To be honest, I began to avoid all agents. In fact, they climb to those who rent / sell. They conclude some kind of contract, like they rent and take money only from those who rent / buy. Explain how you take the prices for 50% of the rent. And no paper, check, nothing. They weave anything until they sign a contract and don't let them talk to the owners properly. And when everything is signed and paid, the agents disappear and then the whole truth about the rented place is revealed.

A terrible agency!
We called 5 announcements about renting an apartment, and that's it (!!) They were allegedly surrendered.
At the same time, the agency constantly updates these outdated ads, misleading tenants.
It seems that the agency does not have any actual apartments for rent at all. And these fake ads create the appearance of some kind of work.

I would like to leave a flattering review about the work of an agent named Lyubov, a representative of this agency, who was present at the registration of an apartment lease transaction on Ratomskaya Street 32 - 22.04 and carried out an apartment display, as well as received cash in the amount of 50% of the cost of a monthly lease without providing a paper /electronic receipt or a strict BSO reporting form. The apartment at the time of the show was completely cluttered with a huge number of things from previous tenants in the assembly process, which were placed everywhere throughout the apartment and the show took place within a few minutes so as not to embarrass the tenant, who was sleeping at all and forgot about the show, respectively, it was not possible to see the full picture of the condition of the apartment, but after an oversight insisting that half of the city's residents claim this apartment and that it is about to be taken away, just have time to blink, you should definitely leave at least a minimum prepayment, which my girlfriend did to avoid possible risks. As soon as the keys were received after signing the documents and full payment, a number of questions arose after the previous tenants (broken tiles in 4 places on the floor, a wobbly faucet, a poorly functioning shower, a freezing refrigerator, partially missing furniture items that were viewed for the first time (turned out to be PERSONAL belongings of the tenants and left with them) about no one said this, and instead of which the landlord brought several shelves to cover the empty spaces in the apartment) To the logical claim that the apartment does not meet expectations and, in general, the keys have only been received so far, we would like to return the money (as I remind you, there is a queue of those who want the apartment, which at the same moment abruptly evaporated) To which we received a refusal to refund the money, a commission of 50% of the cost of a monthly apartment rental and complete disregard from the agent and "Your problems" of the landlady of the apartment (as far as it became clear they were familiar with the agent before) My girlfriend repeatedly tried to solve the situation, when communicating with Agent Lyubov, she stopped responding, silently looking through messages in the messenger. When receiving payment for their services in cash (this also includes transfers from card to card) and when paying with a bank card, the real estate agency / agent Lyubov were obliged to give: a cash receipt (paper or electronic) or a strict reporting form - BSO, which was not done, and therefore data will be transferred in the near future to the FIU, the IMNS for the district, the KGC for a full check, as well as to the Ministry of Justice on this situation and the decision on the refund of funds. Be careful when dealing with agents from the House Estate
