Nice hotel in the very center of Yerevan. The staff speaks three languages (English, Russian and Armenian). The rooms are small but ergonomic. Everything is clean and comfortable. The only thing was a little disappointed with the breakfasts. The same type of choice every day. But there is everything you need.

Excellent hotel, completely satisfied. Good location (walking distance to the center, restaurants, shops), everything is professional (keep in mind that people who do not speak Russian may be at the counter, but as a rule they are nearby), clean and just nice (the view of Ararat is ooooh!).

A very nice hotel.
The room is clean. A great bed, there is a table with a comfortable chair for work. Fast internet connection without failures and complicated registration. Good water pressure. Friendly staff and delicious breakfasts, even with nutella!
A small disadvantage is the good audibility of the neighbors.

Beautiful view, polite staff, good breakfast (especially shakshuka was great!). We were in April, the pool has not been filled yet, but I am glad that it is there, they probably recruit in the summer and you can admire the scenery of Lake Sevan directly from it. Our room had a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake. Gorgeous! The price is high, but justified. The room is clean, the renovation is not the freshest, but pleasant.

Very nice stylish new hotel within walking distance from the city center. In front of the hotel there is a beautiful square with benches, fountains and two restaurants, so that the street is not noisy from cars. There are a lot of restaurants around for every taste. The room itself is cozy with good pillows and blankets, free water, tea and coffee. A very varied and delicious breakfast. In my opinion, the perfect combination of price, quality and comfort)

A chain hotel is always a guarantee of good service, quality and staff attitude. This is exactly the case.
It is clear that there is a cheaper hotel in which, last year, Masha from the accounting department rested. Yes, quite to myself, a year ago such a picture could have been… But only on the day of your arrival everything has already changed there, the mattresses are dirty, the plumbing is leaking, the bed linen is gray, towels with holes… Because there are no standards and there is no brand/name to match.

The staff are very responsive, not intrusive
The room met expectations, the breakfast buffet is also not bad (the advice is to come by 7, otherwise there will be no empty seats)

A very nice, clean and pleasant hotel. The location is good, there are restaurants and shops nearby and the center is a 7-minute walk away. Everything was very good in the room. The only drawback is that the guys are too worried about the cleanliness of the bed linen and all the towels and linen have a chlorine smell.

The hotel is quite expensive. It is not worth the money for which it is sold. Breakfast is meager. I liked the pillows and bed linen - everything is new and very comfortable. Pillows as much as 4 pcs. Two hard and two soft - to please everyone.

The hotel is nice, right in the center. Except it's too noisy in the summer. If the windows overlook the park, it is almost impossible to fall asleep, as the music plays until 11 o'clock.. plus, the air conditioner unit is beeping - but it's not scary, especially if you don't have such sensitive ears.
And in general, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast!

We stayed at this hotel in June 2021. In general, we are satisfied with this hotel. On the plus side: great location! The very center of Yerevan, on foot in no more than 15-20 minutes you can walk to the cascade, northern avenue, Republic Square, Pak Shuka market and other major attractions, as well as a bunch of restaurants within an accessible radius (Tumanyan Street is the cannon of the institution)))) where you can have a delicious meal. In front of the hotel there is a pretty alley with fountains singing in the evenings, where you can comfortably sit in the evening. If you take a rental car, keep in mind that in the evening after 22 o'clock you can easily park it near the hotel. The friendly and courteous reception staff speaks at least 3 languages. After checking out of the room, you can leave your belongings in the luggage room for free before leaving for the airport. On the 1st floor there is a TV viewing area (Euro 2020 matches were shown) on a projector screen with comfortable armchairs and a sofa, 2 computers allow you to check in for a flight, on public services, print QR codes and do other necessary things in these pandemic times. The room is clean, modern and cozy. Small disadvantages, which are rather quibbles: only 1 elevator out of two worked, the iron in the room worked poorly, we expected breakfast at least a little in the Armenian style, but it was traditional, although for such a price and it is more than pleasant. In general, my wife and I have an unambiguous #recommendation for living in wonderful Armenia and hospitable Yerevan))

I really love this chain, and the hotel in Yerevan is the best of all!
Very conveniently located - not far from the center, but in a quiet location. There are restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket nearby.
