As always, the service spoils all impressions! Upon check-in, no one informs you that you have to pay $10 extra for breakfast for a child over 3 years old. Or order it separately from the menu. It's kind of unpleasant! They put it in front of the fact only in the restaurant! The waiters don't bring change. He just apparently decided to keep 30% of the account for himself. And he did not appear in our field of vision anymore. The hookah man put on a hookah in the evening and disappeared for 2 hours. They were looking for him, they called him 6 times through whom they could, but no one even looked at the coals. He appeared only when the bill was brought)) to our complaints, he said that he would replace our hookah with a new one tomorrow afternoon. But I think you've already guessed that the next day he just wasn't there))) the shower was leaking in the room, making a big flood. There was no tea set. There were no dressing gowns. We have to run after everything ourselves, beg and beg. Take your soap dish, too. They gave 2 bottles for three people. It's noisy at night, the staff is talking loudly in the hallway, Music is blaring outside. In general, the place is beautiful, but the service is terrible. I liked only the woman on the playground who arranges master classes for children.
