Disgusting attitude towards the guests. The elevator does not go to my floor, because it is with this floor that the problem is, when asked what to do, the workers shrug their hands. No one helped me with my suitcase. The reception staff roll their eyes and talk among themselves in whispers, when asked to read the refusal through the translator. But when the janitor whistled at me, I finally realized that I would not stay here.

A chain hotel of a well-known chain, but clearly converted from a hotel of a cheaper segment. The main advantage of the location! Charming view of Copacabana beach and the ocean. The staff is friendly, the cleaning is excellent. Among the disadvantages are cockroaches in the room, which, according to the staff, were starved, but they survived) and overloaded elevator traffic, you have to wait a long time to get to the right floor.
