On August 27, 2024, 2 windows were installed for me. Grodno. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste and wasted nerves. The first is glass stickers on super thin paper. Removing this sticker is still a quest, but you have to try very hard to get rid of the traces of stickiness without scratching the glass. When buying not cheap windows, be prepared for this. After asking the installer about the stickers, the answer is: well, we don't glue them.And installers, this is a separate topic. We arrived as agreed at 15.00, but it was casually said that you are 4 for today and we are already so tired. It feels like everything was bothering them. At the same time, they asked me for stools and a water sprayer.I provided that too. But the question? Why don't they have what they need to work? (These were just my thoughts)
I answered a couple of questions normally, only one. The others first joked among themselves (over the question asked), and then answered in the same form. When installing the handles in the hall, two out of three could not be installed, they offered to put two handles of a different shape, of course there was a refusal. But somehow they did.When asked how it turns out this way, everyone gave their own version in a chorus of three voices. Garbage bags were also provided. At the end of the work, I asked for help to bring one of the bags (the heaviest for me) to the garbage container, where their car was parked next to it. I understand that this is not their responsibility, but nevertheless three grown, strong men!!! In response, some tried to quickly leave, pretending that they had not heard, another answer was that they had no strength to lift the bag. The act is "worthy". It seems to me that no one has canceled the human attitude.
Having called the company immediately that day and asked a question about the stickers, the manager tried to advise something (buy a glass cleaner) the next day they called and suggested that the same installers come to me again, and just peel off the paper from the sticker))). The situation with the pens was also announced. I asked for the phone of the head in response to silence until today. It is very unpleasant that the employees of the organization treat customers in this way, and do not value the reputation of the company.
By paying money for services, it turns out that you will get some additional troubles as a bonus!!!

We made 3 windows. Nice guys have arrived.. They worked for a very long time, but when I looked under the slopes I was horrified. I've been thinking for a long time about where the house is blowing from. It turned out that the guys tried and could not seal the gap between the wall and the PVC panel with foam normally. And so it was with all three windows, no place was filled with foam in the slopes to the end.
The waiting time is a monstrous Place 3 weeks have been waiting for 8.

When measuring, they offered the window sill Comfort, now I very much regret that I agreed. Spots appeared on the windowsill a month later. And three days later, yellow stripes appeared, and the spots became even darker. Now the window sill is waiting to be replaced and slopes are being made again. Well, the super installers could not properly trim the window sill, they had to build up the slope with drywall. It's best to avoid it.

elastic bands under the bead in the creases ! It's blowing, the tulle is swaying in one window! Spraying on the glass in large streaks, circles are imprinted!
A new door was scratched during installation!

I want to share my experience with you so that you, like me, do not find yourself in such a situation. I decided to change the windows in the apartment and ran into such a company. There was a brochure of Guzal LLC UNP 192616270 in the mailbox horoshie-okna.by . How wonderful everything is in words: the manufacture of makmimum windows takes 5-7 days, the garbage collection service is paid, we leave cleanliness after ourselves, you will only have to sweep and that's it, we will install windows within a maximum of 2 weeks, payment is possible by card, just warn them to take the terminal. And here's what I got in fact: a contract with an incomprehensible IP Akhmedov R.S. unp 692076319. the contract is typical, the measurer walks with a pile of similar contracts with a stamped seal, in which the terms are specified up to 25 working days ordinary windows, and laminated ones up to 40 days. The amount is announced in one amount, which is prescribed in the contract, without any specification of the cost of window products. At the very first stage, during the measurement, they tried to wind up 1000 Belarusian rubles from above!!! Knowing the market price tag, I called a bunch of window cleaners before that, I refuse: "Oh, come on, yes, something is wrong, now they will recalculate at the company," and describe the real market price tag. There was a conversation about garbage collection with both the manager and the measurer, "there will be no problems, we will do everything, everything is solved on the spot." The contract is concluded, I'm waiting for a week, I'm waiting for the second, the promised deadlines are running out, I periodically call the manager to clarify what's with the windows, the answer is: "your order is in production." By the end of the third week, I can't stand it, I express my dissatisfaction, and immediately it turns out that the windows are ready, they are accepted into the warehouse and the installation department will contact you in the near future. Ok, they call, we agree on the installation time, I warn you, the payment will be by card, take the terminal, and then another surprise: "you have a cash-only contract", but in fact the contract contains a cash (non-cash) payment. To my indignation, the manager replies, yes, I will solve everything, the employee simply did not figure out your question. In fact, there was no decision. The following question arises: will you give me a receipt or a receipt for payment?"if you want, we will write you out." Of course I do, you MUST give it away! But of course, no one gave any receipt or receipt. The windows were installed, only the old frames were taken out of the apartment onto the site, all the garbage had to be thrown into bags by ourselves (plaster, cotton wool, etc.), and pulled out by ourselves. The garbage collection and removal service could not be solved even at the level of managers, "we do not have time, we need to go, we will not take anything out." It's scary to imagine what will happen in the future, if you suddenly have to contact them under warranty, there is neither a receipt nor a window specification. Now, having gone all this way, I understand that it was my own fault, it was worth contacting another company at the first call.
