My acquaintance with this medical laboratory ended up being a useless waste of time and money for me. On Friday, 02/04/2022, I went to take PCR, because I felt bad the day before. They took the tests and promised that the results would be sent by e-mail the next day no later than 6 p.m. As a result, nothing came, and no one contacted me. When on Monday, 02/07/2022, I began to call them myself, they finally explained to me that for some reason my sample had gone bad, and they could not analyze it. They offered to go to them to retake the sample, or return the money. I chose a refund. But when I came to the Sinevo laboratory on Cosmonauts 6, the laboratory assistant said that she was not warned that I had chosen a refund, but was told that I would come for a second analysis. As a result, I was persuaded for a long time and persistently to repeat PCR. But what the hell did he give up to me 5 days after the onset of the disease!!! As a result, we started the refund procedure, which took (ATTENTION!) 30 minutes! I wrote an application, checked the data with my passport twice, and called the center to clarify something. For some reason, they forced me to write "the client's refusal of the service" as the reason for the refund (they say they only have such a form). And as a result, they returned to me not 68 rubles, which I paid for PCR initially, but only 61 rubles!!! We left 7 rubles for an unproven service "for tea". In general, based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with this dubious office.
I did not like that the cabinets were without a key, I brought my own shoe covers, these did not fit on size 44 winter shoes. Well, a couple of minor flaws. But, they bought me with nice things =D
It is not the first year that I have been contacting this center
with my whole family. We were always satisfied. On the last visit on 08.10.21, I was disappointed with the attitude towards the client. They were not openly rude, they just made it clear (there are a lot of people who want to take tests), specifically say what you need, do not delay the queue, and in that spirit (they used to advise how to be better and more productive). Not a pleasant aftertaste remained.The results always arrive on time, thanks for that. We will continue to use the services.
High service culture, pleasant smiles, related services are just fine. This is an example of what medical care should have been in general if it had been paid normally. But, prices bite. Ideally, the same service would be provided for a little less money. After all, not everything is measured in money. For example, if every nurse were paid a million dollars, would she immediately change her mind? No, of course not. Reasonable limits in everything. There is no beggarly salary. There are also no undeserved payments.
I haven't applied for a couple of years due to the pandemic, but the situation has become even worse. The queue at the polyclinic is 30 people, as before, only 2 out of 3 registrars work. They spend 5 minutes on registration for a visitor, i.e. they have to wait in line for more than an hour. Well, the cherry on the cake: the admission of sick people for PCR and those who have recovered for antibodies occurs simultaneously. So to speak, covid multiply. "Thank you," then it's better without tests.
It's always fast, even if the queues are long, the girls serve quickly. There is a children's corner, it doesn't hurt at all to take blood. It's nice that they give you a coupon for coffee and a candy bar 💗
I often get tested here. I like the friendly staff. But only patients with covid symptoms are admitted to the department near the station. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website . I came from another city , hungry ) and had to look for another department
Before vaccination, I decided to take an antibody test. I thought I'd run in before work, if there aren't many people, I'll give it up. The first time in Blue, I didn 't know about online registration . I went in - there were no people - I took a ticket - 3 people were written . As a result, 10 people walked in front of me without waiting in line. I was late for a work meeting..... the impression is simply terrible - especially because of covid , you try not to be in such places . ! But instead of the normal organization of work, I have a coffee ticket, as a mockery...
Pros: Everything is neat, clean and polite. Coffee and dessert as a gift.
Cons: Price opacity. A general blood test, which costs 7p., eventually turned out to be twice as expensive, since "You did not take into account blood collection, syringe, test tubes, centrifugation, registration and issuance of documents, etc." Why should I take into account something that is impossible to do without?Is it difficult to include all this in the price at once?? It's good that they didn't count the cost of shoe covers and a greeting from the administrator.
Everything is fine, staff, cleanliness, except as already mentioned above, "price opacity".
I was a little surprised that they do not take tests in their test tubes, but that's okay, and the cost did not include the work of a nurse (to take blood) and all sorts of little things, which eventually resulted in me - instead of 68p. in 120p.! Is it okay..?
Queues, slow processing of visitors (
You can invest a lot of money in the interior, vending, free drinks, advertising and equipment, but in the end - because of mediocre management, you can have a mess and queues that are easy to avoid.
Finally, fix the electronic queue, immediately hand out questionnaires at the entrance, clearly mark the queues for those who come live and from the site, so that visitors do not need to figure it out among themselves.
Over the past year and a half, I have donated blood for antibodies three times. The vein was pierced for the first time and I walked for about two weeks with a blue-purple hand. The second time passed without incident. For the third time, they took blood in as many as two test tubes, but they called back and said that the test tube turned out to be defective and they needed to come donate blood again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
The center is not bad in terms of the quality of services. But I urgently needed to take a test. And not one of the numbers does not work (not that it does not answer, but the call is just thrown off) . I tried to call all the numbers on 29.01 from 11.00 to 13.00. I did not try again(.
Monday 9 a.m. There is a queue on the street for Sverdlov!!!! One person works at the reception, registers 15 minutes of one person. 1.5 hours waiting in line ! I will never go to sinevo again!
Everything is at the highest level: the staff is responsive and pleasant, the analysis came exactly one day later, passed mayonnaise for protein content.
I did a PCR test. The result came the next day. Smartly. But it would have been better if I had been warned about this before handing over. And so I barely made it in 72 hours, as I arrived 2 days before the flight. Initially, they said that they would wait 2 days for the result.
We were very pleased. We arrived with my husband at 8-00 and work from 7-00. We liked everything quickly.

A laboratory with modern testing and analysis capabilities. Everything that was needed/interesting to see in the analyses was shown. Of course, there is something to strive for, in terms of the speed of analysis processing, customer service and pricing aspects. In any case, it is better to pay and do than not to pay and not to do, health is more expensive.

The certificate said the results of PCR within two hours on a first-come, first-served basis. We arrived the day before departure - the results are 2 days after the analysis was taken. Minus the tickets.
