Recently we visited the restaurant "Khinakalnaya", and were completely delighted!
I would like to mention the staff separately: Alina, Natasha and Maksat made our visit especially memorable. Their professionalism and friendliness created a pleasant atmosphere from the very beginning.
The food is top notch! Khinkali was incredibly tasty and satisfying. Each dish was prepared with love and attention to detail.
The service was prompt, and the team was always in touch to answer all our questions and help with the choice.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and relaxing, which makes it a great place to relax with friends or family.
We will definitely return to the "Khinakalnaya" and recommend it to all our friends!

A great Georgian restaurant.
A good menu for every taste and budget.
The staff is polite, helpful and courteous.
Interesting decoration inside: paintings, jugs, lamps, wall paintings and much more in the Georgian style.
Various promotions are taking place. For example, we took khachapuri to take away and got a 20% discount.
Khachapuri was cooked for 15-20 minutes.
We had a sooooo delicious meal. Thanks a lot to the chefs.
It is convenient to get there. There is a public transport stop nearby. You can also take the metro to the m station.Chelyuskintsev Park (go back a bit) and/or M.Academy of Sciences (go ahead a bit).
The only disadvantage is that they could not order in the application, the address is not displayed.
I definitely recommend it.

It's just awful! I would like to note that the kitchen is incredibly tasteless.
Firstly, this is the first place where there was a tasteless meal and only 1 small piece of meat. Secondly, I have not eaten more tasteless hinkals. It would be better to buy frozen ones in the store. Very thick dough, practically no filling and the most important thing is that even taking khinkali with cheese, I'm already silent about meat and chicken, they have an unrealistically large amount of spices that just clog the whole taste. Thirdly, in Ojahuri, when you try to understand the taste of meat, you only feel spices that grind on your teeth. It seemed that either the meat was not the first or even the second freshness, or the chefs had a very strange taste. Fourthly, I have never drunk more disgusting lemonade with sea buckthorn and did not think that it was possible to spoil the taste of such a simple drink...
Fifthly, it is as if the staff were a trifle against the background of incredible problems with the kitchen... The waitress brought the menu, put it on the table without saying hello and silently left. After about 15 minutes, she came up, took the order, but when she took out the khinkali, she brought a strange number of plates: 6 of us, 5 of us ordered khinkali, it was logical for everyone to bring his order, but no, they brought us 2 common plates and said, well, look where yours are here... Naturally, no one asked us on the way if we liked everything and if we wanted to order anything else... Ah, Zha, I completely forgot, our order was not carried to us with an empty ass for more than 45 (!) minutes, warning that the waiting time was about 20 minutes.
To be honest, the institution is not even 1 star, but frankly 0!!!

I've been there twice in a month. The interior is normal. Clear. Reasonable prices. Relatively fast service despite the almost full workload. The first time - everything is fine, delicious. But the second time it seemed like completely different khinkali, and not for the better.
I'm unlikely to go again. So far, it's 50/50, but there are enough establishments with consistently good cuisine.

We went to the institution for the sake of khinkali, took cheese and chicken with mushrooms. What can I say- khinkali bought in Georgia in the store for 1p apiece is even tastier. It is pointless to compare them with the khinkals served in restaurants in Georgia. When you order khinkali, you are waiting for hot broth inside and fragrant herbs, but in fact they are dry with mushrooms, semi-dry with chicken. The dough itself and the filling are not bad, but there is no broth.

Vanessa is a very unpleasant waiter. She was rude, inaccurately said the waiting time, instead of saying 25 minutes, the wait was 40+ minutes, while when it was pointed out to her, she replied in a very unpleasant manner that there was a heavy workload. In addition, the guests who arrived 10-15 minutes later brought the order 10 minutes earlier.
The only thing that really deserves respect is taste.

The worst Hinkery I've been in :(
I came with a girl, the impression of this place was no longer very good as soon as we entered. Grandma was sitting at another table, and the waitresses were laughing with her all the time we were sitting there. I realized right away that the service would be so-so. I thought at least we would eat normally, but there was a surprise waiting for us))
In Khinkali I always take khachapuri, it is one of the main and very revealing dishes. So, it's worse than here, I haven't eaten khachapuri anywhere… Even in a regular store for 3p khachapuri will be many times better than here. The word "overexposed" would be inappropriate here. How long does it have to be overexposed to make it happen, 10 minutes?)
In general, I probably haven't visited a worse place in Minsk, although initially we calmly went in, because after all, the name is well-known and there is trust in it. But, alas, there is only one name from the Khinkalnaya. I won't come back here anymore and I don't advise anyone.
I highly recommend the owner to take a closer look at the staff, because this is a very important component of any cafe / restaurant. And your staff sucks, sorry 👎🏻

I decided to while away the wait for the minibus with a glass of wine. The girls not only opened a new bottle for me, turned on the air conditioner (it was a little hot), but also found a charger for my Samsa. I did not order food, I confess, but judging by the satisfied look of other visitors, who are eating all sorts of sophisticated goodies with an appetite, the kitchen should also be of high quality. I'll definitely try it next time. And in general, the friendly atmosphere in the institution and the customer service undoubtedly deserve only the most positive assessment.

One of the most favorite khinkalen in Minsk, but the owners, please take action 🙏🏻 13.09, pleasant and polite staff, 3 tables are occupied in the hall, and the wait for the order (3(!) khinkali with chicken) is 40 minutes. When asked to clarify the time of return, the waiter girl returned with a response from the cook "10 more minutes" and a lot of apologies. Seriously? 50 minutes to cook a dish with an almost empty seat? The rest of the guests had the same problem, the receptionist and the waiter tried to calmly resolve all situations as much as possible, but there are huge questions about the kitchen.

They didn't carry the order for a long time, so I couldn't stand it and ate shawarma. Immediately a "habalkovidny type" waitress of about 20 years old swooped in and cheated from head to toe.
Then the food arrived. After that, I thought for a long time that I shouldn't have left after the first bell. The meat in one of the Dishes is completely tasteless, And khinkali - it seems to be the trump card of the institution with the name "Khinkalnaya" - is generally a shame.
Usually, people from the countries of Georgia/related countries are responsible for the formulation of such dishes
Apparently, there is no such thing in this institution. The meat in Hinkals is terrible, there is little of it, and the pepper characteristic of real hinkals is also indecently small. And the broth, which is abundantly poured in real Hinkals, is outrageously small.
I also bought tea (milk oolong with mango). It cost 7 rubles., There was no fragrance or color for such a price
