The room is huge, the beds are at the ends of the room, and the TV is in the middle, so it is not possible to watch. There is no air conditioning. There is a separate dressing room. The location is good. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious.

Great location. It is felt that the hotel began to be occupied , the renovation of the restaurant , the elimination, the surrounding area . But, the price per room is too high , newer hotels with luxury rooms are almost on a par with this hotel . I am sure that if the price had been competitive, an order of magnitude lower, the occupancy of this facility would have been much higher, and accordingly it would have been possible to earn more.)

There are few outlets in the room. The shower curtain does not completely close, it is difficult to wash so as not to flood the floor. There is no foot towel. A hairdryer can be requested at the reception. I liked the breakfasts, delicious and hearty. There are only glasses in the room, not even tea cups. The cooler is on the floor, but the water ran out in the evening and the next day we went through the floors looking for water.

It's a nightmare. You go into the room, it's stuffy, there's nothing to breathe, the air conditioner works, but so-so. It feels like in a sauna.
You fall into bed, it's terribly soft.
They left the window for the night, it seemed to be better. Some rooms have a refrigerator, but not all, after sleeping, everyone woke up beaten and tired, traveling with friends.
We were supposed to have breakfast, they didn't talk to us very politely in the restaurant (although for me it's just a dining room, why call the dining room a restaurant?) then they swore that we had been away for a long time. In short, incomprehensible service.
At least thank you that the people at the reception were polite. The room was cleaned and clean when we entered. But I can't recommend this place, because it's terribly hot in it.

A bedbug in the literal and figurative sense of the word, although visually the facade and the entrance group do not cause rejection. For understanding: I have not been abroad. I rode around Mother Russia and Crimea (before and after 2014), I am no stranger to camping and camping.
Room 705 - insects were found in the bed. The girl said it was from the street and not bedbugs. Insects without wings. They moved the bed to the side - there are crumbs, dust, dirt, as if no one had cleaned for years.
Changed to 508 - the room is smaller, but cleaner and neater. Furniture from the late 90s, a tube TV and a refrigerator of the same time, locked Soviet carpets and half a floor for offices with different doors. We thought about staying, but we need two days, and the room is only for one day.
Changed to 230. Leaky tulle, footprints on the ceiling, an even smaller room, but there don't seem to be any insects. (see photo)
If the rooms had not been included in the travel agency's program as part of the bus tour, that hour would have left.
For comparison, the conditions in my student dormitory in 2007 were better. The hostel is not a metropolitan one, but a regional center of a technical university.
And yes, the cleaners don't seem to wash the floors or do it as a favor. There's hair in every room, footprints in some places.

I happened to stay at this hotel the other day and would like to share my impressions and so let's start:
1. At the reception, we were met by friendly girls who are quite nice in communication and ready to answer all questions (the only disadvantage on their part is that they did not transmit information on paid breakfasts to the restaurant, where the woman was very worried that we would eat without paying. We spent time walking and figuring out all the circumstances) otherwise everything is fine.
2. The room was chosen DBL comfort is not very roomy well, in general, everything you need is in it, the minus is that the refrigerator did not work (it did not cool at all) the TV remote barely switched channels. The bed is large and comfortable. Sleep well.
3. The bathroom is a return to the Soviet Union) There is no bathroom or shower cabin installed for washing, but as there used to be an iron tray in kindergartens, the water quality leaves much to be desired, well, in general, you can rinse yourself. There were all hygiene products except a toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet did not collect water well, I had to wait a long time to flush it.
4. Breakfast does not correspond to the stated, there should have been a buffet, in fact there was a continental breakfast (photo attached) there is nothing special and delicious in the breakfast, for this money you can eat pretty well and tasty in a cafe not in a hotel.
Bottom line: you can only stay at the hotel for a short time, 1-3 days no more. When checking in, carefully check the operability of what you need to use for the duration of your stay.

A hotel from Soviet times. They were in the usual standard. Cosmetic repairs have been done. The bed is tolerable to sleep in. But the lack of outlets in the access area nowadays is a sadness. We were looking for them to charge the phones, we found them downstairs behind one bed, we had to move everything away. They also moved the table with the refrigerator there, too, not to fit.Having fun). There is a shower tray in the bathroom. Everything is wet after taking a shower, there is no mat. You can spend the night and get nostalgic about the past time)

In the restaurant, the appliances are dirty (they were changed when noticed, but from time to time the appliances are greasy - there is no special difference)...the food is "Stolovskaya". The coffee in the bar is disgusting - plus the bartender (sha) asked 10 times about cinnamon, which they asked not to add....It seems that there is a separate plan for cinnamon... at the kfc around the corner, the coffee tasted better.
