The location of the hotel is convenient, the rooms are not bad. It can be seen that the furniture is already a little outdated, worn in places, but everything looks clean. Beautiful view from the window (we were lucky with the view). Convenient elevator system, you don't have to wait long. The breakfasts are excellent, I liked them (you need to ask the waiters to cook an egg Benedict, very tasty). The spa is also good.
Now about the shortcomings:
1) There is a refrigerator in the room, but it
is locked with a key and you can not use it in any way, only if you want to buy something from the mini-bar. How's that? I can't buy anything on the street and cool it. A very strange system
2) I have never been able to take a shower or take a bath properly. It is impossible to adjust the water temperature and pressure - boiling water and cold water are constantly changing. The shift happens quickly, you don't even have time to lather your head
3) The spa is open until 22:30, but the cleaner starts to kick out 15 minutes before the end of work. I understand that everyone wants to go home as soon as possible, but I also came for work, I was released late and these 15 minutes were critical for me to have time to warm up
4) One evening we called the reception three times and asked to bring a shower set from the room. They promised to fulfill it every time, but still nothing. After 2.5 hours and four calls, they still brought
5) The elevator was sometimes buggy: it arrived on my floor, closed the doors and did not go anywhere. He was constantly opening and closing doors. I couldn't call another elevator either, because the system recognized that the elevator had already arrived at my place. Once it was in the morning and I was in a hurry for a work meeting. It was unpleasant, but it was resolved quickly enough

Basically, a good hotel, but a little tired, the rooms have old worn furniture. The deluxe room is quite spacious, with a wide comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom (there is a bathtub and a shower stall). Nice view from the window. Normal but rather monotonous breakfasts, everything was delicious. The service is friendly and friendly, especially the waiter Kanan tried his best. The hotel does not accept any Russian cards, even Union Pay, but an exchange office is open on the ground floor until 20.00, after that the currency can be changed at an ATM near the reception. By the way, there is a bar with cosmic prices on the ground floor, and they just found some kind of ABB bank terminal there, which accepted Gazprombank's Union Pay card. There is a gorgeous promenade next to the hotel. You can walk along it perfectly. Immediately after the underpass there is a stop of a red tourist bus with an open top, which runs along the route. Valeh, a very intelligent and friendly private guide, caught us near him and offered us a private tour of Baku. The next day, he came to pick us up and we traveled all over Baku and all the sights in his minibus for the whole day. Such a gorgeous tour cost only $ 100. I liked the city of Baku very much, very clean, smiling, friendly people, always want to help in some way, wonderful warm weather. It seems that quite different Azerbaijanis live in Baku than in Moscow.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was lucky enough to check into a view room.
The service is unobtrusive, clean efficiently. The breakfasts are for 4, but the view is for 5. The hotel is conveniently located both for logistics on business and for evening walks along the embankment. It's a long way from the old town.

A wonderful hotel where we spent a wonderful weekend with the whole family. A good restaurant on the 23rd floor, opposite the hotel is the popular Marivan restaurant, where we went for lunch, near the embankment and shopping centers, 20 minutes walk to the old town. I lowered the star for one unpleasant moment at the very beginning.
We stayed in a deluxe room. There are no complaints about the room, it is gorgeous, even the pillows are comfortable (surprisingly). When booking, we made a request for a cot for our one-year-old child. The hotel wrote, don't worry, we will provide.
An unpleasant surprise was waiting for us in the room in the form of a huge shopping basket-a trolley for transporting dirty hotel linen. At first I didn't understand why she was standing here at all, maybe they forgot when cleaning? But looking inside, I saw a homemade foam mattress on the bottom and was horrified. That is, they offered to put the child in a dirty huge bag hanging like a hammock, where sleeping accessories were carefully thrown in which you can completely drown without support under your back?! Is it worth talking about the safety of such an undertaking? I didn't have the words. Then this trolley was replaced with an ordinary adult cot-type bed without sides, we had to build them out of pillows. We wrote in advance about the crib, we could honestly answer that there are none, we would take our own for traveling.
In summary, the hotel is not for families with young children.

A good hotel, the rooms have a beautiful view of both the city and the sea, the hotel is quite quiet, only sometimes the wind howls from the Caspian Sea! The furniture in the rooms is not new, but everything works and everything is clean, there is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron! In the bathroom, shampoos, gels, conditioners, lotions, you only need to take a toothbrush and toothpaste with you from the essentials! On the 23rd floor there is a spa and a gym, everything you need for cardio and strength training is present in the gym, the view from the treadmill is, of course, dizzying! There are breakfasts on the ground floor, everything is fresh and you can't go hungry, once there was a small queue due to the large influx of guests, but in general we were quickly planted and fed)) on the 24th floor, in my opinion, there is a spinning bar, we were there only once, it turns around the axis of the bar, it is difficult to look at the floor and drink at the same time) a good hotel, I definitely recommend it!

Location in the city center with panoramic views. All attractions are within walking distance. Impeccable service, impeccable views, excellent breakfast, excellent spa and gym with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, impeccable service. Fast, quiet panoramic elevators. Clean windows on the 16th floor (how they achieve this is not clear). Lovely wide, very comfortable beds and pillows. Of what could be improved - a cheat sheet in Russian with navigation around the hotel and spa opening hours, time and place of breakfast, additional services. Hilton is the kind of hotel where everything is always impeccable and excellent. You always meet our expectations. Many thanks to all the staff for taking care of the guests, kindness and hospitality. I want to come back here again and again. If you're talking about Hilton, it's always superlative.

The location is gorgeous, but where else could Hilton be located. There are no questions about the reception, nor about the service - everything is clear. There was no tourist fee (May 2024). Near the embankment, the Old town. Inside the hotel there is a cool leisure - restaurants, a swimming pool

The hotel is super!!!! Excellent breakfasts, a large spa center, with a huge swimming pool and a bunch of baths, on the 23rd floor with a gorgeous panorama!!! The location is super 👍👍👍 everything is nearby!!! Formula 1 is passing by!!! The rooms are large, clean, and cozy. 5 out of 5. The only disadvantage is that the price tag is not particularly cheap!!! But it's worth it!!!

I stayed twice in this hotel, I was satisfied with everything. Excellent breakfasts, everything is very tasty, in the summer there is an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits. The rooms are clean, the staff is hospitable and polite. Special thanks to the managers Emil and Orhan, they are very customer-oriented, they tried to do everything to make my stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. I recommend the hotel! Amazing hotel, very beautiful view, rooms in good condition, the bed is amazing, you sleep like on a cloud, the bed linen is very soft, pleasant. There is also a sports club in the hotel, and a salon, the salon was visited by an amazing master Zara, a very nice and pleasant girl, I will return to her to maintain my beauty and shine. The staff does their job at the highest level, everyone is friendly, polite, always help and prompt. Very tasty breakfasts, everything is fresh. The chefs are well done from the very early morning they put all their efforts and prepare such delicious dishes. Technical staff as a special agent))) you won't see it, you won't notice, you come already everything is cleaned and clean, but still once I saw a nice woman who was cleaning the room. Tech staff Forgot the coffee couple near the door))) I took it to the reception and asked just not to scold her))) anything happens. The service is good. Breakfast is not very monotonous, and there is no fish. The coffee is great. The rooms (standard) are not well thought out - the closet is not comfortable, the faucet on the sink splashes and is not adjustable. Shampoos and gels are attached in the shower- you can't carry them into the bathtub. There is no bidet, there is no standard hygienic shower (the toilet is equipped with a nozzle, but it is inconvenient to use it and the water is cold). Otherwise, everything is OK, the impression is good.

I was walking in the center, went to the hotel, charged my phone and booked a room in this hotel, as I make reservations through the Islet application. They started kicking me out with the police, as they announced and said that important guests were at the hotels, and I was bullshit and asked to leave the hotel and the police came. Terrible service and people.

It doesn't really look like 5 stars. No one greets you on arrival. They were carrying suitcases themselves. Disgusting and meager breakfasts. The soap in the big bottle is nailed to the countertop!!! The suite has a large bathroom... how do I get to the bidet? Should I put soap in my hands???!!! The staff has no idea what the service sector is at all. A 3-star hotel!!!
