An excellent chain hotel, all according to international standards. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Polite staff, high-quality bed linen, delicious buffet breakfasts, convenient location. Near the shopping center with currency exchange (if necessary), supermarket, 2 metro stations, railway station. And the road to the airport is almost straight from here.

A very cozy hotel. Youth vape. A great buffet breakfast. Small, but very pleasant and thoughtful rooms. We went to a meeting and were given a room on one of the upper floors. Overlooking the city gates and the beautiful night Minsk.
It is also a very convenient place from the point of view of logistics. Less than 10 minutes to the railway and bus station.

We always stay only at this hotel when we arrive in Minsk on business or on weekends. A wonderful hotel! Although he is already many years old, his condition is regularly monitored. Very well maintained, the service is at the highest level. The girls at the reception are friendly and very neat at any time of the day or night. The rooms are spacious enough and always tidy. The bathrooms are in excellent sanitary condition, there is always gel, shampoo, body lotion. Fresh clean towels, not washed. The bed in the rooms is simply divine: large, comfortable. Breakfast is on fire! A very large selection of dishes! There are always pancakes, porridges, omelets and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, juices, tea, coffee, muesli, dairy products and much more! Everything is very tasty and the quality of the products is excellent. The staff of the dining room works quickly and smoothly, promptly take away empty dishes from the tables. Very convenient transport accessibility. With the construction of Minsk City Mall finally completed, the view from the windows is now pleasant. There is a gym, but we have not been there, because we "walked" our kilometers around the city. There is more than enough for our modest travel needs. We definitely recommend you to visit!

The shopping center is excellent. The staff and security are polite, they will always help and prompt. The prices in the shops are reasonable. You can do some shopping and relax. There are many elevators inside. It is convenient with a stroller. Delicious coffee, ice cream and sweets on the ground floor. On the 3rd floor there are places where you can not eat expensively. I recommend it!

I really liked the hotel. We chose it because of the location (because we came and went by train, all the excursions were also from the railway station), but I put 4 and that's why:
1) it is terribly inconvenient to go out and enter the bathroom, there is a toilet right by the door, and every time you have to contrive to get up and leave, you also need to enter carefully so that you do not run into the toilet.
2) There is no refrigerator in the room.
3) there was absolutely no cup to put the brushes with the paste, as a result they are lying on your sink.
4) there were 4 days and 3 nights, we cleaned only on the first day, the next two days we sat with a bucket full of garbage, and even collected it in a separate bag.
5) at breakfast, a piece of tomatoes can break a tooth. This is the first time I've seen such stale and not tasty tomatoes.
One night at their place costs 11,000 rubles. I think that for such a sum, there should not be such joints in the hotel!

Of course, the iron is simple, but putting clothes in order after the suitcase is quite enough. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, you can always find something to eat, the food is fresh and delicious.
The windows in the room do not open, there is a common air conditioning system with a regulator. It was comfortable, but a little noisy. Although they came to the room already so tired that it did not interfere, as well as the light from the shopping center opposite, they pulled the curtains and everything was in order.

The windows don't open, it's stuffy. The air conditioning works only for warming up in winter

The location is excellent, close to the center, railway, bus station. Opposite is a shopping mall with a large supermarket. The weak point of this hotel is the restaurant. If possible, avoid visiting this place - the food is dry and tasteless, mulled wine is diluted to a state of hot compote.

We stayed here for a weekend in Minsk! A very good location: across the street is a metro station, a new shopping center, the main railway station and bus station, an underground passage to the "Minsk gate" ... clean, cozy, with a beautiful view from the room window. There are 2 bottles of water and a tea set in the room every day. And the most important plus of this hotel is breakfast ... very tasty and varied!
Another huge plus is free Parking!
Of the minuses: there is no refrigerator in the room and I would like the water pressure to be stronger!

What didn't you like:
The windows do not open, and it has not been possible to fully adjust the air conditioner. It was stuffy to sleep.

The breakfasts seem to be standard, but not everything is delicious (for example, the herring was not edible at all).

The three of us lived in a room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa - it was a little cramped. For two it would be ok. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, toothbrushes and a full set of detergents.
There is no closet to put things in, just an entrance with hangers for outerwear. If you come for more than one or two days, it is inconvenient to constantly climb into the suitcase for things. The bathroom is beautiful, but rather clueless - a huge shower tray, and exactly half is used; the sink has such a countertop that you have to lie down on it to wash))
You can leave your things in the luggage room without any problems - we rented the room and walked around the city all day because the train was late in the evening. Overall, the impression is positive, thanks to the staff and the hospitable Minsk)

We stayed for 3 days from 15 to 18 Apr. 2024. A good hotel for a short trip to Minsk. Next to the subway. In principle, he is in the center. Things can be left before checking into the room, if you arrived earlier. The breakfasts are good. Everything you need for breakfast is there, everything is fresh. I do not advise you to have lunch or dinner. The menu is varied and expensive. For this money, you can eat in bulbashi. The borscht was brought warm.

If you don't want to get negative from your vacation, don't waste time on this hotel.
Among the advantages: the hotel has a convenient location, a normal breakfast, it is possible to order snacks and drinks at the bar around the clock. That's where the positive ends.
! The rooms are very tired and the windows do not open.
! The room will be either very cold or very hot due to the general ventilation system.
! The extra bed creaks so that everyone wakes up from it, and putting a child on this cot with a bunch of springs is simply unsafe.
! The noise of the road can be heard in the rooms that face the road.
! The staff here is the most unfriendly in the whole of Minsk (no one is interested in your request or question until you ask 10 times yourself).
! Well, the cherry on the cake - we were reprimanded by the cleaning lady for asking to come in!not at 4:30 p.m., when she broke into the room into the child's sleep, but later. It was literally said that she was just waiting for us (this is not true, other rooms were also waiting for cleaning), and we should also be glad that we checked in, and people are actually waiting for cleaning to check in. The room was never cleaned, they just changed the towels and threw out the trash.
This is the first time I have encountered such behavior of the staff, apparently it is not a Hampton, but just a sign and a high price tag for the sign.
