Great hotel! We came to this hotel on recommendation. Nice room, everything is clean. They clean it every day. I was pleased with the daily bottled drinking water. The food is varied, fruits and delicious pastries. Dinner and lunch are just as delicious. The only thing that upset me was the closed beach, which is next to the hotel. The choice of the hotel itself was largely chosen due to the proximity of the beach. The website did not indicate that the beach was closed. And the reception does not give information on how to get to the sea. There is a tram stop next to the hotel that takes you to Jumeirah Beach. But it took us a while to find out. We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. I think this is a solid 2. The only plus is the walking distance of the metro, bus and trolleybus. We took a bus to Kite Beach and spent the whole day there. It was so convenient for us, we walked to the metro a couple of times - 7 minutes on foot, took the tram to the Marina for a walk. We chose apartments in the Marina or our hotel with breakfasts / dinners for the same money. As a result, we were satisfied with our choice. Kite beach is really high, wide, good coastal strip and swimming area, everything is perfectly equipped. The buses run well, so we were satisfied with both the choice of the hotel and the rest in general.
