That's really "back to the USSR", there is no repair, the beds creak, the TV is generally full, the bathroom drips, the toilet stands so that the legs do not fit with the door closed, rust in the shower! In short, extreme software
Of course, a hotel with that name could be better... Faulty coolers on the floors, bathrooms and rooms have been out of repair for a long time, there is no hair dryer, etc. Pretty sad...
All 3 stars are only for the patience and care of the staff and the breakfasts. There are rooms with a balcony, there are rooms without. There is with a refrigerator, there is without. There are with chairs, there are without. There are repairs, there are without. And that's how lucky you are. At first they gave me a horror without a condom, and the faucet was so low in the sink that it did not turn to the shower. She was indignant. They gave it with a cake, but without a refrigerator. And immediately the conday broke down along with the light in the bedroom. However, it was fixed the next day.
An ordinary hotel, the renovation is mediocre. We got an air-conditioned room, but it's a lottery, someone has it, someone doesn't. One outlet for the entire room. There is no hair dryer. The breakfast is disgusting, I do not recommend it.
I don't know how many stars she positions herself for, but 3 stars is just right for her. The rooms and linen are clean, odorless. The keys are true from Soviet times, on wooden dummies, and in the dining room (not a buffet) they are stuck in Soviet times.
We spent the night at the hotel Belarus, spent two nights, the room is not large, you can spend the night for two, there was nowhere to hang clothes, there were hangers but there was nowhere to hang, they only gave tea for breakfast, coffee who wanted to pay separately, and so it's fine for a couple of days.
In general, it's not bad-you can stop-a good location in the city, but in the morning-around 8, the maids start rolling metal carts along the corridor and such a roar that you can't sleep anymore and the children run along the corridor from 7 in the morning. If you plan to get enough sleep in the morning, then it is unlikely to work.
Tiny rooms without air conditioning, there is nothing to breathe in the room, it heats up during the day if the heat, the plumbing is ancient, everything flows, from the advantages of a convenient location, normal furniture
A great hotel.Nice beds.Cleanliness and order in the rooms.Polite staff.Restaurant.The cooler is on the floor. We really liked it.I recommend it to everyone.👍
We were on a tour of Belarus. I liked everything very much, except the hotel room. A kettle and a hairdryer are on the counter, which is very surprising. The water in the only cooler on the entire floor quickly ran out. The only plus was that the room had air conditioning. I liked the breakfasts, the staff 👍
We came as a group. The eviction of the previous ones was delayed, but as compensation they were treated to champagne. The rooms are so-so. But personally, I was lucky, the room has a plasma TV and even an air conditioner. The bathroom is a savdep...It'll do for an overnight stay.
The unfortunate location of the hotel. The windows overlook the highway. Motorcycles and trucks roared all night.... But it didn't spoil the overall impression of the trip for me
The room is large, with a full-length window, but everything looks like remnants of former luxury. The shower cabin is leaking, the bed linen and towels are no longer the first freshness, there is no hair dryer. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator. The buffet is meager and monotonous, the coffee is tasteless.
The rooms are large, spacious, who wants to experience the nostalgia of the 80s, I recommend, everything in the room is there, shampoo, hair balm, soap, hair dryer, etc.,I liked everything, I recommend!!!🌺
It'll do for a C grade. The reception is very friendly. The cleanliness is so-so. There is no hair dryer in the room. There is shampoo and soap. It will do to spend one or two nights.
It's tolerable for one night. Old furniture, no repairs. The location of the coolers in the hotel is strange: only on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors.. They say the breakfasts are depressing, so we were fed in the city, in a cafe.
More information in the advertisement! I haven't been there for 10 years, but everything has changed. Construction companies and other offices have disappeared
It's a little dirty, the room smells very bad, the smell is not ventilated, it smells like an old dirty apartment. The kitchen is practically inedible. Customer orientation tends to 0.
There was a feeling that they had entered the Soviet Union: there had been no repairs, it seems, since 89. At the same time, the cost is 150 rubles. It seems that a hotel in the city center with the name of the Country should either look more decent or cost 2-3 times less. Even breakfast is not included 😞
The numbers should be checked immediately. There is a risk that not everything will work. Telephone, air conditioning, refrigerator.
Towels, one per guest.
The room is clean enough.
The staff is friendly.
The TV is big, but for some reason the image was very rippled.
The breakfasts are complex. The rice was absolutely disgusting. Boiled without salt and oil.
The location is perfect.
Everything you need for a work trip. No frills and eye-cutting cleanliness. In the morning, the whole group was fed breakfast. Milking us is a buffet. Very worthy! Large parking lot. And you can go to the pedestrian center in the evening.
It's a good hotel, but the trouble with breakfast is, why not make a buffet.Yes, about the heating, the rooms are cool.If it changes for the better, we will return to our beloved Brest and to this hotel!!!!!!
Not a bad hotel for its price category. But it is best to take the rooms that are renovated. The buffet is decent, very decent, the continental breakfast is not bad. But the "Swede" is better. Convenient location - the lanterns and Millennium Square are within walking distance.
It's just terrible, outside and in the corridors there are repairs for 4+, the rooms have not been touched since the last century. + It was cold, blankets also remained from Soviet times
Excellent service.
Issues are mostly resolved at the registration desk, but this is a plus.
There is a kettle and a hairdryer (!)!!!!!!
Cleaning and towel change is carried out every day (!!!) day.
In short, a good hotel.
We lived on the 4th floor in 416 rooms. There is a broken glass shelf in the bathroom, a dirty door, all stained, it feels like only the floor is being washed here. The hallway has dirty walls. You need to go to the 1st floor to get the kettle, and use it there. You can't take a kettle in the room, and there's no point, there's nothing to drink from. There is nothing else in the DOUBLE room except for one glass glass for two. Ironing is also possible only on the 1st floor, in the room near the reception. Which is very inconvenient. There's a central hall, there's a restaurant next to it, people are checking in and you're like this with a towel on your head, in slippers and pajamas, dragging yourself to iron something… I've never seen such trash anywhere else. WiFi is not connected to Russian numbers. I give one star at least for the fact that the bed is comfortable, well made with a normal white bed, I slept well; the powerful air conditioner works properly and there is hot water in the bathroom. All. The hotel does not have a minimum of stars. It's a pity. It has a beautiful name, it should be the face of Brest. We are delighted with the city, but not with the hotel.
