I do not recommend it for family holidays, especially in winter with children.
Our experience of staying in this complex did not leave the most pleasant impressions. Here are the main issues:
- Fragmentation of the territory.All the key facilities – restaurant, reception, swimming pool, hotel – are located in different buildings. To get to the indoor pool, you have to pass slippery roads and stairs, which is unsafe, especially with children.
- Music is playing loudly in the restaurant, there is no non-smoking area. Dinner with a child is impossible in such conditions – I had to order room service.
- No elevator. It is absolutely inconvenient for families with strollers or small children.
- The carpet in the room was stained, the bed linen was covered with hair, and there was an unpleasant smell of dampness in the shower, there was no safe or minibar.I give 2 stars for the kitchen, delicious and varied and the view from the window....That's probably all.
The resort complex absolutely does not correspond to the declared level.
A very good hotel near the Bostonlyk district, the bedroom is gorgeous, the bathroom is clean, the staff is polite, the kitchen is amazing. It was very tasty and pleasant. I am very grateful with the services of this hotel. I advise everyone to come and relax here and of course I also want to come with my family next time.

We visited Heaven's garden on July 06-07, the first impression when we first arrived was positive, but then "surprises" awaited us.
I booked a standard room on 17.06. focusing on the room tour on instagram and also checking with the girl on the phone whether the room corresponds, the attached photos show that our room is 1209, this is an economy room, and they have it as standard, about the request to replace the room, we were sent and offered nothing, supposedly everything The rooms are occupied, we were refused to recalculate for non-compliance with the number. No attempts have been made by the Administration to resolve this situation. The walls in the room are shabby with cracks, the carpets are dirty, it is necessary to make updates, most likely nothing has been done since the opening.
With regard to the restaurant with a terrace, you can eat, but it's not delicious, alcoholic cocktails are made by eye and at random, they are far from high-quality cocktails, homemade wine is good, the dishes on the tables are all different and look, it's not at all beautiful.
It is very unpleasant and insulting to me that we, as guests from another country, are faced with such a lack of hospitality and indifference. My husband had a birthday and unfortunately it was ruined.
I do not recommend this place to visit. If you value service, quality and respect, then you should not come here, the price and quality do not match the stated one.

On the second day, an emergency occurred due to the weather, which led to damage to the bathroom in the sauna. Surprisingly, the hotel administration does not consider it important to inform guests about this. I went to the reception to find out the number of the massage spa, and they promised to call me back. After half an hour, I still didn't get a call, so I went to the SPA on my own and found out about the problem. Why wasn't I informed about this in advance? Why wasn't the information given over the phone? Why does the administration hide such situations from the guests? I was also informed by the administrator that everything would be fixed within half an hour, but the situation did not change. Finally, the administration came to an apology and offered a certificate for the future, indefinitely. The certificate says that the DATE is OPEN. However, when I wanted to use this certificate today, it turned out that it had expired)) It was today when I decided to use it. This is unacceptable. I wasn't going to write a complaint, because the administration kind of made amends.
It's amazing how the hotel deceives guests and ignores their consumer rights. He communicates with the guests rudely, no one works with the communication skills of the staff. One of the advantages is a good infrastructure for recreation without children: delicious cuisine, pools, views. This is where the advantages of a "luxury" vacation end.
And now to the cons, I really hope that these reviews are read by the administration of the complex:
- you pay millions for rooms and leave millions in the restaurant, but at every step for every sneeze they try to charge you 20-30 thousand soums for children's trifles
- there is no lifeguard watching in the pool, as a result, you are looking after other people's children, whose parents are somewhere on their phones
- there are balls floating in the pool, everyone is swimming towards them, but then a man runs out and says in hindsight that it's for a fee and also for rent, why do you put it in the pool right away?
- the circle is paid, OK, we paid, we went to the sauna without a circle, we go back, and the circle has already been rented to another family and a child
- in the children's room, 25 thousand soums were credited to my account for the hotel room, since I had no money with me, at 22:20 in the evening we all sleep (children, adults): knock on the door, persistently, loudly, I get up, open, there they demand that I pay 25 thousand for the children's room. Are you fucked up? At night? 25 thousand soums???
- in a restaurant for breakfast, coffee is also for separate money, you can not write it down to the room, you can pay strictly on the spot, I'm on vacation, hello, I don't carry money and phone everywhere with me, I came to rest, make a single bill for the hotel room!
I really do not recommend it to anyone, the whole luxury vacation is spoiled by a bunch of little things of lack of service and an attempt to cut 20-30-50 thousand soums here and there for cash in hand (we are ready to pay, but in one window and when it is convenient for us, and not when you need)

How disgusting the administrator responds in the chat is outrageous, this magical customer-oriented Uzbek service "you need it" spoils any impression of a "luxury vacation". The advertised large species pool is a large species divorce. At the reception we were told that there is face control and 21+ and some other restrictions, but what exactly is not known. It is necessary, they say, not to be in a wetsuit and generally decent. We are decent adult Europeans, which is typical, by Uzbek standards we are not poor at all, but they did not let us in! They didn't let the guests into the pool!!! Sober, without children, they were not allowed in!!! It's a shock.
That small pool, into which everyone is allowed, drunk mixed with children, is so small that it's not that there aren't enough sun beds, even the guests don't have enough space in the pool, and besides the guests there are also daytime visitors who just came to swim for money. In the evening, all the horizontal surfaces were made with tables and it seems that West Gazalkent came to have dinner!!! It's a good thing that for all this bedlam we didn't have to pay 1,700,000 for the room, the company paid for it. We will not go there anymore, you can't pay such money for such a disregard, we do not recommend Russians, and others too. Uzbeks can do whatever they want, they understand this attitude most of all (not everyone, but most) they do it themselves every day at work....
