge area is occupied by scrap metal ! Forgive me, fans of modern art!
I'm not a fan of modern art. It's funny to wander among the thick huge metal plates for 30 minutes and listen to different echoes of your words.

I liked the atmosphere and the mood in the museum. There are many incomprehensible but attractive expositions. There are also many interesting and beautiful installations around the museum.
An interesting museum that allows you to rethink much of the surrounding universe, to look at familiar things from a different angle. Aesthetic space. A great finishing point when visiting Bilbao!!!
Bilbao is a very beautiful city, the Guggenheim Museum looks organically on the banks of the Nervion River and the architecture of the city. At the entrance to the museum there is a huge Puppy dog made of 40 thousand flowers. The museum itself is interesting, some expositions are periodically changed. If possible, then visit this place! Be sure to try pintxos snacks in local cafes.
Bilbao Museum: a big gurgle as a big disappointment. After visiting the Guggenheim Museum in New York, I rushed to Bilbao (the name of the town does not translate: Biel Bao is something like "bul-bulk") to compare with the exposition and interiors of the museum's branch in Spain.
And so, when the purpose of the trip was achieved, I was disappointed: the art objects around the museum itself turned out to be almost more interesting than inside. The second floor was closed: a temporary exhibition of Chinese art was being prepared there. Kandinsky, Dali and Picasso inexplicably disappeared from the permanent exhibition. The caretakers of the hall, to the best of their understanding of English, answer: they used to be, but now they are not. Wonders... Among the famous ones is Andy Warhol with his 150 Marilyn Monroe. The entire exposition can be bypassed in half an hour as a result. But around the building of the ship made of titanium scales there was such a positive floral 13–meter terrier, bright tulips, a spider (the composition is called Maman) and other installations, and it was raining so nasty outside that I wandered around the museum on 30.04.2018 (although usually Monday is a day off) for an hour and a half.
