The rooms are dirty, the food is poor, there are eternal queues for food, ice cream, etc. Beach towels are provided free of charge once, replacement is paid. I didn't like it at all. This is my subjective opinion. There was a lot of political tension. It was a karaoke night, everyone was singing their own songs. Poles, Germans sang, we Russians clapped for everyone.(although their songs are disgusting) But as soon as our Russian guy began to sing the gray night, they defiantly got up and left with laughter and their characteristic yell. The hotel, after all, is more attuned to Poles, Germans, and Lithuanians. Even the clock at the entrance with the time in Moscow was removed. This hotel does not pull 5 stars, well, at all (The programs are very monotonous. Boring. The private beach is small. There is a lot of food, but from the series-eggplant with pepper, pepper with eggplant. Definitely, I will not go there anymore and will not advise anyone.

There is one minus - diarrhea, and everyone has it, but in different variations, someone with a fever, someone with vomiting, someone with a rash on the body, plus weakness and pain in the stomach. People discussed it, but everyone thought they were poisoned by fish/turkey/cheese. I suspect it's not food poisoning. After such adventures, I just wanted to eat soups or porridges, but there were no porridges, and there were only 2 types of soups and 1 of them is very spicy. The bartender said that this often happens with them and made a drink from mineral water, crushed lemon and salt, and it really became easier.

My advice is to check and count money on the spot, this hotel can cheat. The Wi-Fi is very bad, the Wi-Fi is better from the neighboring hotel. They don't clean well, we've never had our linen changed in a week, and the towels were changed once because we threw them on the floor. We were basically satisfied with the food, of course, if we go to the beginning of dinner, there will be queues everywhere, and if in an hour, then something may not get there or the tables will all be occupied. Terrible hotel. It's not like in the photos. We had a rest with our family on 07/10/2024. There's dirt everywhere. The service is on a solid 3 out of five.
And the hotel itself is far from 5 stars. I've been to a lot of places, it's even 4 with tension.

We bought a tour from Anex. We arrived at the hotel at 12, the manager immediately began insistently offering muddy schemes "check in for one night with an unfamiliar couple in one room, I will move in the morning, and as a gift you will have a bungalow for the whole period." He openly lied that there were no available rooms and it was not worth refusing his generous offer, even at 14 o'clock there would still be no rooms available. But the bracelets were put on right away. At 14 they came up again, because of our refusal, the manager behaved impudently and rudely, continued to offer rooms without a balcony, on the roof, etc. It's good that we had the patience to refuse, as a result, after 40 minutes of wrangling, we found a free room with a sea view (as we had booked). In no case do not agree to such offers
The room was tired, dirty torn wallpaper, bed linen with spools, but it was clean. The air conditioning and refrigerator are working, the mattress is comfortable, the sea view is worth paying extra for when buying a tour (we had a difference of 4000 rubles)
The food is weak, they were poisoned on the evening of the second day. Then they ate only rice, pasta, vegetables (not salads), bread, grilled meat for dinner. A meager selection of fruits: apples, oranges, sometimes plums and grapes (which are swept away in the first 10 minutes). The dishes were dirty.
The beach is sand and pebbles. The umbrellas are braided and have holes in them. The deck chairs were partially broken, the mattresses partially torn, the tables were not wiped, the garbage was removed from the bins at the end of the day. There are sun beds right next to each other on the beach and by the pool. The toilet is far from the beach, it has always been dirty.
The hotel was open until October 20, we were from 11 to 18, every day something closed, stopped working: animation, beach bar. The Ala carte restaurant was open until October - also a span. There is no Guest connection, the main manager has not been seen either.

It was not allowed to have tea outside the restaurant in this hotel. The wine is of poor quality, it could be drunk from single-use plastic glasses! We couldn't even imagine this! Coffee and tea are also in paper cups. There were no teaspoons at all. I do not understand by what criteria this hotel was given 5 stars, because it pulls only 3. Of the advantages: the room was not bad and the sea is excellent. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.
