A pleasant family hotel, a fairly large swimming pool, delicious breakfasts. A large area for walking and a terrace for evening gatherings with wine. Comfortable rooms with excellent sound insulation. Very clean. There is a parking lot.
Great place! A very tasty variety of breakfasts. There is a water park, gym services, massage, cosmetology. Excellent pizzeria on site, inside the main building there is a 24-hour kiosk with the minimum necessary assortment for satisfying hunger, drinks, coffee. The villas have beautiful apartments with everything necessary for living and a sauna. Excellent service, the price-quality ratio is excellent. Beautiful view of the lake, there is a place to walk. There is a small minimarket nearby.
A good hotel for a family holiday. The water park is quite spacious. A good "sauna world", including a hammam, Finnish sauna, salt sauna, Russian bath and a spacious font. On the roof there is a Russian sauna with an open warm font. There is also a small swimming pool in the warmer months.
There are few Russian-speaking staff.
The rooms are cool in the cold season. Heating via an air conditioner with a maximum temperature of +23.
It's nice here in spring and summer. A huge area for walking.
We went with a 6-year-old child.
The child really liked the aqua park and the descent in the pipe.
I was not very impressed with the aqua Park - it is too small/rustic / dark compared to the Siren or our St. Petersburg Peterland.
There are only two descents - one pipe is relatively long and one slide.
But for the first experience and when the kids are small, it's very cozy.
A good breakfast.
The room is ordinary, of the disadvantages - the temperature in the room is not regulated, only through the general air supply and air conditioning system.
Sometimes it seemed a little cold.
And the air is a little dry.
But overall a pleasant place
Near the lake, beautiful views of nature
Nice spacious rooms. Water park, bowling alley, playground, Angri birds Park in 2 steps. The walking area is large, on the shore of Lake Saimaa. Very beautiful. The water park is small, the 9-year-old child did not like it, he said it was boring. I don't think it's worth the money.
The impression is twofold. There was a cool rock and roll band playing on the beach, but there were no seats in the expensive bar. I don't see any point in going to such places at all. The Leningrad region is one in one. The lake is beautiful, but you don't have to drive 5 hours from St. Petersburg, we stood at the customs for almost 3 hours. The hotel itself is eco-friendly, I have not seen such streaks of deep litter on the walls anywhere. And on the beach there are droppings of some geese, like from medium-sized dogs, and everyone is diligently avoiding mines. And in general, it was a trip with expensive Finnish alcohol, I was tired of getting involved as a guide to the Imatrin Prism. The result is that I would not go at my own expense, it is better to go to Zelenogorsk or Repino.
We were in the swimming pool with the water park on the January holidays! I liked everything very much! And changing rooms, and showers, and the water park itself! Everything is thought out and great! There are electronic storage chambers in the locker rooms, powered by entrance bracelets. There are hair dryers to dry your hair before leaving. There is a sauna in the showers. In the very middle of the water park there is a hill with fountains. Music sounds loud every 15 minutes, fountains beat harder and the backlight changes. The children were delighted. There is also a deep pool, an aqua massage pool, and a Jacuzzi. Slides for children and a slide for descent with a cheesecake. The water circulates in a circle, forming a current. You can go down the slide on a cheesecake and continue to float with the flow in it. There is also a staircase leading to the street, where there is a vat of warm water right in the air and a log bath with a steam room! There is also a mini sauna for small children in the form of an igloo with a TV in the water park. And a small warm pool with a slide. There are also armbands and buckets with shovels . There is a cafe. There is also a paid sauna world. We didn't go there. Very cool! I recommend. The cost for 2 adults and 2 children is 58 euros.
A good place for a family vacation or a vacation with friends, there are both hotel rooms and club houses, cottages for rent. A good water park (without entertainment). A cozy, pleasant and tidy place.

A wonderful place for a family vacation. We had a rest for the New Year. There was a magnificent fireworks display. We lived in a cottage, cozy and planned, it was nice to sit by the stove in the evening. The cottage had everything necessary for living, Dishes and other small things. We will be happy to come again.
Not far from the border, there is a good water park with singing fountains, there is a mini golf, saunas, ice, bowling, bike rental and gyro scooters. A huge parking lot, hiking trails, a Prism and other joys of civilization are half an hour away. There are separate houses, townhouses, and a hotel.
A good place to relax ) Clean air , near the lake , forest for hiking . Water park, there is an outdoor heated pool on the roof. It is very profitable to buy a room in advance))))
I liked it, in my opinion it's not bad for Finland ...
The park, the lake, the atmosphere is pleasant, the restaurant is inclusive, the rest is some kind of fast food, but this is probably for an amateur ...
We played bowling with the children, bought up in the water park... Good autumn and winter holidays...
An average, more or less decent hotel, good breakfasts, but monotonous, buffet, aqua park for a hotel is normal, there are a couple of slides, saunas, and so, of course, you can't compare with Nessebar or Siam Park, but those are real aqua parks, not hotel ones!!! Near Lake Saimaa, forest, there is a place to walk!!! Of the minuses, they do not give slippers to the rooms, you need to buy at the reception for 2.5 euros, there are no shampoos, the Internet is weak, it used to happen that I barely opened ordinary sites, not to mention broadcasts!!! In general, it's good, I would like to catch fish on the lake, but it should be done at the end of May or in the summer!!! I couldn't do it, it snowed on May 3rd and it was cold, up to -3!!!))) Not up to fishing!!!
On the downside, there are quite a lot of children. The breakfast is quite good and varied. The rooms are large, comfortable, and there are a couple of Russian channels. The sauna world is not the most interesting and useful option. In fact, there is a hot sauna on the roof, for which you do not have to pay separately.
I really like to ride with children! There's nothing to do there without children. Of course, it is very expensive. We catch stocks. Delicious breakfast. I liked the superior rooms, spacious. There is beautiful nature around and paths for walking along the lake
A great place to relax with children, a swimming pool, a small water park. Everything is at a decent level. In the end, the only thing that upset me a little was that they presented 7 euros for disposable slippers in the room at check-out ((( They did not warn about this. And so everything is cool.
a great place to spend time alone, with family or company. rooms and apartments for every taste. Russian-speaking staff. A long breakfast, although not with much choice. water slides add pleasantness to your vacation
We had a rest with our family for the May holidays. I really liked it. Clean, beautiful, well maintained. Friendly staff. Excellent equipment of the apartments. There is even a drying cabinet in the house. Underfloor heating in the house, terrace, grill, bicycle. I did not like the check-in at 18:00.
It's a great family-run place. Water park, restaurants, pub, hotel, slot machines, bowling - all under one roof. There was a decent banquet on New Year's Eve. Going on a weekend trip from St. Petersburg is just wonderful
I took a room in the so-called old castle. The hotel has a single air conditioning system. You can't change it yourself. The same temperature for all rooms. At the same time, the windows do not open.
The toilet door is not closing, but rolling out, has a huge gap that, sitting on the toilet, you can track what is happening in the room.
There is no 24-hour restaurant.
The hotel has a spa area with slides (mini water park) and a sauna. The children really liked the slides and the performance with fountains in the center of the spa area. Breakfast is included in the price. You can also have lunch and dinner, but the prices bite dinner from an adult is 28 euros, from a child 9 years old is 14 euros, a child 6 years old is free. The food is without special frills, there is no alcohol.
Developed infrastructure, friendly staff, clean hotel. Of the minuses, there is a patched-up water park in places, not a very large selection of food for family holidays. Alcohol after 22 is only in the bar, in the store at the reception, the refrigerator is locked
The hotel is good because it is located near the border, the rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The water park is included in the room rate, it is very convenient and available for visits at any time from 9-00 to 21-00. There is a minus - restaurants for dinner are too expensive for my prosperity - the average dish is 20 euros.

I liked the hotel with a large cozy room. The bathroom is also large. The sleeping area is separated from the relaxation area by a curtain. There are no batteries. The room is heated by air conditioning. It can be a little chilly.Well, that's good.A wonderful spa. It's a pity the sauna area is paid 7 euros. You can, however, go to the sauna on the roof or in the locker rooms. The breakfasts are good. The staff is friendly. In summer, it's probably gorgeous. There are small bathrobes for children. For children, there are porridges for breakfast, with lots of jams (6 types), there are pancakes, soft cottage cheese with fruits, delicious buns, Karelian gateways, pancakes.
We liked the SPA more in Imatra kulpul. We used to do it often. And here the cleanliness in the room is not very good, and the breakfast is so-so. But the shore, the beach, is good.
The best hotel, has been more than 10 times, definitely justifies its price!

It's a great place for a different type of vacation. Starting from a romantic vacation together and ending with a full-fledged family vacation. There are many different types of entertainment. A water park, a rope park, a bunch of different outdoor activities. In general, I recommend it to all categories of ages!!!
Advantages and disadvantages. If you relax for a couple of days, it is a very convenient location. Not far from the border and you can visit Lappenranta and Imatra (shopping). Unfortunately, the proximity of the lake = a large number of midges who dream of drinking all the blood. The aquazone is very noisy and crowded. The breakfast is decent. Parking is available.
I really liked the place. It was the first time. Not worse than Kylpyle, but cheaper. We lived in an apartment. 4 adults and 3 children 9.6 and 3 years old are easily accommodated. The layout is very thoughtful. The spa complex is for 4+, but the children liked it. I recommend for a spa holiday in Finland with children!
A great hotel for winter holidays. It was in winter. A water park with a sauna on the roof, a sauna world with four types of saunas. For those who like active recreation, ski, skate and sledge rentals on the lake shore. There are many ski trails in the forest, most of them are illuminated. You can skate on the ice of the lake and on the indoor skating rink Arena.
We rested there in a separate cottage on March 8 before quarantine. I really liked it. A pleasant place. In the summer, I think it would be even better. Imatra is 20 minutes away by car
The hotel is good, the food is quite decent, the sauna in the water park is decent. It's quite good to relax for a couple of days with children or grandchildren, if you stop by on Saturday and leave on weekdays, then there are no queues at the border. ( which is quite pleasing )
Pleasant atmosphere
Not a bad bar at the bottom: good beer, delicious food.
Excellent sauna on the roof.
The pool itself is small, but if there are not many people, then it is quite enough.
For those who like a relaxing vacation in nature. It is convenient to get there-the Ecoline bus brings you right under the porch of the hotel. Quick registration. Otherwise, no frills. The main thing is nature and tranquility.
Nice spacious rooms (although this time there was no balcony (), good breakfast, excellent location on the lake, and most importantly the Water Park right in the hotel (from the room in a bathrobe you go down to the water park!)
A normal hotel, but !
Hotels in Terijoki and Scandinavia are much better and there is no need to go anywhere .....
A good slide, but there is an awful lot of chlorine in the pools, even the eyes stung.
Saunas are large and cold.
Only the Turkish one turned out to be good (which is on the 2nd floor).
Breakfast is about nothing .
And of course , the border is a tin
So dear compatriots, it is not worth wasting time and money, this is purely my opinion.
Everything is wonderful in this hotel.
Even before it started, the trip began to please starting with booking a room. Everything was booked on the site, BUT I called the support service in St. Petersburg and they kindly picked up a wonderful room from the reserve. Thank you Lyubov Vetrova!
The hotel has a good water park, wonderful breakfasts, excellent room stock, very helpful staff.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Of the cons:
- not very friendly staff
- you have to pay for everything, slippers in the room are paid, 3.5 euros a pair
- there is no refrigerator in the room... How is it???
- you can't open the windows - not everyone likes to breathe air conditioner when there is wonderful fresh air outside
- very high prices in the store - 0.5 liter bottle of water - 3.5 euros
- there is only one small sauna in the SPA area for free, all other saunas for a separate price - 7 euros
- the cups in the room are paper-disposable!!! There are no cutlery
Of the advantages, you can read in other places.
Will we come here again? Most likely not, there are better places in terms of price /quality of services.
The place is good. Near St. Petersburg (drive close). The staff tries to speak Russian. A water park, bowling alley and other outdoor activities.
Unfortunately, some shops and restaurants nearby have closed.
Updated, that's good. The water park is on the level. The breakfasts have become excellent. This is not a problem for me, but many complained about the lack of Russian-speaking girls at the reception desk. The restaurants in the hotel itself are expensive, and the infrastructure around the hotel suffers a lot. We have to go to dinner either to Imatra or even to Lappeenranta.
Large territory, good food. The stay is designed for families with young children, adults have nothing to do. There is nowhere to swim in the pool, only children splash around. The New Year's performance was exclusively for children, there was no entertainment program for adults at all and it was for 90 euros! The rooms were not cleaned, dust on the floor and in the bathtub, towels were never changed in 5 days.
Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator and heated towel rail in the room. Wet bathrobes had to be dried on the bathroom floor because the floor is heated.
Spa. I was very upset that there was only one sauna (free of charge). If you want to use all the other baths and saunas, then a fee of 7€ per person is included.
The pool is knee-deep outside, and the Jacuzzi, which is very dirty and not bubbling nearby. A small selection of hydromassage equipment.
At the same time, 2 water slides are very cool, especially the one on which you ride a cheesecake. However, it is not very pleasant to go up there barefoot on the stairs due to the fact that in some places there is green mold on the stairs (from moisture).
And the last thing I want to say in spazone is very depressing-there is not enough lighting.
Be prepared for the fact that there is no buffet dinner at this hotel on Sunday😔
Nice, clean hotel. A good spa area is preferable for children and people who want to relax and not move. But the breakfasts are meager, I'm used to the fact that there is nowhere without fish in Finland, but I didn't find it here ((((Sausages, bacon and porridge, as well as various types of "overseas" watermelons and melons, but there is no native fish.
We went twice, took Apartments. I really liked it both in summer and winter. Everything is there for life, you can rent a baby cot for 20 euros. In the main building there is a kiosk with food at quite reasonable prices.
