The hotel is new, but the door from the room could not be opened. It is unclear how the ventilation works, there is a feeling that the lighting control in the room is messed up. The saunas in the spa are turned off, turned on only when we arrived, respectively, they were cold. During normal loading at the hotel, the staff confuses the rooms, check in the same different guests.
