I liked everything about this hotel! Especially the quality of service, very polite and attentive staff. And this is not a template phrase, but they are really very sensitive and responsive. The hotel is clean and very beautiful!! The location is convenient, you can walk quickly to the center.
Of course, hotels in Uzbekistan cannot boast of breakfasts, but comparatively it was a solid 4. Nevertheless, I advise you to eat outside hotels, in principle, everywhere in Uzbekistan.
I highly recommend this hotel!!!
The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, a gorgeous terrace on the top floor.
We were dissatisfied with the recommendation of the hotel manager's restaurant.
I really liked the hotel. Everything is very beautifully decorated. The cleanliness is perfect. The staff is very polite and attentive. I liked the breakfast. There was plenty to choose from. Thanks! I recommend this hotel!
The hotel is located in the center (200 m from Gur Emir and about a kilometer from Registan. We had a clean and cozy room. There is a patio. The restaurant is located on the roof. There is a veranda, so you can listen to the muezzin singing in the evening. The breakfast is excellent. Friendly staff. We arrived at 8 a.m. and were immediately checked in, without any questions
A very beautiful colorful hotel. Delicious breakfast. The room is cozy, everything you need. The staff is friendly. We stayed one night . Minus: the window overlooked the courtyard on the ground floor. Under the window, employees talk and smoke until nightfall-smoke out the window.
I really liked the hotel itself. Breakfast is a buffet. The rooms are cozy and clean.
In the evening, we decided to sit on a summer picnic on the roof. Unfortunately, the work of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. But it didn't stop us and we went for a walk around the city at night.
A very beautiful, chic, new hotel. The staff is responsive and attentive, they respond instantly to any little request, not to mention some kind of problem. The rooms are clean, large and with high ceilings, and, not least, there is a chic restaurant on the terrace that is open until 23.55h. If you arrive late at night, you can have dinner and go full and relax after the road. Our family was very pleased with the staff. We recommend it to everyone, you will be satisfied.
Excellent location, pleasant interior, but the most important thing is the hospitality and cordiality of the staff! Our birthday came on vacation-the hotel staff ordered the cake, flowers, firecrackers themselves, in the morning they congratulated the whole team - very touching!! All the guys are trying and working hard! Gulya and Ismat are the best!Prosperity to the hotel and the whole team!
One of the advantages is the excellent location. The breakfast is not bad. A couple of bottles of drinking water daily. I didn't like the way the room was cleaned. The room was on the 1st floor, and it was inconvenient to go up to the 4th floor for breakfast without an elevator.
The search for a plate , spoon , fork and glass became a quest at breakfast , there was nothing and I had to ask for it . The juices ran out at 9:30 a.m. and the fruits too, only the unwashed ones remained. In general, breakfast is not the specialty of this hotel, there was no food at 9 :30. The towels in the room are leaky and stained.
I really liked the hotel! Pleasant staff, always responded and helped. The rooms are clean. Audibility, of course, is high) but according to reviews, this is the case all over Samarkand. We were overpowered on the 3rd floor, we were generally alone there in a huge room. And it was quiet and peaceful there. People are making this place!
Unfortunately, everything is not as rosy as we would like. We got to the hotel by accident, we didn't plan on it. We ordered rooms, one Suite, one Standard. The main criterion should be silence. They asked to see the numbers. The suite was on the second floor. The room is spacious, BUT miracles began at night. When the water was drained from above, it made such a noise that we woke up at night from fright. In the morning I asked to replace the number. The answer was: there are no numbers. The next day, we fly away in the evening there is no hot water in the room, I think, well, you never know, we went to bed, in the morning the water did not appear. I call the reception, the boy says we'll figure it out, and went home and didn't give it to the shift attendant. I called again, the new guy figured out the situation, it turns out the boiler turned off and figs with it. Well, OK. Breakfast is a separate song, buffet. Come by 8.30 am, and you have almost nothing there, the meaning is, if you want food, you go to the chefs in the kitchen and ask for pancakes, for example. Ie, if you want to eat, go ask, and they themselves will not fill the Swede, do not ask. Of course, we were shocked by such a hotel.
Nice hotel, super location, near the Temur Mausoleum. The registan is 10-15 minutes away on foot along the alleys, the room is excellent, the breakfast is good, but it's better to come at 7.30-8.00, I came once at 9.00 it was a little empty and everything was cold.
The only thing I didn't like was the window to a small courtyard where people smoke periodically and the smell flies into the room right there. But this is the problem of all hotels built according to this type, and there are a lot of them in Samarkand.
They took it for one night. Clean not a big hotel. Nice terrace. But it was already mothballed by winter. Very nice receptionists. We didn't have time for breakfast. Prepared lunch boxes for us. A taxi was called. Everything is in the spirit of Samarkand. Polite and courteous.
The place is beautiful, located in the very center, all the sights can be reached on foot.
Breakfast buffet.
The only negative that I take off the star for is the smell in the room.
A clean and comfortable hotel in the historical center. Underfloor heating . Clean bed linen with comfortable mattresses. There is a veranda on the roof. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Friendly staff. The plumbing is modern and clean. Cleaning every day.
The hotel is in a good location but difficult to find. The hotel itself is very average but clean and well maintained. You can stop for a business trip
Great hotel, great service, the guys from the restaurant can get almost everything that is not on the menu (checked 👌🏻), the only minus is the breakfasts.....
The cordiality and hospitality are amazing! Good rooms (although the audibility in the rooms is upsetting, but it didn't bother), very tasty, varied breakfasts. Excellent location - all major attractions are within walking distance
Very nice hotel in the center of Samarkand.
It's beautiful and cozy, like a dollhouse. The rooms are small but very comfortable. A restaurant with access to the veranda on the top floor.
The breakfasts are good
Great hotel! A colorful lobby, friendly staff, rooms are clean and beautiful, the restaurant is pretty decent. A terrace with a magnificent view! It opens up a view of almost the whole of Samarkand (Registan, mosques, and Gur Emir are visible). I recommend it.
Excellent service.
The food is also excellent.
The location of the hotel is also convenient.
The view from the attic is awesome. And sunrise and sunset are all possible.
Great hotel!! Great location, friendly staff, clean new rooms. There is a terrace on the roof where you can have a delicious meal and enjoy a wonderful view of the sights. I advise everyone
A good, decent hotel. Delicious varied breakfast, magnificent terrace. Among the disadvantages: the terrace is open only in the evening, there are no umbrellas on it. A very unpleasant aftertaste was left by the incorrectly announced price for additional services: the reception announced one price on the phone, in fact, they declared almost three times more expensive for payment.
Three floors, no elevator.
The service at the hotel is terrible. Despite the fact that the renovation was recently done and everything in the hotel is beautiful, there are so many little things that should not be. First of all, if you don't tell me about the cleaning and don't hand over the key, it won't happen! The Internet is bad, there are no hangers, no matter how they come, there is nothing left, they do not add. At the reception, they forget about all requests. The cleaning lady is generally kind. How to call the reception desk - no information. I don't recommend going until everything is fixed.
A quiet new clean guest house. The staff is very friendly. A good buffet table for breakfast. The rooms are large. A very beautiful view from the terrace of Gur Emir.
The hotel staff are behaving like sleepy flies.
The class of the rooms is not respected, they ordered a junior suite, but they gave us a standard and convinced us for 2 days that it was a junior suite.
In room 105, the bathroom is leaking from the ceiling from the ventilation(!).
When paying, they try to charge you more money than in the confirmed reservation!
The service is at the level of Sharashkin's office!
The only advantage of this hotel is the outdoor roof deck.
Be careful and check the accounts and the room level!
Nice room, there are bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes. The room is cleaned cleanly.
The breakfasts are delicious, the staff is very friendly.
The bed and pillows are comfortable, the mattress is hard.
This is a great hotel!!!!!
Everything is here for people!!
Great room. Great restaurant. Excellent panoramic veranda.
Attentive and kind staff.
Special thanks to the director of the hotel Said and his wife Gula.
I wish you further development and prosperity!!!!
Sincerely, Robert, Mukkaram and Rodion.
A wonderful hotel, everything is wonderful!
The only caveat is the restaurant on the 4th floor. There is no kitchen - caesar with mayonnaise, croutons turned into crackers, a young waiter brings warm beer... We are disappointed with the restaurant's service.
