The hotel is clean, cozy, in the city center. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied and delicious. It would be good to include ground coffee.
It's too bad that there is no parking area. We parked where the hotel administrator indicated, claiming that everything was OK. But the receptionist himself started calling in the middle of the night and asked to park the car. I apologized a little, but still it shouldn't be like this. We arrived at the hotel to take a break, but we were interrupted by sleep and rest.
Overall, the hotel is not bad.

Despite the external attractiveness (beautiful clean rooms upon check-in), there are more shortcomings. The audibility in the rooms is great. You can hear brushing your teeth in the neighboring rooms. The windows overlook an unventilated courtyard, where mostly hotel employees smoke. Terrible hair dryer. TV is not working - TV channels are not shown. There are only 2 hangers in the closet. The breakfasts on our arrival were delicious. But the cottage cheese could not be laid out in saucepans))))

Cool hotel, 5 minutes walk from Tamerlane Mausoleum.
There are problems with parking and oncoming cars near the hotel, of course, but the hotel and rooms are clean, cozy, and the breakfast is delicious

Looks are deceiving! The rooms and the courtyard smell of sewage. There was a broken kettle and a chipped cup in the room, they tried to hang it on us. You can't sit on the terrace with your own, just take something from them, and the rooms are small, there are no additional tables. The prices in the restaurant are above average, + 20% service. Hot water was running in the toilet. One plus is the location, the second is the delicious breakfasts.

Beautiful rooms, decorated with a national flavor. There is a fairly large selection of dishes for breakfast and a view of the Gur Emir mausoleum from the highway.
On the downside, the room may be stuffy, but there is air conditioning.

The audibility is terrible, if you need silence to sleep, then you will not sleep there. The neighbors can be heard so that you can make out what they are talking about, the doors absolutely do not hold back any sound from the corridor. The room and the hallway smelled of sewage. I had to set up the TV, register my Google account to download an application for watching TV into it. I spent one night, my vacation is pretty ruined. I do not recommend it.

A nice new hotel in the center of Samarkand.
It is divided into two wings, economy and luxury. The building is decorated in oriental style from the outside and inside. There is a terrace on the roof. View of the Gur Emir mausoleum. My husband and I liked it, the staff were very polite. But the walls are thin, everything is audible.

There were rooms available at the booking. But for some reason, upon arrival at the hotel, they said that there was no place.

Everything would be fine, but the absence of a day (out of 4 days of stay) of any water, electricity and, as a result, communication, overshadows any impression, especially if it has also affected health.... The hotel is located in the city center, does not have reserves for the basic provision of a comfortable stay, leaves you wondering whether the money that is claimed for accommodation is justified. Comfort should start with the availability of water and electricity. Food, smiles, and interior pale in the absence of these factors

Excellent breakfasts and good location. The patio can be a little noisy. In the bathroom, a disgusting smell from the drain apparently spoils the whole impression. They promised a baby cot, but they carry a cradle, in which a 2-3-year-old child, of course, will no longer fit)). In general, they don't have cots, and they don't really understand this at all yet.
