Great hotel. I like everything. We live in room 355 on the 3rd floor with my husband and daughter, the room is large, Cleaned every day. The bed is very comfortable. The food is very tasty. The staff is polite. In general, I recommend it. It's about the hotel, we're here for the New Year holidays, and it's hard because there are queues everywhere, they were queuing for 4 hours at the Burj Khalifa tower yesterday, despite the fact that there were tickets. The fireworks were watched from the beach as everything is blocked everywhere or you have to pay in advance. Since those who are going to celebrate the new year are tuning in to a very large number of people and be patient.

Excellent location of the hotel,metro,shopping center, delicious cafes, all within walking distance. I recommend visiting the cafe with Turkish cuisine "kapadokia" everything is very tasty there.
Plus, the metro station is located so it's a couple of stops to the Marina, and the Dubai Mall is also nearby .
I took breakfast and dinner at the hotel, everything is delicious, a lot and quite diverse. And what excellent desserts for dinner .

The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is friendly. Room service is normal, for the UAE.
The room was spacious. The bed is very comfortable and large. The bathroom had everything you needed for comfort, liquid soap, good shampoo, hair conditioner and body balm.

We rested at this hotel from January 3 to January 11, 2022. The hotel was chosen based on the following criteria: location, proximity to metro and bus stations, price-quality. We really liked the hotel!
Reception: the staff is ready to help, there was a Russian-speaking girl, very convenient. We were helped to solve a number of issues: an extra bed, delivery of PCR, taxi to the airport, transfer to expo 2020, noisy neighbors.
PCR: it is very convenient that PCR can be taken right on the 2nd floor in the hotel, you don't have to go anywhere, you don't have to stand in line. The results were sent to the post office, printed out at the reception. It's just a pity that there is no announcement anywhere that PCR can be taken at the hotel, we only found out about it by asking at the reception.
Room: we had an executive room. Large, spacious. There is enough furniture for a comfortable stay: a table and 2 armchairs (to drink tea), a table with a mirror (for makeup), a table with a chair (a place for a laptop), a small sofa, a large wardrobe for things, a bed, a refrigerator, even a bidet in the bathroom
The view from the room was on the city, beautiful, we liked it.
We would like to note that the walls are not thin, the neighbors could not be heard (once only the neighbors made noise)
Every day they brought water (2 bottles of 0.5 liters per person), tea, sugar, coffee, soap accessories.
I liked the breakfasts, every day, along with the standard set, there were different dishes from the chef, it was nice. At breakfast there were: pastries (Croissants, puffs with berries, puffs with nuts), salad bar, cheeses (Every day there was brie cheese with white mold, delicious), eggs in different versions (omelet, fried eggs, with additives, boiled), tea and coffee, Indian cuisine separately. Something tasty, something not very, but everyone will find a suitable breakfast option for themselves, since the choice is large, some dishes have changed.
There was also a free shuttle bus from the hotel straight to Expo 2020, very convenient.
If there is a question of choosing a hotel for your next trip to Dubai, definitely Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha!!!

We had a rest in January 2024. We liked everything. Close to the metro stop, three stations to Dubai Marina, bus stop, near the Mall of the Emirates. Very friendly staff, a variety of breakfasts. Happy Birthday in the morning at breakfast we were congratulated with tambourines and cakes (unexpectedly).In general, I recommend it!

A chic hotel, a chic breakfast, very attentive service, all requests were fulfilled instantly. Everything is very nice and clean. There is a free gym with exercise equipment and a swimming pool. For an additional fee, there is a massage parlor with various types of massage. In general, I really liked everything! And what is not a little important, there is a metro nearby in a 5-minute walk on which you can quickly get to anywhere in beautiful Dubai.

We rested in June for 7 nights. Clean, the linen is good, the single beds are very wide. The location is good, not far from the mall of the Emirates, 7 minutes on foot. In the other direction, there is a metro station within walking distance. There is one Russian-speaking employee at the reception. The breakfasts are good, a normal choice. There is a temperature-controlled swimming pool on the roof, that is, it is cooled in extreme heat.
For me there was only one disadvantage - the lack of a balcony in the room.
Cleaning every day, put drinking water.
The bathroom is large.
There are several cafes and mini-shops around the hotel, some shops are open around the clock.
