The first impression was wow. Finally, a high-level Hotel appeared in Aktau. There are no complaints about the restaurant and the aqua park, the guys know their business. But the maids... If you put up a sign that you are not in the room, you can clean up. When you come, it's still not cleaned up. At the same time, the maids come and ask when they can clean up? You tell them we'll put up a sign that we're not at home, they agree, but when you get back to the room, it's not cleaned. For 3 people, they give 2 bottles of water, 2 towels. Everywhere you have to ask for extra. Although it was paid for 3x. Of course, everything is fixable. I think we need to take care of the technical staff. If this is solved, then my deep recommendations. For that kind of money, it's practically Turkey. It would be nice to have your own beach by the sea. With sun beds, with a cleaned bottom.

The hotel is not bad, but there are flaws. Its proximity to the Laguna Water Park spoils it a lot, where they still haven't learned how to work with clients. The disgusting service and rudeness of the water park casts a shadow on the hotel. There is also some relaxation of the Holiday Inn staff - small joints spoil the impression. For example, when ordering food, forks and napkins were not brought to the room, and the ordered drink was forgotten. The restaurant refuses to sell food without a deposit, with an entry to the room. Is there a lack of trust in the guests, are they afraid that they will leave without paying?

The sea is nearby and you can't swim there, there is a strong stench coming from the shore. There are also snakes at the approach to the sea.
