A new modern hotel, opened in September last year. There is no alcohol license. There is only water in the bar and restaurant. There is a delicious ice cream.
The rooms are good, but the lack of a closet with doors is somehow unusual. There is an ATM in the lobby where you can exchange currency.

A place where you want to return. The highest level of customer service. You were expected here, you are welcome and all issues are being resolved for your comfortable stay. There were two nights. Beautiful view from the window. The territory is free of roads and cars, near a beautiful park and an Eternal city. Excellent breakfasts, clean, beautiful and modern rooms. We chose this hotel as a network, well, like a Hilton, breakfast is about 2-, although you can order juice separately at the bar, an egg is cool- cooled in a glass, poached in water floats, high-quality glaze, fish, except herring for breakfast, cheese is not bad, sausage leaves much to be desired, watermelons and melons are definitely not from Uzbekistan, pomegranate juice, why not, a local product, but bananas and tangerines in the assortment.Trying to have dinner several times at a local restaurant, I was faced with the lack of main dishes, but it's worth leaving the hotel 100 meters away - there is any barbecue, meat, chicken, vegetables, here only beef cooked in an industrial oven, but there is more fat in it than pork, I attach a photo, to which the cook said - I'm on I put more weight on it, complete nonsense. Spa complex- for two days I told the staff where everything does not work in saunas, well, by the weekend the complex was filled with people who did not live in the hotel, but the staff at the same time brought them alcohol, for which the hotel does not have a license, and these subjects jumped into the pool after the sauna, without using showers and tubs)), trash)) and then you have to swim in this pool with a child, room cleaning is for 5, there are no questions about it, and the first days they did not leave tips.So it's convenient, close to the airport and the center, but some kind of meeting place for local groups, back to the future, the 90s, fondue lovers gather in the restaurant in the evening, and the chefs don't even need anything else, there is a ticket office))

There is no alcohol. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and that's fine, the rooms are not smoky..

I give 5 stars because I liked it. But there are scuffs on the furniture, jambs. An excellent swimming pool, which is a huge plus when visiting in the summer. A wonderful restaurant. Yes, there is no alcohol, but this is not a big problem. Not everything is measured by alcohol.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the room, namely there is nothing to breathe in the room because the windows do not open.
There is an air conditioner that blows directly onto the bed and blows at a minimum speed so that a cold is provided.
As a consequence, either suffocate sweaty, or you will be blown out and you will get sick.
The breakfasts are modest, but not bad.
WI-FI is constantly knocking out and you need to manually connect.
Location from the main attractions 15-20 minutes on foot.

We checked into the hotel due to an emergency flight landing, the airline paid for it, so I can't say anything about the price-quality ratio.
The hotel is clean, new, great spa and pool, great food. The staff was very polite and helpful, they were always ready to help with any question, for which we thank them very much.
There are minor comments to the room: there is not enough towel rail or some kind of design for drying clothes / towels. We didn't have a suitcase, but if we had, it would have been problematic to put it somewhere. There was a small mess with the room's equipment: we did not have bathrobes, although friends had them in another room. There were only one pair of slippers for two. However, we did not address this problem to the staff. I think they would have solved the issue quickly.
Well, it's very cold in the hotel. We got there in a record-breaking -17°C. At the time of check-in, the room was +16, during the night the air conditioner warmed it up to +21. After the re-arrival of the technician, the temperature became normal, but not in all rooms. Friends spent the whole night at + 14, the air conditioner did not help. It was very cold in the corridors, hall, and restaurant, the room was simply not designed for such temperatures. As a result, we warmed up in the sauna. Overall, the impressions are quite positive. Although I'm not sure that I would be willing to pay ~ $200 for a room for two with meals

Minus- we could not adjust the operation of the air conditioner to heat, this is a southern country, there are no heating devices in the rooms, heat only with the help of an air conditioner. For two days, the technicians were not able to adjust. It was very cold!

Nice modern hotel. Beautiful swimming pool. The sights are quite far away, which is compensated by the cheapness of the taxi. 15 minutes and you are on the mercy of Registan.
The windows do not open in the rooms. It's made like in skyscrapers. So the air is only through the air conditioner.
The kitchen in the restaurant is quite decent, but the Breakfasts are expensive and very meager.
