At first they gave me a horror without a condom, and the faucet was so low in the sink that it did not turn to the shower. She was indignant. They gave it with a cake, but without a refrigerator. And immediately the conday broke down along with the light in the bedroom. However, it was fixed the next day.

We were on a tour of Belarus. I liked everything very much, except the hotel room. A kettle and a hairdryer are on the counter, which is very surprising. The water in the only cooler on the entire floor quickly ran out. The only plus was that the room had air conditioning. I liked the breakfasts, the staff 👍

We lived on the 4th floor in 416 rooms. There is a broken glass shelf in the bathroom, a dirty door, all stained, it feels like only the floor is being washed here. The hallway has dirty walls. You need to go to the 1st floor to get the kettle, and use it there. You can't take a kettle in the room, and there's no point, there's nothing to drink from. There is nothing else in the DOUBLE room except for one glass glass for two. Ironing is also possible only on the 1st floor, in the room near the reception. Which is very inconvenient. There's a central hall, there's a restaurant next to it, people are checking in and you're like this with a towel on your head, in slippers and pajamas, dragging yourself to iron something… I've never seen such trash anywhere else. WiFi is not connected to Russian numbers. I give one star at least for the fact that the bed is comfortable, well made with a normal white bed, I slept well; the powerful air conditioner works properly and there is hot water in the bathroom. All. The hotel does not have a minimum of stars. It's a pity. It has a beautiful name, it should be the face of Brest. We are delighted with the city, but not with the hotel.
