Great hotel! Located in the heart of the Ottoman Empire, most of the attractions are within walking distance. Near the port, tram, metro. You can get anywhere in Istanbul. The staff is amazing, they will always tell you and come to the rescue, our shower was leaking, but the administrator Timur fixed the leak with lightning speed. You can always ask for help with choosing walks and excursions! Rooms are cleaned on demand, everything is clean. The rooms are not large, but in general they are only needed for overnight stays! The rest was wonderful! Every morning for breakfast you go to the upper floor to the terrace, where you can already say "Good morning, Istanbul!" The only point is the breakfasts, the cheeses are all very salty, the assortment is too small in the form of hot dishes. Thank you so much for the rest! çok teşekkür ederim!
In principle, a normal hotel if you are going to Istanbul for a couple of days.
There is everything you need and at a reasonable price. There are Russian-speaking staff, so there will be no problems with solving the issues. The most important advantage is the location. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions, if necessary, and public transport stops are at hand.
The hotel itself, of course, has something that could be improved. But we must understand that then the price is likely to rise, so let everything stay there as it is.
The hotel has 6 floors, on the 6th floor there is a terrace where breakfast takes place, I thought the view would be better. I booked an economy without a window, it's better to pay extra and order with a window. The room is very small, it was very stuffy in it, so I always turned on the air conditioner. There was no kettle in the room, which is very bad. Regarding cleaning, it is not included in the price, you need to pay for it separately. This is one of the disadvantages. Pros: there are two Russian-speaking administrators Timur and the second administrator, the girl did not ask for the name. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosques, Gulhane Park and the tram stop. By tram you can get to the Galata Tower, the port of Eminenyu, as well as to the Aksaray metro. Havaist buses depart from Aksaray Metro Station to the new airport every 30 minutes) About breakfast: no porridge, boiled eggs, omelet, pancakes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, olives, olives, thick yogurt, butter, jam, cornflakes, from
there was a large selection of sweets, there was even honey from honeycombs, tea bags, as well as Turkish brewed tea, lemonade, salads, two types of bread, there was even a vegetable stew, fruits:melon, orange, apples. You won't stay hungry. A normal hotel for 3 stars, so I put 5 stars. Staff
they are responsive, polite, and will help with any question. I recommend. I did not book excursions, because I know where and what is located)
A great little hotel. Right in the old town, within walking distance of the historical sights of Istanbul. Attentive and helpful staff! Special thanks to the manager Timur! Thank you for your professionalism! Next time I will go only to this hotel.
The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is small, but cozy, clean. The staff is always ready to help. They mostly speak English. The breakfasts are hearty, you will not stay hungry.
The hotel is old, but well maintained. The beds are comfortable, clean, and the breakfasts are edible.
Very polite staff, nice guys.
The location is great if you are in Istanbul for 2-3 days.
We've been there for 7 days and are a little tired of the noise.
But the overall impression is super positive.
The hotel is nice, very clean and cozy. The rooms are small, but for two, it's fine for 3-5 days. We had a room with a balcony. Water, unlimited tea, minibar for money. The breakfasts are good, except for coffee. It is located on a wonderful, quiet street, but a taxi does not always reach it, since it is pedestrian. But these are small things, there is a tram, metro, train station nearby. The sights are within walking distance. Cafes, of course, are very expensive, but we went for a walk and ate for a normal price.
A good hotel, the breakfasts are good and delicious, there are attractions nearby, a tram stop, a huge variety of restaurants and shops, good service, helpful staff, always smiling guys.
The hotel is located in the historical part of the city. I went out, walked for two or three minutes: and here is Gulkhane Park, and next to it is the Sultan Topkapi Palace, a little more - and Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square, and the Blue Mosque open. Nearby there are restaurants with Turkish cuisine, souvenir shops, a tram stop (who needs to go to the other shore of the Golden Horn Bay).
The staff is polite, attentive, there are Russian speakers. We had breakfast (buffet) on the sixth floor, overlooking the quarter. Everything is delicious and fresh. Besides coffee, coffee is weak. It's better to take tea, it's tart and invigorating.
The rooms are good, for the price. But be prepared for the evening noise outside the window (there is no complete sound insulation). However, the key to a good sleep is to walk well during the day. Then no noise is a hindrance.
In general, the main advantage is the convenient location. And there are no special disadvantages.
Excellent, cozy (compact)) The hotel is located on a quiet street in the old part of Istanbul. The main attractions are within walking distance. Pleasant, polite staff, excellent English speakers and slightly worse in Russian)) I recommend it
Excellent location: in the tourist center, but not noisy. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are quite good, albeit rather monotonous. Of the cons: the room (5th floor) was quite old, small and stuffy.
A cozy, small hotel in the heart of the Fatih district. Excellent service, clean rooms, good breakfast and maximum convenient accessibility to all attractions! There is a tram nearby. I recommend.
The hotel is excellent, very clean, the breakfasts are excellent, delicious, although not particularly varied. At the reception, the Russian-speaking administrator Timur explained everything and told me.Very convenient location. Overall 5+!!!
No disadvantages have been noticed. Great location. The hotel is renovated, everything is fresh. Cleanliness, beauty. Cleaning is daily. Friendly staff, try to help when contacting. Decent breakfasts. In general, we were satisfied with everything.
A good hotel for its level. Located in the center . A big plus is that there is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception and in the area around the hotel they speak Russian in restaurants). The staff is polite. The room is clean, the breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat something. We liked it.
A wonderful hotel. I booked a month before the trip, the prices for accommodation were cheaper than others in the same area. I didn't lose my choice. A cozy, clean room. For breakfast, omelets, boiled eggs, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, sausages, desserts, fruits (orange and apple) are provided as standard. We took an excursion from the hotel to the Princes' Islands. There was no excitement. Ships depart from the marina to the same islands for a lower price. The main attractions are within walking distance. We also walked to Istiklal Street. I will also recommend Yildiz Park. It is not popular among tourists, as it is far from the center. On the sixth day of my stay, I wanted a new location.
In general, I liked the hotel, there are rooms with a balcony, the location is convenient (both attractions and public transport stops), the breakfasts are quite good (there are no cereals, if anyone likes them, I do not eat them and their absence did not bother me). At the reception, an iron, scales for luggage and even a film to wrap suitcases are provided on request. The service is excellent, even tea will be offered on the respeshne) many thanks to Timur, the hotel administrator, he speaks excellent Russian, is responsive and very welcoming) for all questions on the subject and off the subject, we went to him) I highly recommend this hotel
The friendly staff will meet you and help you carry your suitcase to your room, as well as clean it at your request, feed you a delicious breakfast (be sure to try a Russian salad - like olivier with pasta instead of potatoes). You can easily reach all the tourist places of Istanbul - Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Galt Tower, Egyptian and Grand Bazaars, etc. Of the disadvantages, it can probably be noted that communications passed through the room and the sound of drained water sometimes caused confusion.
The hotel is not bad, there is no transport on the street, a quiet place during the day.The Russian-speaking manager Timur and the girl (I did not remember the name) are always ready to help, very kind!
One of the disadvantages is the old furniture. There is also a renovation in the neighboring hotel nearby - they make noise all night, it was impossible to sleep. But I hope it won't last long)
The staff is wonderful and helpful, many speak Russian. It is within walking distance to many places of interest, not a bad breakfast. Affordable price, I recommend it for travel!!!
Here are just 5 stars. Thank you very much for the comfortable room, for the hospitality, for the delicious breakfasts on the terrace. I really liked that our window looked out onto the street, where there are restaurants and garlands.
A small but cozy hotel. It is located near the most interesting places in Istanbul. The staff is responsive. The rooms are small, but nice and cozy. The breakfasts are standard for Istanbul, without much variety, but delicious. Only you need to take a room with a balcony, as there is a room without windows in the hotel. I don't really imagine how to live in a room without windows - air conditioning is good, of course, but sometimes I just want to open the window and ventilate.
The hotel is not bad for overnight stays. The rooms are very compact. Everything is clean, cleaned at your request - if you hang a sign. The breakfasts are good - omelette, eggs, cheeses, sausages, olives, croissants, tea, coffee.
I really liked the hotel. There was a small "jamb" - my friend and I were put in a room with one bed, although it was stated that 2 separate beds were needed. The next day we were offered to move into a 3-bed room. The third bed was made as a sofa. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Timur. However, the other receptionists were very friendly (Google translator to help everyone). The breakfasts are great. Fruits/vegetables/cheeses ...It is impossible to list everything. And every day some new dish is added.
For the first time in Istanbul, the hotel is very cool and beautiful. The staff is polite ❤️there are a lot of attractions nearby))) We will definitely come back to you 😊
For 3 stars, the hotel is very good, there is a small refrigerator in the room, an electric kettle, sugar tea bags for free, tea cups that are very convenient, the rooms are small but clean, beautiful, modern with air conditioning, breakfast on the 6th floor, a view of the roofs of houses, the buffet is quite varied but not too much.Russian-speaking staff at the reception, near the Park and tram stop, the location is convenient, almost the center, there are economy rooms without Windows, will be attentive when booking!
The hotel is within walking distance of the attractions. For just spending the night, there are a lot of cafes nearby from this to 12 noisy. I have paddy wagons on the top floor. Everything is decent.
A very nice, small, cozy hotel in the old part of the city. Clean. Wonderful breakfasts. They clean on demand, we didn't need to. We only came to spend the night. The location is excellent. All the sights are nearby: 5-10 minutes walk. If we ever come to Istanbul again, we will stay here.
There is everything you need, but the hotel is already in need of renovation. A huge plus is the Russian-speaking staff, special thanks to the porter Timur, who helped us a lot
I liked everything. Nice rooms, everything is clean and tidy. The hotel staff helped with any questions that arose. There were no problems or complaints.
Thanks!
Good location, helpful staff, service is not bad, excellent breakfasts, delicious tea at any time. Room 201 with a balcony is very cramped, but you don't spend a lot of time there, so it doesn't bother you much. Cleaning is carried out only on demand, it is cleaned well
The hotel is 3 stars. No frills, but the optimal price-quality ratio. Russian is spoken at the reception. Moreover, some people say so that you will not suspect a foreigner. Breakfasts are good, little meat, lots of cheese, lots of greens, vegetables 🙂
We took a room with a balcony, more expensive, it is very small, it is impossible to wash, there is no passage, the balcony is correspondingly small. There is no breakfast, but this is possible in many hotels, there is no assortment, there is nothing to eat, the sausage is paper. The staff is good, helped with the eviction and cancellation. If Yandex had been able to write them a letter in 24 hours, it would have been canceled very quickly. But Yandex could not and the money was returned less
The hotel is located next to the metro and the breakfast is very tasty, but there is very little room in the room, the staff are helpful. But no cleaning was done on the day of departure.
We visited this hotel in September. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, speak Russian, helped with excursions. The breakfasts are great, especially scramble
The hotel is located in the heart of the old district.the room is clean and tidy. Thanks more to Timur at the reception he will explain everything and tell you

A nice hotel with great friendly staff in the lobby, bar and restaurant!
With their attention, they manage to overshadow all the existing shortcomings (insignificant) of the hotel and make your stay incredibly comfortable! It is thanks to them that I want to return to this wonderful, but imperfect hotel again. I would especially like to note the high professionalism of the hotel administrator Timur! He envelops the guests with his attention and care! Timur, thank you so much for your hospitality, and of course the delicious always freshly brewed Turkish tea🤝 You are a professional in your field! You are the best!🏆 Thank you!!!
Important☝️The key sights of Istanbul are located near the hotel!Have a great rest for everyone

Great hotel.. It is perfectly located - everything is within walking distance. Two people at the reception speak Russian. There are rooms with a balcony, there are rooms without windows (This is the norm for Istanbul). Delicious breakfasts eight types of cheeses, four olives, omelette, juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, pastries, fruits and vegetables.
An excellent budget hotel that earns its money 100% is located in a wonderful place literally within walking distance from it you can visit the Egyptian market Sultan's Palace Sultan Ahmed Square all within a radius of 10-15 minutes
The advantage is that it is located in the center on a busy street. There is life nearby and many cafes. The disadvantage is that the very small rooms are slightly larger than a double bed. But if the hotel is only needed to get laid after returning from a walk, then it's fine.
