I really liked this hotel, the staff are very nice girls at the reception, they will tell and explain everything, the room cleaning is fast and clean, thank you for such work and very smiling and polite ladies who are responsible for cleanliness in the hotel, I liked the pool, I forgot my slippers, but you can walk in disposable ones, in a bathrobe and slippers you go down they will give you a towel already there, and hand it over there, the Jacuzzi and baths are also super, there were few people on the first day of our arrival, but then there were a lot of people, the pool is open from 7- 23:00, it's very convenient, however, after walking to come and refresh and relax. We couldn't get up so late in the morning, and of course we had to go for a walk, so we only had time in the evenings. The beds in the rooms are really very comfortable, everything that was needed in principle, the Wi-Fi caught well.

The Holy Spirit Cathedral is located in the center of Minsk. It's very lively. Guided tours for pilgrims and tourists. Although it does not interfere with prayer. I am glad that I visited this holy place!
On the square in front of the cathedral, I immediately noticed a monument to His Eminence Metropolitan Filaret of Minsk and Slutsk, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus. He performed his episcopal ministry in Belarus for almost the entire post-Soviet period. The revival of church life in Belarus, the 90s, the early 2000s – all this happened during his time. I remember that I have books in the Church Slavonic language that were published with his blessing: The New Testament and the Canon Book, or the Complete Prayer Book. They are the same visitors as you and can't kick you out. And if they scold you, then don't get lost either. Tell them to go about their business, otherwise they'll scare all the people away. The cathedral is beautiful, located in the center of Minsk, of the advantages, services are held every day, there is an icon of the Mother of God and you can worship Valentina Minskaya. The temple is small, on Sundays and holidays there is a very large crowd of people, it is extremely difficult to approach and venerate the icons. And the main disadvantage of this cathedral is the grandmothers. These are not grandmothers, these are witches, it feels like in this cathedral the reins of government are given to grandmothers and not benevolent from the series, they themselves do not go to heaven and do not give others. It's terrible, grandmothers have an inflated opinion of themselves, it feels like you're not going to God, but to their home, I haven't seen so much anger yet, there was a holiday, there were a lot of people, I decided to take a couple of photos, I didn't know that you can't take pictures there, I started taking pictures, so this grandmother is a witch she started hitting me on the hands and shouting "you can't, you can't", by the way, I managed to take a couple of photos as a souvenir. But the sediment remained very strong, I take everything close to my heart, she shamed me in front of other people, everyone began to look at me, what was I doing there that grandma already began to pull on my hand, it's terrible, you can't take pictures well, come say with love "don't take pictures", why do this with such aggression, where the priests look, I know the priests who stop such grandmothers, but it's not in this cathedral. Dear priests, have a conversation with your grandmothers or you don't seem to care. In general, there is no spirituality as such in Minsk, everyone is fixated on money, on the greatness of temples, priests are ready to communicate with wealthy parishioners, unfortunately, this is exactly the feeling.

The Cathedral (formerly the Bernardine Church) and the monastery on Cyril and Methodius Street, founded in 1642, are interesting monuments of old Minsk. The church has a basilic plan (23x18 m). The interior space is divided into three naves by six pillars. The middle nave, as is customary in basilic churches, is much wider and higher than the side ones and ends with a pentagonal apse.
The main, western facade of the church ends with two tall multi—tiered towers decorated with layers of pilasters, arched niches and arched spans in the upper tiers. Today, 03/02/2025, on "forgiven Sunday" I attended the liturgy for the first time in this wonderful church (I am from Vitebsk). I would like to express my deep gratitude to the regent and the entire clergy for such restrained and at the same time beautiful harmonious singing, especially of the "cherubic" by nun Julia (Denisova): I heard it for the first time "live", I dreamed about this moment for several years, I couldn't hold back tears of joy! 🥹
Special thanks to all the serving deacons and priests, headed by the rector. It's very cool when several people preach on the topic of the Gospel of the day and the feast, so to speak, they have sorted out the same question from three bell towers (deacon, priest and abbot), definitely everyone will get into the heart!!!
And suddenly a cool feature is the singing of a prayer service only by all the people present and willing.

The cathedral was open on weekdays until 20.00, but it was open, people were walking. And my friend and I decided to visit it. We bought a candle each and went to put it on for health. We decided to light a candle and at that moment a cleaning woman ran up (she was sweeping the floor, and began to shout at us:"You can't do that, request candles from the main candle."She snatched the candles from her hands, extinguished the fire, grabbed someone else's candle from the counter and rudely said: "take your candles and leave here." My friend and I stood as if spellbound, speechless. The candle was never put on. They left with an unpleasant feeling in their soul. We believe that a person who came to the church should not be expelled from it, even if it closes, although people continued to go. It was the first time I came across such an evil man who works in a church. You can't do that. We did not come to her house, but to God. And such evil people discourage the desire to visit the Cathedral. I hope the administration will take explanatory measures with those staff.
