The Khinkali were terrifyingly peppered. It feels like they were trying to hide the bad stuffing in this way. Parsley was sprinkled everywhere, although there should be cilantro. Ojahuri is some kind of mockery. The meat and potatoes served on a plate, which did not even remotely resemble the signature Georgian dish, did not please either the appearance or the taste at all: in places poorly stewed potatoes, in a wild amount of butter, with several pieces of pork, as from another dish.
And it's absurd to serve warm natakhtari lemonade at all!! This drink should be cold!!!It looks like we went to a diner. To the Georgian restaurant as to the moon

It's a long time to wait for an order.
They forgot about ordering a second beer at all, I had to remind them twice.
The bill was brought. He said payment by card. I waited 20 minutes, and then I had to remind you.

For khachapuri, puff pastry is used, and here the usual yeast tortilla with a minimum of filling. They packed a burnt pancake with them at all. I didn't like the dough in khinkali and kebabs. Well, maybe to make soup. By the way, the wine has 1 name, it tastes diluted. So.. I'm not a rider here anymore.🤷♀️

They deceive people, they are a big underweight in meat dishes. 05.11.2022 ordered two portions of barbecue weighing 300 grams + potatoes on the grill. When the dish was brought, there was exactly the same amount of meat on the plates as there were potatoes. Although it is on the menu weighing 150 grams. The waiter was called, she proved with big eyes that there was a large portion of meat on the plate. The administrator was called, she agreed to outweigh and in the end we were right. There were far from 300 grams of shish kebab on the plate. As a result, half of the barbecue was not included in the bill. At the same time, no one apologized to us!!! As I understand it, the underweight scheme is designed for drunk people. We will never go to this place again. A lot of bad mood.

There are no questions about the kitchen. But the problem with the service is. I ran into this place, because I really wanted juicy hinkals (to take away). On Wednesday, from 15:00-17:00, there is a 50% discount on khinkali - we will double your order (as it turned out later). It so happened that I made an order on this day and in this period of time, pickup. Moreover, when this discount was beating in the program, they said that it was some kind of mistake and they do not know why this is so. As a result, the order was calculated at full cost. When I sat down at a table to wait for my order and saw a flyer with this discount, I decided to clarify: why was I counted at full cost then. In response, the receptionist replied: "So what? We don't have to talk about discounts." Referring to the fact that pickup and delivery are the same thing. Although the flyer stated that the discount does not apply ONLY to shipping.
To my question: "Then why didn't you invite me to sit in the hall?" They replied, "Well, you're with yourself." Answers from a competent employee, bravo!
In general, an unpleasant situation. Mislead customers. There was a residue left.

The service is not worthy of a Georgian restaurant. I do not recommend it. Moreover, this is the first and last visit to the "institution". Maybe the entourage will be normal for someone, but the forgetfulness of the waiters with incomplete seating, uneven tables and inconsistent serving of dishes (even if there is no fly in the glass) will leave a bitter aftertaste.
