Very good staff. The hotel has a small water park with 3 slides of the usual twisted and wide. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a children's pool and a regular one. At lunchtime, there is a snack bar where you can have a snack. The beach is made of large pebbles. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it still won't pull for 5 stars, but for 4 yes.

The galleries of the hotel are constantly in semi-darkness, either in order to save money, or so that the dirt would not be so conspicuous. No bathrobes, no slippers, no toilet articles other than the slurry in the dispensers. One toilet outside the hotel. The staff is stone-faced. Many people admire animation, and this is Aqua aerobics, playing darts, water polo, volleyball, etc. nothing is ordinary. Evening events are boring contests, I thought it would come to a tug of war. Only girls who are engaged in children work well! In terms of covid, the Cook is on hand, without gloves.....
But, most of all, it was the citizens of Ukraine who were "pleased"... 90%. It seemed that some kind of advanced state farm was awarded a ticket to a sanatorium and without changing clothes all the leaders arrived at the place of rest. They come in some kind of tapes and prefer to relax (sunbathe, eat, yell) together, shifting tables, sun beds.... these are satisfied with everything, the main thing is free. I closed this sanatorium for myself once and for all.
The rest was ruined by poor-quality food, unsanitary conditions and non-compliance with cooking rules.
A person can survive a bad Internet connection, scuffed walls and old repairs, an uncomfortable bed, while enjoying other things on vacation. But when you don't leave the toilet all night at first, and then you can't even eat, then it's not a rest.
We read reviews about the hotel, took activated charcoal and enterosgel with us, sniffed at the food, but it did not save us. The doctor's call costs $ 120, the receptionist told us in Turkish "let it go", a rare hypocrite in an eternal burgundy jumper over a shirt.
If it were not for poisoning, then it would be possible to describe the rest as ideal, the first line, the sea, albeit with stones, a bunch of food points: burgers with French fries, Turkish pancakes, a point with sweets and coffee. The location is convenient — buses to Alanya stop nearby (22 liras), or 10 liras to Migros, where you can buy souvenirs and coffee.
The pools were cleaned every evening, the water slides worked every day, they can make only one cocktail from alcohol, and the beer is delicious.
I don't know what to advise. I would like to check on them, as with Rospotrebnadzor, so that everything is put in order in the kitchen, but in Turkey, apparently, they don't care about it, once a year the same problem is food poisoning.

We had a rest from 07/13.21 to 07/23.21 with a friend and two children. I only liked the view from the window. We arrived late, the bed was not carried to the armchair for 3 hours. The room was dirty, there was a bag of sand and dirt in the washbasin, the refrigerator did not close. The door to the toilet with a bathtub closed , they called the reception and said they would send a locksmith , but no one came, they opened themselves with hairpins, keys, whatever came to hand. They gave one bottle of water for 4 people, in the morning they called the reception and asked for water to wash down the tablet, it was not brought to the child.cleaning is just for show. From the after-sun creams, the pillowcase was all sticky for the child, it was changed only on the 4th day after I went to complain. I wrote a complaint , they said they would fix everything. A bottle of wine and rotten fruit were sent as an apology. Ice cream was given out of time, and in one day they did not give it at all, French fries were stuffed for life ahead, there is no variety of food, there is a different mess that is scary. I also got a rotovirus infection, I thought I would not recover!!! Thank God everything went away in 1.5 days. Drinks are always running out, cocoa water was also pouring out of the machines with "tipo" juice. What was fashionable to eat from sweet desserts ended in the first 5 minutes of a meal. The towels were always stained, it was difficult to tell if they were clean or not, there were only 3 sets for a room of 4 people.
We visited Turkey for the sixth time. We chose Kemer and the Catamaran Hotel with friends. An interesting and picturesque place. The hotel was opened on 2.06.2021 and has not been cleaned yet!!! On windows and glass facades - bird droppings, glass (wall facades) in the canteen (ask, restaurant))) - not washed - stains from rags, dirt. About the canteen ("restaurant")- a separate topic, I think that food is an important part of a 5* hotel: dirt is everywhere. Sticky surfaces of tables where dishes are displayed, unwashed dishes, chipped plates, lack of cutlery. With a rag, if the employees of the "restaurant" pass by, they brush crumbs and leftovers from the rag to the floor. Canopies over food (made of Plexiglass, where the backlight is) in age-old dust. There is just more dust!!!! I'll make a reservation about the food right away: there was only chicken and turkey from the meat. We have never eaten either mutton or beef. Soy burgers don't count. The queues are huge. It is immediately clear that the "restaurant" does not have enough staff. One tray of pasta and potatoes, followed by a queue of 50 people! You feel somehow flawed, standing in this line of people. The range of dishes is stingy. On the grill (street), the waiting time in the queue for an unhappy chicken or turkey is from 15 to 40 minutes!!!! Everything sweet is monotonous, tasteless. We will never forget dirty oranges (in the ground and smoldering), just soaked in water, always wet. Plums and apricots are a lot of rotten ones, you need to dig around to choose a decent one. If you come to breakfast not at 7 a.m., but suppose by 9:00, then there will be no bread or butter, not to mention eggs.... That is, corny - they don't add it! Once I didn't even have enough boiling water (not to mention the coffee in the coffee machine). When asked to give boiling water, the waiters threw up their hands. In the lobby bar, coffee spilled by someone on the floor stuck to shoes for 2 days, no one washed the floor ((((. Decent fish (like trout) was given for the last 2 days (about 8.08 and 9.08) before leaving, before that there was some kind of fried herring that could not be eaten and even to smell it. According to the food, it seemed that the hotel stupidly saves on everything and wants to recapture the lost profit in Covid.

We rested from 03.09.21 to 13.09.21... There's not much to write about the room, shabby old furniture, but we're not coming to sit in the room!!!
So, in order: there were four of us, two children, grandma and me (mom). We arrived at the hotel at 23:30, checked in immediately. They offered a one-room Famili, I asked for a room with two rooms, since my grandmother snores a lot - no extra charges, etc. They immediately gave me a room on the ground floor with a view of the windows of another hotel and their garbage dump. But it didn't bother us all the rest. There is nothing to eat after 22:00 (at all). There is midnight soup and this is 💩. Therefore, the children drank milk in the lobby and went to sleep.
Now the hotel itself: there is no territory at all- at all!!!! Apparently a very good photographer took photos of the hotel, because it seems that the territory is large. There are three pools, the first for children with a diameter of 5-6 meters, the second and the third are large. Three small slides. The snack bar is a place where drinks are served by the pool and you can have a snack with burgers. A small amphitheater, a mini playground and the same mini children's club (with stuffed toys, etc.). And a small beach from the hotel (pebble)!!!! That's the whole territory!!!!
The pool area is very dirty (just a kick-ass). Garbage cans are next to the children's pool, they are full of holes - all this slush flows to the floor, children run through this slush and all this gets into the pool. When asked to remove a puddle or move the tanks to another place .... IGNORE. The next day, more chlorine was added to the water, so much that it is impossible to breathe. On the third day, my eldest child got poisoned (fever, diarrhea and vomiting). On the fifth, and the youngest began to have diarrhea.
The music is exactly screaming from 10:00 to 00:00.
Children's disco is a complete horror. There is no animation.

We lived like in a boarding house!!! The hotel is incredibly stuffy. They got poisoned, barely flew home. The service is terrible!!! We waited three days for water and toilet paper to be brought to our room. The room is not cleaned. To be cleaned, you must first contact the director of the hotel and even spend a lot of nerves. While you're standing at the reception, you'll hear a lot of complaints from people. At first, we were provided with a room with access to the pipes, which was not booked, of course we did not have this, they said there were no available rooms, if you want another one, pay $ 10 per day! We were horrified-for what!!!After two hours of wasted nerves, a small child and I were taken to a dirty room overlooking the pool. A pipe was leaking under the sink in the bathroom, it turned out that it was generally hanging on snot, walking through puddles in the bathroom!!! The air conditioning started to be adjusted, the TV and refrigerator did not work. Instead of a cot, which we booked from a travel agency, we were provided with a playpen, which was not even going to be used and it is strictly forbidden for a baby to sleep in it!!! We were provided with a folding chair at the hotel, the child fell from it at night, and this is contraindicated for us with our diagnosis, we are registered with a neurologist with a head injury. And besides, a cockroach was climbing on the child's face, which does not correspond to the norms in a five-star hotel!!! No one reacted to our complaint, they said that the TUi guide would come and let him figure it out, mostly they waved their hands, like come from here!!! I had to go to the director of the hotel, he said: "Let's move you to our other hotel, but unfortunately there were no places in another hotel, he offered us that they would clean the room thoroughly, fix the falling out pipes and gave us a bungalow for two days. But our child and I missed one day, and on the second day, while the child was waiting near the nursery - literally 10 minutes passed, we approached the bungalow, to our surprise it was occupied, the room was booked two days in advance, they told us they paid and gave it to you!!! I turned to the reception, it turned out that the hotel employee made a mistake, and for some reason we are suffering!!! We have not received an apology from the hotel!!! Why is this attitude towards Turkish guests? I asked your guide Niyaz for help to take us to the market, so he sent us first to the jewelry store, there it was allegedly necessary for him to wander for 30 minutes, and then they took us to the store but not to the market, as we wanted, for this he received bonuses for us, and we were another waste of nerves and time!!! The hotel guide, Elena, said: "I won't figure it out anymore, leave me alone! You always have some problems!!" No, it's strange, these problems are created for us and we are still to blame!!! It turns out that we did not receive apologies from the hotel and from you, as well as moral compensation for a lot of wasted nerves and spoiled rest!!!!

Good food, in fact, you can eat and have a snack from morning to evening. The food is varied, in the evenings they cook something special, unique: meat, fish, poultry. But there is also something to eat for non-meat eaters.
We got to the celebration of the hotel: when very unusual dishes are being prepared for dinner, artists, musicians are invited and a disco is held on the shore, on the beach. This happens once every 15 days, as we were told.
There was almost always a girl in the lobby of the hotel who could be approached to solve their questions or tell them what was wrong. Not only with the reception staff.
The rooms in the hotel are clean. Almost every time we tipped the cleaning lady (one dollar each). If you don't do that, I guess the cleaning might not be as good.
Of the disadvantages.
Paid Wi-Fi is inconvenient. The entrance to the sea is rocky. But there is a platform from which you can get into the sea to a shallow depth, bypassing the rocks.
The disco is very noisy, it takes until one or two in the morning. To fall asleep, it was necessary to close the balcony and turn on the air conditioner. Therefore, it is better to take rooms with an exit not towards the disco.
The hotel itself pulls a maximum of 4 ... The location is 100%, not far from the airport. The food is excellent, there is a lot, there is enough for everyone. The most important thing is animation. The guys all speak Russian, they try to entertain everyone and they succeed. The sea is clear, the entrance to the sea is large boulders, there is a small cleared place next to the pier, but you still need corals in them conveniently. Those who can swim have access from the pier. And about the territory: we really like the small area, everything is within walking distance, lots of greenery and flowers.
We had a great rest with the family! The hotel is located in a quiet place, with a wonderful view of the mountains! Both the sea and the mountains in one place are beautiful! The territory of the hotel is green, well maintained! There is a private hammam, which is what we remember most of all, well, of course, besides the sea itself). I would like to express special gratitude to the staff of the hammam, Elena and Bermet, very friendly, smiling, friendly girls. They picked up a massage program for us, so we rested both mentally and physically, as they say! Thanks, we'll fly back!

The a la carte restaurant was closed, we never got into it. There are not enough sun beds by the pool, as well as at sea, or you need to wake up at 7 a.m. and occupy, there is no disco at all, the description stated disco until 02:00, but everything was closed and the lights were turned off at exactly 12:00, you can say a lot about the room, but especially for this I didn't pay attention, because we spent more time at sea! The only thing I liked was the day we rented the bungalow, we had a very good time, but the drinks that were included in this price, literally poison, were given an open bottle of red wine, all fucked up, and a bottle of white wine sealed, but when we decided to try one smell of this swill caused disgust! The staff at the hotel is not bad, everything is cleaned in a timely manner, except for the room, either you had to ask to be cleaned, or you just gave up on it. Bottom line., I will never return to this hotel, the stated five stars, and a maximum of 3 stars!
