Nice hotel and location. But unfortunately, compared to last year, the hotel has deteriorated. There is no service. You can't wait for coffee at breakfast. Everyone gets confused. The beach ran out of towels and seats.
There are no complaints about cleaning the rooms.
Excellent indoor swimming pool.
The restaurant at the hotel also went bad. The food was shockingly awaited and everything is not as tasty as last year.
It is impossible to give 5* to this hotel. According to the level of service, customer orientation, and employee training, the maximum they have reached is 3*. This is manifested in everything - in cleaning, in restaurant service, in service on the beach (or rather in its absence), and even in the disregard of the hotel management for its guests. We spent 4 days in this hotel and with great pleasure moved to another hotel for the remaining 2 weeks of vacation.

At first glance, everything is perfect, a new hotel, large beautiful rooms, friendly staff. But there are disadvantages and they are very important. The first thing that really offended me was that I checked in on my birthday and the hotel did not congratulate me in any way. Next, there was a terrible cleaning in the rooms, at the time of check-in, the bed linen was in someone else's hair. On the second day, they didn't come to clean at all until they asked at 5 p.m. They make the bed and that's it, coffee, tea are not reported, towels have not been changed.
In general, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The location is great. There is a private beach and a swimming pool. The food is delicious, the breakfasts are very varied.
I want to express my great displeasure with this hotel!
The service is terrible, the room is not cleaned for two days, water is not brought and only after a reminder they start doing something!
The hotel does not match its category at all!
