I will not write about expectation and reality ...
I will write point by point, I hope the management will make a conclusion.
1. The menu was not explained.
To the question:
- What is this dish?
- Meat.
2. Is the dish spicy?
- Well, there are spices there.
Fine, but we didn't get an answer.
Each question was difficult for the waiter. I had to "pull out" information. It was like we came to her house and demanded to cook something Georgian, but she didn't know what it was.
3. Submission... One dish was brought... and after 15 minutes to another person, the first one has already cooled down.
4. I didn't like Khinkali at all. There is practically no broth.
5. This year September is cold, it was 10 degrees outside the window. After all the dishes, we wanted to drink tea.
But!!! It's over. How? Tea is indicated in the assortment. And all the tea was over.
The morse also doesn't taste very good.
6. We choose coffee and desserts.
There is no dessert either, but it's okay, who doesn't have it. But the tea is all over... A unique case.
We choose another dessert.
They bring coffee, ate a warm latte, in which even sugar did not dissolve, and remained in the form of a cube.....
7. Desserts were brought.
The cheesecake was raspberry. It was not indicated anywhere. It's not said from the waiter's mouth either.
Raspberries can be severely allergic, please indicate information about this in the menu.
The honey cake was completely frozen. There was ice in the middle. Crunchy ice. Just in time for a cold latte.
And this is omitting the taste qualities, because the taste and color ...
everyone's opinion may differ.
I have no strength or desire to write about everything else. And there were still many disadvantages and errors in maintenance. This is unacceptable.
It remains to be hoped that the quality of service will rise, the waiters' skills will become higher, and there will always be tea in winter. And do not forget to add broth to khinkali.
Otherwise, it's a complete failure.

Very tasty! Good-natured staff. Pleasant atmosphere
We visited this place as part of the Gastrofest. I liked the food more or less, the homemade wine is not bad. But the service is lame - we have been waiting for an order for a long time.
Well, we waited 1.5 hours for khinkali. One portion was not brought at all, as it was ordered by the company and the waitress apparently decided that she did not need it. Some were undercooked, the broth was a couple of khinkali from strength. Drinks (wine, homemade juice) like from a nearby grocery store, but it's not for us to judge. I do not recommend it, the price-quality ratio is terrible.
Never, do you hear, never order mulled wine in this place. The only thing worse is probably the semolina with lumps from childhood. The disgusting quality of mulled wine. Sediment, turbidity, and color..everything is visible in the photo
I can't name a worse place in Gomel. The interior in the "tear out the eye" style is also cluttered somehow. The pictures of the menu do not correspond in any way to what is served in fact, the total weight of the dish is prescribed in the menu, and the portion is not divided by grams. There's a fuss everywhere. It doesn't taste good.
