Poor service! Firstly, you can't book a seat, I stood in the aisle and waited for other people to eat so that at least someone could sit down and 4 more people stood in front of me and waited. Then they put me in a place opposite the wall and told me it was temporary and to wait until a better place was available, but when the place became free, other people who came later than me were put there and I remained sitting opposite the wall! I didn't really like the pizza!!!!

It used to be one of my favorite places. Both the service and the kitchen WERE always at 10! But in recent months they have deteriorated completely!((( Very sad… It's terribly not tasty!((( Moreover, the last time, instead of soy sauce, they brought some kind of diluted liquid, which tastes more like water than sauce ((( When asked to change, they brought, of course, normal, but why do that? It was very unpleasant.

The place is noisy because the music is playing loud enough. I am pleased with the neatness of the establishment and the friendliness of the waiters. If we talk about food, then everything is very wrong. I ordered a "business lunch" for 8p. (different menu for every day) it's Monday, and I got soup with buckwheat noodles, salad with FRIED salmon, and 200g of pizza. The soup is not bad, the pizza is a delicious big canteen "smazhenka". Well, canned salmon and withered lettuce leaves are actually classics in the salad. I understand that for 8p there can't be fried salmon in a salad, but maybe it's worth removing this prefix. As a result, according to my order. Lunch is not bad, but a salad with GRILLED salmon can be replaced with something more pleasant without showing off with names (a collective farm or something). What can't be said about my companion's order, namely the samurai roll, the fact is that for 13p (if I'm not mistaken). You will get crumbling rice with fish having an unpleasant aftertaste. It's not about rotten meat, maybe I'm not fumbling and the fish in that roll should taste like that. But for such a quality, asking for an amount of 13p seems like an insult. In the end, there are definitely no rolls. It's worth dining here if you pass by, you really want to eat, you are deaf and the top of your culinary skills is to cook dumplings. But the waiters, yes, well done.

On February 14, 2020, in order not to burden anyone with cooking a festive dinner, it was decided to order sushi delivery to the Hotei cafe through the official website. At 6:22 p.m., the inscription "order accepted" appeared on the website in the personal account. At 19.04, the girl called back, clarified the composition of the order and said that the order would be in 1.30-1.40.... Okay... that is, the order of D.B. is on site at 20.44 ... deadline... after that time, all calls to the cafe were reset. The courier called at 9:12 p.m. with a request to go downstairs, I went down and stood outside for another five minutes... only after that I came up with a check, BUT!!! without an order. Explaining that the order should be with him, but not with him, not with other couriers, not on the basis of the order... He offered to bring him back IF they FOUND him!!!
I didn't get an apology. I have never met such a boorish attitude towards clients.
As a result, the mood was spoiled, during this time it was possible to buy groceries and cook dinner on your own. There is a note in the personal account about the completion of the order, but the order has not been completed.
