There is a very good review from below in 2gis describing my feelings after going to the gym today. "There are staff working there who think it's like they're the only one in the world with a gym. Very rude."
The administrator Artyom told us at 22.30 today that no one should be at 22.45, that this was the director's order. That it has always been like this, that no one should be in the hall at 22.45. To my question "why does the contract say the working time is until 23", the answer was "and where does it say that you can stay in the hall until 23". After that, there is nothing more to say ..)) the concept of customer orientation is simply missing. The employee tried to explain to me that everyone is late, and that he does not know how long I will wash in time, in short, he attributed the delay to me in advance and thereby explained the rule that no one should be in the hall for 15 minutes.
I have been going to a huge number of different halls for 10 years and always at closing time in the evening, I have never encountered anything like this)
