The room is huge, the beds are at the ends of the room, and the TV is in the middle, so it is not possible to watch. There is no air conditioning. There is a separate dressing room. The location is good. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious.
The rooms still look tired, although the furniture is new, you can tell from the bathtub that everything is old. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the room is cold in winter. The reception is good. The breakfasts are delicious, we did not starve.
Excellent location, near the Mukhovets river beach, five minutes walk from the pedestrian street, where lanterns are lit every evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms for every taste and budget!
Room 728 is so smoky that it is not even possible to stay in it for a short time. The administration refused to replace the room with another one, citing that they were a state-owned hotel. But it is necessary to clean the rooms...
Great location. It is felt that the hotel began to be occupied , the renovation of the restaurant , the elimination, the surrounding area . But, the price per room is too high , newer hotels with luxury rooms are almost on a par with this hotel . I am sure that if the price had been competitive, an order of magnitude lower, the occupancy of this facility would have been much higher, and accordingly it would have been possible to earn more.)
There are few outlets in the room. The shower curtain does not completely close, it is difficult to wash so as not to flood the floor. There is no foot towel. A hairdryer can be requested at the reception. I liked the breakfasts, delicious and hearty. There are only glasses in the room, not even tea cups. The cooler is on the floor, but the water ran out in the evening and the next day we went through the floors looking for water.
A normal hotel, the room has a small dressing room, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, bathroom, kitchen. I would also like a microwave and disposable slippers, as well as a hair dryer.
It's a nightmare. You go into the room, it's stuffy, there's nothing to breathe, the air conditioner works, but so-so. It feels like in a sauna.
You fall into bed, it's terribly soft.
They left the window for the night, it seemed to be better. Some rooms have a refrigerator, but not all, after sleeping, everyone woke up beaten and tired, traveling with friends.
We were supposed to have breakfast, they didn't talk to us very politely in the restaurant (although for me it's just a dining room, why call the dining room a restaurant?) then they swore that we had been away for a long time. In short, incomprehensible service.
At least thank you that the people at the reception were polite. The room was cleaned and clean when we entered. But I can't recommend this place, because it's terribly hot in it.
The hotel seems to be normal, the rooms are nice and spacious. At 7 :20, a fire alarm went off, which was not warned about. Everyone was so freaked out.
A bedbug in the literal and figurative sense of the word, although visually the facade and the entrance group do not cause rejection. For understanding: I have not been abroad. I rode around Mother Russia and Crimea (before and after 2014), I am no stranger to camping and camping.
Room 705 - insects were found in the bed. The girl said it was from the street and not bedbugs. Insects without wings. They moved the bed to the side - there are crumbs, dust, dirt, as if no one had cleaned for years.
Changed to 508 - the room is smaller, but cleaner and neater. Furniture from the late 90s, a tube TV and a refrigerator of the same time, locked Soviet carpets and half a floor for offices with different doors. We thought about staying, but we need two days, and the room is only for one day.
Changed to 230. Leaky tulle, footprints on the ceiling, an even smaller room, but there don't seem to be any insects. (see photo)
If the rooms had not been included in the travel agency's program as part of the bus tour, that hour would have left.
For comparison, the conditions in my student dormitory in 2007 were better. The hostel is not a metropolitan one, but a regional center of a technical university.
And yes, the cleaners don't seem to wash the floors or do it as a favor. There's hair in every room, footprints in some places.
A good hotel, our room was on the seventh floor, the room was spacious and clean. On the floors there are coolers with hot and cold water, a minimum set of dishes. There is a microwave on the second floor.
The room is good, even excellent, and this is a plus
Now the cons : 1restoran - the assortment is not large 2 there is no hot water in the cooler
3 there is no coffee shop nearby either
The rooms are not bad, in principle I liked everything. Carpets on the floor, of course, spoil the appearance of the room, they show dirt. The bathtub was leaking and, unfortunately, the artificial fireplace was not working, but these are small things.
A wonderful hotel almost in the center. Within walking distance of the beautiful Sovetskaya Street and Gogol Street with thematic plots from his works.
The restaurant is open only for breakfast, lunch or dinner will not work. The rooms are old, but the mattresses are comfortable. Nothing remarkable. The lobby bar is open at best until 20.00, but there is practically nothing in it. In general, it's sad, it's time to update
Good afternoon!
I happened to stay at this hotel the other day and would like to share my impressions and so let's start:
1. At the reception, we were met by friendly girls who are quite nice in communication and ready to answer all questions (the only disadvantage on their part is that they did not transmit information on paid breakfasts to the restaurant, where the woman was very worried that we would eat without paying. We spent time walking and figuring out all the circumstances) otherwise everything is fine.
2. The room was chosen DBL comfort is not very roomy well, in general, everything you need is in it, the minus is that the refrigerator did not work (it did not cool at all) the TV remote barely switched channels. The bed is large and comfortable. Sleep well.
3. The bathroom is a return to the Soviet Union) There is no bathroom or shower cabin installed for washing, but as there used to be an iron tray in kindergartens, the water quality leaves much to be desired, well, in general, you can rinse yourself. There were all hygiene products except a toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet did not collect water well, I had to wait a long time to flush it.
4. Breakfast does not correspond to the stated, there should have been a buffet, in fact there was a continental breakfast (photo attached) there is nothing special and delicious in the breakfast, for this money you can eat pretty well and tasty in a cafe not in a hotel.
Bottom line: you can only stay at the hotel for a short time, 1-3 days no more. When checking in, carefully check the operability of what you need to use for the duration of your stay.
The shower drain is clogged, the water is not coming off. The shower curtain is short, splashes fly to the floor. There is a very small sink for washing, all the water is on the floor. The handle of the plastic window is broken.A mediocre Soviet hotel.
The rooms are old, from Soviet times, clean, the TV shows 5 channels. The location is convenient, 10 minutes to the pedestrian street. I think with the increase in tourist traffic they will begin to rebuild
A cozy spacious room for two. However, it's a little noisy at night, there is a busy road under the windows. The refrigerator was not working and there was an unpleasant rotten smell in it. There was a very short sheet on one of the beds, which was sticking out from under the mattress. Otherwise, everything was fine, because we stayed at this hotel only for one night.
Plus, it's only in the city center. The rooms are terrible, dirt, garbage has not been taken out once in 2 days. The furniture is old, everything is shabby. Don 't settle down ...
It's time, it's time to do a cap repair, after all, the city center,,, face,, you can say everything is so miserable. There is always a persistent smell of burning in the lobby, the hoods do not work, as in a cheap dining room. Many of the rooms are rented out and therefore there is an impression of some kind of courtyard. No good, dear comrades! If the hotel ,, Belarus,, has already been named, then match it.Maybe there are people who can put this once very important hotel in our city in order.! It's a pity, it's a pity...
He fed the bison.Noble animals are mighty and the force is rushing. The deer are different, but they came up to me and then left.I don't know why.My wife and I are still impressed.
An old TV with a non-working remote control (almost KVN in size),there is no drinking water in the room, iron, slippers, etc., forget, the bed is clean, crisp, pleasant to sleep, in general, not bad, the assessment is IMHO
Good afternoon.
I want to tell you about this hotel.
We were there from July 14th to 17th.
To be honest, I'm shocked.
At first glance, everything seems to be fine, but there are disadvantages.
Firstly, not all rooms have air conditioning and only some have a refrigerator, they have been waiting for food for breakfast for a long time.
The room is simple, I will say not 5+.
The room is single, not large, unfortunately not all rooms have refrigerators, there are no shared refrigerators on the floor either. there are coolers with cold and hot water in the corridors.the staff is friendly and ready to help
Single room: bath, toilet, TV, armchair, table, electric kettle, refrigerator. Several sockets for charges. There is no Kondei. Breakfast is on the 1st floor. There is water in the cooler on the floor. The store is 100 meters away, you can buy what you like to eat.

The room is comfortable, clean, cleaned every day, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are delicious, nutritious, and quickly serviced. The location is convenient, close to shops, cafes, a pedestrian street for walking with a real lamplighter.
A hotel from Soviet times. They were in the usual standard. Cosmetic repairs have been done. The bed is tolerable to sleep in. But the lack of outlets in the access area nowadays is a sadness. We were looking for them to charge the phones, we found them downstairs behind one bed, we had to move everything away. They also moved the table with the refrigerator there, too, not to fit.Having fun). There is a shower tray in the bathroom. Everything is wet after taking a shower, there is no mat. You can spend the night and get nostalgic about the past time)
The rooms for two are small, there is no air conditioning in the heat, it is hot. The conditions of the hotel do not correspond to the location, like in the city center, but the conditions do not correspond to the status of the name of the hotel.
There is no bank or shops in the hotel, not even a lobby cafe is open
There are many disadvantages.
A good hotel. Clear. We slept well. There is a refrigerator and all the accessories. Although the hotel has 3 stars.

The toilet in the room is dirty from the mirror to the shower...on the sunny side, it is unbearably hot in the room, the kander did not work. In the restaurant, the appliances are dirty (they were changed when noticed, but from time to time the appliances are greasy - there is no special difference)...the food is "Stolovskaya". The coffee in the bar is disgusting - plus the bartender (sha) asked 10 times about cinnamon, which they asked not to add....It seems that there is a separate plan for cinnamon... at the kfc around the corner, the coffee tasted better. We need to work on the service
Clear. Good. But to drink, the administrator suggests running around the floors, finding a cooler with water. There is no hair dryer in the room. You also need to beg at the reception and run back.
The room was not cleaned even after the first remark... the price was surprised, 82p for a single dirty room with a puddle under the refrigerator, which contained someone else's products ... breakfast is not included in this amount, plaque and scale in the bathroom, no rug, shower curtain "rusty"... no slippers, no hair dryer, kettle no, even the sockets were pushed back by the bed... in general, I was extremely dissatisfied... especially when I woke up in the morning, I saw what a layer of dust had gathered on the phone and the clock lying on the bedside table ... imagined what I was breathing
Convenient location of the hotel, nice clean bright rooms, cleaning every day.The breakfasts are more than modest-the setting is not a buffet.I recommend.
