Terrible service. The staff is rude and steals from visitors. 2 silver chains were specifically stolen from us, we immediately noticed the theft, called the reception. In response to our problem, we were told "OK" and hung up. We had to go and look for the thieves ourselves, fortunately they did not have time to go far. The woman covered herself with her daughter and returned the chains. After we found our stolen property ourselves, all the administration told us was that they would "take some incomprehensible measures." And who will check it is not clear. In addition to this situation, at the request of the driver of their internal transfer, he said "Walk" to a pregnant woman. Then he gave me a ride, but warned me that it was the first and last time. By the way, the breakfast was also disgusting. All the food was cold and not tasty.

I do not recommend it for family holidays, especially in winter with children.
Our experience of staying in this complex did not leave the most pleasant impressions. Here are the main issues:
- Fragmentation of the territory.All the key facilities – restaurant, reception, swimming pool, hotel – are located in different buildings. To get to the indoor pool, you have to pass slippery roads and stairs, which is unsafe, especially with children.
- Music is playing loudly in the restaurant, there is no non-smoking area. Dinner with a child is impossible in such conditions – I had to order room service.
- No elevator. It is absolutely inconvenient for families with strollers or small children.
- The carpet in the room was stained, the bed linen was covered with hair, and there was an unpleasant smell of dampness in the shower, there was no safe or minibar.I give 2 stars for the kitchen, delicious and varied and the view from the window....That's probably all.
The resort complex absolutely does not correspond to the declared level.

The rooms are clean, the second time lucky the same room was found above the pool with a beautiful view of the mountains, Chirchik and Gazalkent. This year, a second 21+ pool was opened, which is also a necessary thing without children. Sometimes I want to stay in places without children, at the very 4th, so that they would not think that I do not like children. We had dinner with my wife in the evening, and my wife and I are very happy. Everything is clean, if you rented a room, then the sauna and both pools are included.
I also visited the salt cave, it is very relaxing.

Upon arrival, they are looking for you among the reservations and offer you a free room at their discretion. And in general, a small area, unenclosed cottages with a view of the neighbors, a small communal pool for those who are in the rooms. And there is a Marine Restaurant on site for older visitors with its already large paid swimming pool. The rooms in the blocks are spacious, with a balcony in the standard rooms. The breakfast is good enough. But there is constant noise from music all over the territory until midnight. We visited Heaven's garden on July 06-07, the first impression when we first arrived was positive, but then "surprises" awaited us.
I booked a standard room on 17.06. focusing on the room tour on instagram and also checking with the girl on the phone whether the room corresponds, the attached photos show that our room is 1209, this is an economy room, and they have it as standard, about the request to replace the room, we were sent and offered nothing, supposedly everything The rooms are occupied, we were refused to recalculate for non-compliance with the number. No attempts have been made by the Administration to resolve this situation. The walls in the room are shabby with cracks, the carpets are dirty, it is necessary to make updates, most likely nothing has been done since the opening.
With regard to the restaurant with a terrace, you can eat, but it's not delicious, alcoholic cocktails are made by eye and at random, they are far from high-quality cocktails, homemade wine is good, the dishes on the tables are all different and look, it's not at all beautiful.
It is very unpleasant and insulting to me that we, as guests from another country, are faced with such a lack of hospitality and indifference. My husband had a birthday and unfortunately it was ruined.
I do not recommend this place to visit. If you value service, quality and respect, then you should not come here, the price and quality do not match the stated one.

I want to share my negative experience of staying at the Heavens Garden. I stayed in a standard room during March 20th and 21st for the price of 2,100,000 for 2 nights. Despite the fact that they calculated these days as a weekend, breakfast is not included in the price, but there is an indoor pool and sauna. On the second day, an emergency occurred due to the weather, which led to damage to the bathroom in the sauna. Surprisingly, the hotel administration does not consider it important to inform guests about this. I went to the reception to find out the number of the massage spa, and they promised to call me back. After half an hour, I still didn't get a call, so I went to the SPA on my own and found out about the problem. Why wasn't I informed about this in advance? Why wasn't the information given over the phone? Why does the administration hide such situations from the guests? I was also informed by the administrator that everything would be fixed within half an hour, but the situation did not change. Finally, the administration came to an apology and offered a certificate for the future, indefinitely. The certificate says that the DATE is OPEN. However, when I wanted to use this certificate today, it turned out that it had expired)) It was today when I decided to use it. This is unacceptable. I wasn't going to write a complaint, because the administration kind of made amends.
It's amazing how the hotel deceives guests and ignores their consumer rights. He communicates with the guests rudely, no one works with the communication skills of the staff. I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I am attaching a photo of the certificate.

- The territory also leaves much to be desired , there is nowhere to walk , it seems like repairs are being carried out and it all doesn 't look very nice, it was necessary to make repairs, and then launch guests , but as they say , " everything is for people "
- You have to pay extra for each step:This is the first time I've met such a thing that even for a children's room you have to pay 50 thousand each. Per hour, breakfast is not included, extra charge for a baby cot.
In all normal family hotels in the world, this is all included in the price.
For two days, about 600 dollars were given to a family of 4 people and the hotel absolutely did not justify this money, we will not come anymore and I will not advise anyone)
If you have something to compare it with and you love a quality relaxing vacation in nature, then you definitely are not here
The only plus is the view from the window of the junior suite, the advantages end there.

When we were evicted, we were billed 100,000 soums more expensive, those 650.000, they said that the price had changed yesterday. To the question: why weren't we warned? The answer was: look at the website. We were there on 18-19.02.2023. On Instagram, the prices were indicated before 6.03!!! And they were not changed on the day we checked in and even when we paid. This is pure fraud - to settle at one price and evict at another! There is very little space in the room - there is a bed in the room, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers for shoes and a hallway. There is no table or chairs, but that's okay, economy, you can understand. There is no heating in the bathroom, it is very cold. There are no batteries in the main one either, but there is an air conditioner that rattles loudly. There is no parking on site. We left the car behind the fence, and when leaving, the staff also tried to charge us for parking. In general, I expected the best, but it turned out how it turned out.

Beautiful infinity pool, not bad food in the cafe near this pool (there are two outdoor pools on the territory of the complex), very clean, waiters work for 5+. The water in the pool is very cold, they check the passport and the entrance is strictly 21+. There are no signs indicating which side the entrance to the pool area is from. They refused to open the umbrella because of the wind. In the end, after requests, they agreed. The start of work is at 12, although when booking we were told you can arrive at 11. Landscape , nature, air - this is love from the first step into the territory.
The project is excellent , not yet finished , I imagine that pleasant additions await us in the future .
A gorgeous panoramic view opens from almost any recreation area.
The complex includes a hotel with rooms for any social standard of living, from economy to villas.
A restaurant with a beautiful view of nature ; the staff is polite , the food is delicious and surprisingly , the prices are pleased , because in the city prices in such establishments are many times higher .
By the way , there is a beautiful pool with clear water , but walrus people will be able to enter it.
The water is very cold , you can 't swim much , and the kids even more so did not want to dive there - this is a big minus .
ps: Dear hotel management, please pay attention, is it possible to install heating in the pool in the future?!
still, in the summer, you want to enjoy all the conditions of the complex to the maximum.

One of the advantages is a good infrastructure for recreation without children: delicious cuisine, pools, views. This is where the advantages of a "luxury" vacation end.
And now to the cons, I really hope that these reviews are read by the administration of the complex:
- you pay millions for rooms and leave millions in the restaurant, but at every step for every sneeze they try to charge you 20-30 thousand soums for children's trifles
- there is no lifeguard watching in the pool, as a result, you are looking after other people's children, whose parents are somewhere on their phones
- there are balls floating in the pool, everyone is swimming towards them, but then a man runs out and says in hindsight that it's for a fee and also for rent, why do you put it in the pool right away?
- the circle is paid, OK, we paid, we went to the sauna without a circle, we go back, and the circle has already been rented to another family and a child
- in the children's room, 25 thousand soums were credited to my account for the hotel room, since I had no money with me, at 22:20 in the evening we all sleep (children, adults): knock on the door, persistently, loudly, I get up, open, there they demand that I pay 25 thousand for the children's room. Are you fucked up? At night? 25 thousand soums???
- in a restaurant for breakfast, coffee is also for separate money, you can not write it down to the room, you can pay strictly on the spot, I'm on vacation, hello, I don't carry money and phone everywhere with me, I came to rest, make a single bill for the hotel room!
I really do not recommend it to anyone, the whole luxury vacation is spoiled by a bunch of little things of lack of service and an attempt to cut 20-30-50 thousand soums here and there for cash in hand (we are ready to pay, but in one window and when it is convenient for us, and not when you need)

We spent the weekend in this hotel with a large company at a corporate party. It's good that it's not at your own expense. To be honest, this is not the best hotel in Uzbekistan, now there is something to compare it with. My acquaintance with this hotel began a couple of months ago, when my husband and I tried to book a hotel for the weekend after the wedding, we failed, because on the right date 07.07 16.06 the reservation was not accepted yet, and on 24.06 (when the administrator in the chat recommended us to ask again) there were no rooms with a view of the pool, only to the mountains (but in fact, there is no one with a view of the mountains, it turns out that the buildings stand directly behind each other and only one side of the first building has a view of the valley, the rest of the rooms of all buildings look at each other 10 meters away). How disgusting the administrator responds in the chat is outrageous, this magical customer-oriented Uzbek service "you need it" spoils any impression of a "luxury vacation". The advertised large species pool is a large species divorce. At the reception we were told that there is face control and 21+ and some other restrictions, but what exactly is not known. It is necessary, they say, not to be in a wetsuit and generally decent. We are decent adult Europeans, which is typical, by Uzbek standards we are not poor at all, but they did not let us in! They didn't let the guests into the pool!!! Sober, without children, they were not allowed in!!! It's a shock.
That small pool, into which everyone is allowed, drunk mixed with children, is so small that it's not that there aren't enough sun beds, even the guests don't have enough space in the pool, and besides the guests there are also daytime visitors who just came to swim for money. In the evening, all the horizontal surfaces were made with tables and it seems that West Gazalkent came to have dinner!!! It's a good thing that for all this bedlam we didn't have to pay 1,700,000 for the room, the company paid for it. We will not go there anymore, you can't pay such money for such a disregard, we do not recommend Russians, and others too. Uzbeks can do whatever they want, they understand this attitude most of all (not everyone, but most) they do it themselves every day at work....
