The hotel is very nice, small, cozy, clean and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, they will always help and explain everything. The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the center, close to all major attractions, but away from the noise of people and cars. Cleaning every day, there is a gym with exercise equipment, it is included in the price. Breakfast may be included in the price, or it may be for an additional fee, the breakfast is delicious, a large selection. In my opinion, the price for the cost is too high. And for a transfer, it's generally too much (but considering that you don't know anything, and you will be met at the airport and taken to your place, especially at night, maybe it's okay for someone). In general, I really liked the hotel and if I came again, I would stay here.

a great hotel, there are not very many rooms, so it is quite quiet and peaceful. everything is very stylish and modern. the staff is helpful and very friendly, always ready to help. in the reception area, when you come in, it always smells very delicious (I couldn't help but note this fact).
the rooms are cozy, clean, beautiful, regular cleaning (they even folded my T-shirts beautifully, which I hung on the back of a chair). the shower cabin in the room is excellent – the drain works perfectly, there is never stagnation of water.
every day there are wonderful and very varied breakfasts, for someone it may be a problem that every day is the same, but my husband and I were very satisfied. fruits and vegetables are always fresh. you should definitely try puff pastry for breakfast, it is wonderful and melts in your mouth.
the choice of this hotel is an excellent solution for a calm, measured holiday.

A great young hotel! A stunning lobby with a unique perfume for the house, very cozy rooms, delicious food.
We were with a friend in August, there are few people.
But if you go through the arch in the hotel building (just like in Harry Potter), you will get to the oldest heart of Yerevan.
This is a unique place, narrow streets, old houses where they still live, but the old-timers will give you coffee.

+ porridge was prepared for the child, although it was not at breakfast, for this a big plus
- very small rooms, to spend one or two nights, OK, we were with a one-year-old child, it was very crowded.
- the room was on the second floor, and there was a smoking room below us, smoke was periodically drawn into the room
-there is no ramp inside the hotel, there is a ramp at the entrance, you go inside a ladder and a mechanism for lifting strollers, which works only with the hotel staff, and they are not always there.
In general, I recommend the hotel! If you have the means, take a room above the class, so that it would not be crowded. Thanks to the staff for the attention to the child

When my husband and I first entered the hotel, I was thrilled! Beautiful entrance, noble flags, the doors themselves coming off. But the interior of the room leaves much to be desired. A double room is one chair, and everything is so close, it's uncomfortable and cramped to sit. Do you want a toothbrush? A robe? Water? Ear sticks, discs, toilet paper, top up shampoo/ shower gel, shower caps, a shoe spoon, etc. - EVERYTHING that all hotels (and this one, by the way, has 4 stars, not the Deshmansky hostel) give for free, you pay for everything here. The toothbrush was falling right in my mouth, a terrible feeling when you spit these bristles. The air conditioner doesn't work very well, it gives out hot air for any temperament. the "view" of the smoking room and, as a result, all the stench in the room. And the point of non-smoking rooms is if there's such a stink all the time. The view of the old town does not bother me, but it may be critical to someone. The thing where the number card is inserted worked every other time. They called a specialist, who slapped his hand on it and told us to do the same)

One small disadvantage is that the cafe in the hotel is too expensive, which sells alcohol drinks for guests in the evening.
The rooms are warm
There is no toothpaste or brush in the room.
The location is excellent in the city center of Yerevan.

The hotel is clean, but for me personally there were a few disadvantages.
1. There was confusion when checking in, they referred to the island that they had messed up something there, as a result, they were moved from a suite to a regular one.
2. The toothbrush is paid

4. There are no cotton pads or sticks.
5. There is no bathrobe
6. When checking in on the 1st floor, you will have to go through a whole quest, because access there is through minus one. The windows are low, people passing by smoke and all at once through the window
7. The food is simple, if not essential, you can have breakfast there. As it is, there is a great place for breakfast within a 5-7-minute walk.
The location is good, and you can work on the service a little more. I have given my own assessment, perhaps for many my disadvantages will turn out to be insignificant.

Stayed 5 nights with breakfast included.
The location is super - the whole center is within walking distance, in extreme cases you can take a taxi (inexpensive in Yerevan).
Apparently, due to the very small number of guests, breakfast was served individually at the bar/could be ordered in the room. The portions are huge (especially if you choose an English breakfast), which was a disadvantage for us, since the buffet is visible in the photos on the Booking and this option allows you to choose what you want to eat more optimally.
The room is fresh, everything worked as expected. The windows overlooked the old Kond - there was complete silence. The street is also pretty quiet in principle.
The staff is very polite.
Among the disadvantages - with an empty hotel, they refused to extend the room for two hours for free. For some reason, they gave a room with a door to an adjacent room (the room was closed and no one lived there, but such a neighborhood is annoying because of the possible noise).
The rating of 2.8 on Yandex absolutely does not correspond to our positive impressions.

An interesting adventure .
No matter how polite the people are , the service looks questionable .
Expired chocolate in the mini/bar, for which I was asked to pay twice, no, it was not eaten. Covering up the expiration date was also a lot of fun .
And also, a damaged jacket will remind me of this place for a long time, the iron was damaged, it is visible that it is not checked when changing tenants. When I told the shift manager about it, they didn't even apologize to me.
There was also salt scattered on the table under the TV for all three days of my stay in the room.
4 stars are also stated , but at least there should be a bathrobe , I'm already silent about the toothpaste .
I also asked about the spa, they told me there was no hotel and they would find out what they could advise me, they said they would call.... And they didn 't call .
I am a very loyal guest, there would be no feedback if I had at least a little attention and participation. But apart from trying to prove "well, you opened a package of chocolate," there was nothing.
I don't even want to think about the jacket again.
Plus the hotel is located in the center. All.

Lovely hotel, new rooms. There are two buildings. I liked that it's right behind the Kond Hotel, and the center of Yerevan is a 10-minute walk away. A 5-minute walk away is a large shopping center with everything you need, a large supermarket, a pharmacy, a 24-hour currency exchange, as well as a supermarket, but this is the most convenient, extensive food court, in some places they accept MIR cards. The only thing is that the walls in the hotel are not very thick, and the neighbors have heard romantic evenings.

The hotel is beautiful and new. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also good. Although there are many places around, his services were used once. There are slippers in the room, but unfortunately there is no bathrobe. A good hotel, corresponds to 4 stars completely. Liked it:
- the rooms themselves are new, they were cleaned well every day. I've been to 5-star hotels and the cleaning was much worse.;
- there is a kettle in the room, water bottles are left every day (as well as tea and coffee);
- the staff is friendly, including the cleaners, very nice women;
- we wrote in the reviews earlier about check-out problems, but everything went well for me: they only asked if I used the mini-bar;
- the hotel is on the outskirts of the center and it is very convenient to walk.
What could be better?:
- the view was not very good (for single-storey houses), the lantern shone through the window all night. There are curtains, but I would like to keep them open.;
- there is a mini-bar in the fridge and there is no place to put food. As a suggestion to the hotel not to put snacks on the top shelf, then there will be a place;
- it would be great if there were glasses and a corkscrew in the room.

The rooms are clean, the service was good and fast. There are problems with water — I have never encountered this before, there was always unlimited bottled water in the room, in all the hotels where I lived. There is also a limit of 2 bottles per day per room. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel (all kinds of cigarettes and vapes), but bellboy (looked like a Hindu) I was quietly vaping in the lobby). I would not like to come back here again because of these situations :(

Nice hotel, new, clean. The rooms are not small, everything you need is there. Two pillows per person - one softer, the other tighter. They didn't take breakfast, I can't say anything about it.
The location is not bad, 10-15 minutes on foot and you are in the very center, 5 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is great. But there are a number of points, there is no normal coffee for breakfast! It's not expensive, but it's an extremely important aspect. Next, if you ask for water at the reception, they will send it to the bar, this is the first time I have come across this. They usually give the same water as in the rooms and for free. Slippers are not available in all rooms. Otherwise, everything is fine, the hotel is new and pleasant.
