A wonderful hotel. Large well-maintained territory! Excellent cuisine this year (especially at the restaurant on the beach) Daily room cleaning with replenishment of the mini-bar with free drinks (pepsi, merinda, local gas.water). Friendly staff. No one is singled out on a national basis. Everyone is treated equally well. According to the composition of the vacationers: 25% Russians, 25% drinking German pensioners, the remaining 50% are divided by the British, Poles, Czechs, Slovaks.
The beach is excellent, the widest and longest on this coast, large, sandy, with a very gentle entrance, which is great for kids. Last year, it seems, there was a blue flag. The quality of the content has fallen this year (cigarette butts and remnants of vital activity are not removed, they are simply covered with sand....) Take the sun loungers on the first and second lines no later than 6:30. By 8:00 all the sun loungers on the beach are occupied.
In general, if you go on vacation, and not pick on the little things, everything is very comfortable and wonderful. Especially if you do not skimp and add money to the reception for a room with a sea view. You will definitely not regret it!!! I recommend it!!!

We liked the hotel. Great hotel, we've been there twice and we still want to. A large territory, there is a place to relax and have fun. A beautiful slide, lots of pools for every taste. The kitchen is wonderful, the staff is friendly. It is also comfortable to live in the main building of other houses on the territory. The only drawback is poor-quality cleaning, the bed has not been changed in 11 days and the neighbors asked for a kettle and set up a TV, but they did not wait. I wish there were enough staff in such a wonderful hotel. We came to the conclusion that this is exactly the case.

Overall, a positive assessment. Large well-maintained area, clean, beautiful, 4 pools, water slides. The rooms are nice and clean enough. The food was excellent in the dining room, in the beach bar, and in the cafe. I took 1 star because the Ultra All Inclusive hotel has no slippers, no toothpaste with a brush. There was only a piece of soap and a shower cap. Drinks in the refrigerator were not replenished regularly.

Great hotel. We liked everything very much. We lived in the rezord building. There was a two-room suite. The area is very beautiful. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. Especially Valentina helped a lot. The food is varied, for every taste. Also, any alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, milkshakes, ice cream, waffles. There are many pools. The only thing is that people occupy sun beds early in the morning and unfortunately there is a problem with them, but the administration promised to solve this issue and remove towels from the sun beds if there are no people nearby for more than half an hour. The beach is nearby. The sea is clean, the sand. There were always enough sunbeds at sea. I definitely recommend this hotel. We'll come back next year.

I have been vacationing at this hotel every year since 2008.
Positive:
- large well-maintained area
- orange and olive trees,
- many pools (but the water in them is cold)
- there is an indoor heated swimming pool
A separate huge plus is the beach with beautiful sand and a smooth smooth entrance to the sea. Nearby is the ancient city of Side and a beautiful promontory along the coast.
Cons:
- every year the hotel gets older, despite its reconstruction in 2016, it feels like the owners are not in a hurry to invest in it, the sockets are broken in the rooms, problems with air conditioning.
- The towel cards have apparently lost some of them and they just write with a marker on one how much.
- the kitchen does not correspond to 5 stars at all. A confident 4 is no more.
- the staff is more ingratiating with the Germans.
- cleaning if you don't leave a tip is also so-so.
- in 2 weeks, except for towels, the linen was not changed.
- until you ask at the reception to add coffee and tea to the room, no one will put it.

We had a rest from 16.06 to 25.06. I really liked the hotel. A large beautiful territory, lots of pools, ice cream from 13:00 to 18:00 as much as you want, a varied and very tasty diet of meat, fish, vegetables, desserts are just super, fruits :nectarines, peaches, bananas, apples, apricots, grapefruits, cherries, strawberries. Wi-Fi is free by the pool and in the lobby works great. Very clean, well-maintained territory, the rooms are clean, there is soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower caps, cotton pads. We lived in the garden building, a huge two-room room, air conditioning in each room (ice)! The beach and the entrance to the sea are sand, everything is clean, the promenade to Side is a fairy tale! Lots of shops. Sooooo friendly staff, they will listen and do everything! The territory consists of several levels, as the hotel is on a mountain. if you are with a stroller or elderly people, keep in mind that you will have to climb either elevators or a slide. We are very happy with the rest!😊

For example, when we arrived, we arrived at the hotel. We were not immediately settled, we had to wait 5-6 hours. We changed our clothes and wanted to lie down on the sun beds to relax. As a result, we did not find any sun beds at all (anywhere). I had to sit at the bar with my bags.
The advantages are over.
Of the cons:
1. The room. Horrible. Everything is shabby, broken, dirty. Even if the room is economy, then at least everything should look decent. And the hotel is not new at all, it can be seen.
2. The staff is not as friendly as possible, almost no one speaks Russian (literally a couple of people). The reception didn't understand us at all if there were problems. We also communicated without any involvement. When foreign guests approached, they immediately showed a smile and engagement. When I asked the question again, they rolled their eyes and snorted, and answered like "yes yes." And there was only one girl who spoke Russian, and then until 15:00. And after that, I had to decide on my own on my fingers.
3. Food. I won't say it's bad. But the usual one, the same thing every day, only in the evening something new appeared and then not always.
4. Animation. Well, on 3. Yes, there was a little activity, in the afternoon, in the evening. Again, they don't speak Russian at all.
5. Cards from the rooms. They were constantly demagnetized and constantly ran to change them, which is extremely inconvenient! But ok. But on our last day, our card was demagnetized again and the staff did not speak Russian at all and did not even understand. And about the card, we were told that she could not help in any way and could not give the card. Well, she's decided something there. But a girl with the same problem and also a Russian came up next, and she was refused a card and told to wait in line. (and there's a baby sleeping in her room.) Of course, customer orientation is "100%".
Of course, those who are going to Turkey for the first time and to this hotel will like everything (like my husband). And then the husband is shocked by the staff.
But I, who have been far more than once, is not very good at all and I would not like to come back here again and recommend it.

We rested at the hotel together with our daughter, lived in a Superior room with a sea view. Everything in the room is intact, the air conditioner worked perfectly. Of the minuses - the cleaning in the room is so-so, the carpet is stained. They left tips for the maid, she just laid out her things neatly, the dust was still there))) the minibar was not replenished every day, it was forgotten a couple of times. I liked the food, a large selection, everything is delicious. There are ice cream, waffles, and tortillas on site. We had seafood with us once: mussels, squid, shrimp and crayfish. It tastes so-so, I was not impressed. There are a lot of desserts, but most of them are not very tasty. There is always a very tasty baklava at dinner. There are enough places. At lunch and dinner it is difficult to get into the air-conditioned halls, in the morning it was possible to eat there. The staff is responsive, not everyone understands Russian, at the reception - one employee speaks well. Wi-Fi is free and catches well at the lower pool, near the reception with interruptions. We bought a paid one, catches everywhere, 15 euros per week. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. The pools are occupied apparently from the night, since at 7-30 - 8 all the sun beds are already occupied. At the same time, no one comes to some of them. As a result, everything is occupied, and towels are sunbathing. In general, the pools are cool, clean, work until 20-00, but many swim longer. Once I saw how employees kicked out violators. I can't appreciate children's animation, I was with a teenager, we went a couple of times for fun. It doesn't seem to be anything special. Nearby there are chain stores Migros, Bim, a101 (like our Traffic Light). Their prices are significantly lower. We went to Novamall and got back by minibus. We still don't understand how they drive. It seems that the name of the hotel is written, but in the end they went to the wrong place. But with a transfer we got where we needed to, the cost is 25-35 liras. The drivers speak only Turkish. Maybe someone will need a minibus stop next to the exit, which is opposite the main entrance. Money was changed not far from the hotel, they paid in lira. I saw that the hotel did not accept old-style dollars for payment.
In general, I can rate my stay at the hotel as very good. There are some minor flaws, but they did not affect the rest.

Rescuers just sit on the phone, watch videos and only occasionally pay attention to the pool area. I didn't really like the food, in principle everything was fine, but very often meat or grilled fish was simply over-dried. There was seafood only once in 2 weeks. The drinks (juices) were especially disgusting, I haven't seen such shit for a long time, it's impossible to drink, it's all chemistry. And for this, you are immediately offered freshly squeezed juices for 3 euros per glass... Despite the fact that there were no oranges at the fruit distribution..... There is also a separate type of levies, these are water slides on which you can ride only on a circle, but you will need to go and buy a circle at the hotel store. I see this for the first time, they usually gave special equipment for slides. Also, be careful and do not leave things for a long time without a doctor, during the rest I saw how 3 families lost things and of course no one could find them. In general, I didn't really like the hotel. The only plus is a fresh renovation in the rooms, but unfortunately the electronics are not working well, the shower is leaking, the sound insulation is weak, the phone does not work. And another point is that you can use Wi-Fi on site, but only for money, because you can't connect Wi-Fi for free or it won't work

The hotel is cool, there is everything you need, it is better to take rooms not in the main building (it is no longer young), but in buildings that are closer to the sea, they were built not so long ago, so everything is much fresher and more modern, plus closer to the sea. The only thing that was a little annoying was that a very steep ascent leads from the sea to the main building, you have to go uphill all the time, and with a pretty good degree of ascent, but you can always use the elevator. The food is the same as always in Turkey, but it is clear that people tried to cook a delicious meal, one day there were even crayfish, sushi and rolls!!! We had a rest in August 2024. In general, I liked everything. If the ascents and descents are not stressful, then you will like it.

We have been to this hotel 2 times with a difference of 5 years. Both times we lived in rooms that are in pool houses. The food was good, there was lamb and veal and beef and chicken and turkey, a lot of fruits, fresh, a lot of sweets, a lot of choice, in general, you will not stay hungry. The food at the beach bar is also delicious and decent, you don't have to go to the main building for lunch. There is a lot of alcohol, they do not squeeze, the wine is true only in the main building where the main meals are held, and so in all bars cocktails, beer, vodka, whiskey are all there. The sea is a sandy beach, the entrance to the sea is a velvet sand, the bottom is flat without stones. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach, there is always a lot of free space, you do not need to occupy it in advance. Of the minuses, only very loud screaming music near the pool where activities take place, but there is always activity and aqua aerobics and foam parties and the like. We stayed at the hotel in June. We lived in a family room in new buildings, right if you look at the sea. The room is large, two-room, the Windows looked out towards the neighboring hotel. The accommodation with children is just wonderful. And it's quiet (you can't hear the music from the pool), and it's not hot in the room (the sun is only in the morning), and it's not far to the sea, I left the building and immediately the pool bar. It was a little far to the restaurant, but these are small things. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 a.m., checked in immediately without questions and surcharges. We had time for breakfast. We left the hotel at 18 o'clock, here we had to pay extra for the extension of the room.
The food is excellent, the only strain was the distance that had to be overcome from the selected table to the food, well, queues for meat, fish, watermelons.
A very good lobby bar, beer in the lobby and beer by the pool are a huge difference. In the lobby, both tequila, cognac, and cocktails are very tasty.
The territory of the hotel is large and beautiful. A good kids' club and children's animation.
There were always enough sun beds on the beach, the beach is sand, the approach is gentle, for children it's the best.
A huge plus of the hotel is the presence of a promenade to Side. There is a place to walk in the evening, and in the afternoon we walked several times in Side. The distance is a little more than 2 km. It was interesting to walk around the modern city and climb the ruins of the old Side.

It's only good to be drunk in this hotel, and when you don't drink, the disadvantages are too obvious. Tourists are mainly from Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, a few English speakers and Germans. Checkmate, alcohol, red people on sun beds and everyone smokes, but last but not least, this is a common problem of Turkish hotels.

I really like the place! We have been vacationing here for many years! It's a good hotel, it's big, but the territory is not small either. Lots of flowers, trees, lawns, paths, super gardeners. Nice beach, gentle entrance to the water, there are always plenty of sun beds. A cascade of pools on all levels. A gorgeous children's large pool with slides. Its own open-air theater, evening programs for children and adults. The food is varied, I think few people eat like this at home. Meat, poultry, fish, vegetables in various forms, fruits, yoghurts, pastries and much more. There is a beach restaurant! You can dine outside and watch the sea! The rooms are nice and different. Clean, spacious. Evening walks along the boardwalk! You can go to the Antique Side or just go shopping! What else do you need!? Just the weather, and it's always good there!

We had a vacation in July 2024 with two small children (1g and 2g). I would like to mention the gorgeous, well-groomed territory of the hotel! We didn't go to the animation, but out of the corner of our eye we saw that it was at the highest level, they were trying very hard. As for the disadvantages on the territory of the hotel - there is no shower on the sea, only foot taps, no changing booths, which in general would be convenient with children. It was also very inconvenient to move along the beach with strollers (there was no pontoon, there was a nearby hotel - it was very convenient to stop by). The sun beds were always free, with umbrellas. There are quite a few elevators on the hotel grounds for such a large number of people who were constantly queuing to comfortably get to the room with strollers. Very friendly people work at the reception, always ready to help and solve the situation. I really didn't like that the room service constantly broke into our rooms without knocking at any time of the day and woke up the child, not even paying attention to the sign, but the cleaning was good and brought various drinks to replenish the mini bar. The food is quite varied, there is meat, fish and fast food, the only thing that was virtually nothing for young children, the kids ate almost nothing. There are many bars and snack bars on site, drinks of all kinds are served! I really liked the snack bar, where they bake waffles, give ice cream and you can have a snack with coffee after a day's rest. Of course, due to the fact that we were vacationing with children, and the hotel is more adult-oriented, there were disadvantages, but they did not spoil our impressions in any way and we were very satisfied. I had a rest in July 2024.
The hotel grounds are great, lots of greenery, several pools for adults and one for children.
The hotel is located on a mountain and if you do not live in the main building, then you will have to walk up the stairs to the dining area and reception. From the main building to the beach, respectively, too. In general, a normal hotel with animation, though a little monotonous. The beach is large, sandy, very smooth entry into the water. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach. During the day there is one bar with snacks, several with drinks. There is also one bar open at night, although the choice is very small, but you will not stay hungry.
In my opinion, the choice of dishes at the main restaurant is very good. I tried a large fish tray twice (it is served once a week) it looks beautiful, but only hot smoked fish is delicious.
What I didn't like :
1. Room cleaning in my case, the room was cleaned 2 times in 10 days. I asked them to clean it up before lunch, because in the afternoon, when it's the hottest and you want to rest a little, they come with cleaning. The quality of the cleaning itself is also low. For example, the bed linen has not been changed at all.
2. It is written as ultra inclusive, I briefly read that it is not only alcohol, but a few more points, and if at least 2 of them are fulfilled, then the hotel can get this status. Most, I think, expect good alcohol from this, that is, in addition to local, there are several more foreign drinks. This is not in the hotel. The usual cocktails, and of very average quality. You can drink white wine (preferably with ice), whiskey and Cola. Gin and tonic - I haven't even met such a gin in 3 stars)), it's better not to take it.
3. Sun beds by the pool! They are always almost all busy, despite the fact that people often come to them for lunch. I managed to choose a sunbed at 6.30 am, but by that time 80% of the sun beds were already occupied.
4. Staff. Most often, he was indifferent, I asked to send me a buggy for transporting suitcases (the hotel on the mountain), of course they did not send it. We flew out at night, asked for a lunch box, but they didn't give it. They said get up early and eat at the night bar. At the same time, the receptionist was rude to me, behaved very cheekily.
Summary : this hotel deserves a confident 4 stars!

Like any hotel, there are pros and cons, but one thing, what a wonderful sea in this place-covers everything! We visited this hotel twice, in summer and autumn. The rooms are clean, but a little dead, the cleaners don't really understand the language, but for Eureka, they did what they could. We lived in a garden room , everything works quite new furniture , there are Russian channels , carpet only leaves much to be desired ( many stains ) We walked around the room in slippers . Near the ancient city of Side, along the embankment leisurely 30 minutes. A 15-minute walk to LC Waikiki and the small Migros from the hotel to the right. By minibus you can get to the large Side Mall and outlet shopping centers, first from the hotel to Antique Side. Then take the other one to the Mall. We took a taxi back , the price was $ 10 . The rooms are old - the first one had to be changed: the shower room smelled so much of fungus that you can lose your lungs in an hour. They are fed abundantly, but without frills. The people (and the staff, by the way, too) smoke anywhere, despite the "no smoking" signs. Coffee in vending machines is a horror! And the coffee shop they recommend (the only one near the lobby) is only slightly better. The beach is sandy, there are no problems with sun beds (October).
