The staff is good, there is a private cafe, the food is delicious and not very expensive. We rented a triple room, inside there was air conditioning, a freezer, a TV, a shower and a toilet. There is also Wi-Fi in all traditions of all establishments in Abkhazia. In addition, it is an absolute plus that the hotel is located next to the sea. And if you still want to go somewhere, then there is a public ring nearby where you can take a trolleybus or bus. In the room itself, there is only a nuance that condensation ran from the air conditioner from the intense heat outside, but there is a basin inside, which solves the problem. As a result, you get all this in the capital, and even for very adequate money.

I periodically relax in this hotel, close to all locations ( sea, market, lighthouse, ) the staff is good, there is a dining room, its own, its own minimarket, everything is decent, linen is changed 1 r in 3 days , cleaning every day , everything is in the room ( TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, dishes, hairdryer, shower and so on) I had a rest in September 2024. 👍

We had a rest in July 2024. The room was for two on the third floor. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, table, dishes, even a safe, there was a shower in the bathroom of our room, others have a bathtub (when choosing a room, specify if it is essential), a hairdryer, two large towels and two small ones. The rooms are clean. Cleaning was carried out every three days, towels were changed if necessary, the garbage was taken out every day. The hotel has its own dining room, a varied menu, reasonable prices, a bar, a shop, a fruit and vegetable shop. Iron with ironing board on the ground floor, laundry - 300 rubles. There is a smoking area on each floor for smokers. The staff is polite, friendly, organized excursions, special thanks to Laura. The sea is a three-minute walk away. The beach is quiet, without entertainment. All entertainment can be found in the center, 20 minutes slowly along the embankment. Deck chairs for 200 rubles. The central market is a 30-minute walk away. A taxi from the market to the hotel is from 150 to 300, who knows what. We liked everything! I recommend it!

The worst thing is the nutrition.For breakfast - a thin slice of bread and a piece of cheese.Everywhere they give bread in abundance, but here there is a shortage, and even thin ones.Shamefully. Porridges are sweet in autumn, usually served without sugar, they themselves already add sugar if desired.The dry ration was given-2 pieces of bread, 1 piece of tiny cheese, 2 eggs, cheesecakes.For breakfast, everyone was given a glaze of 2 eggs, and here 1 egg was allocated.We rested in Tsandripsh, there was no such economy even on bread-the pieces were cut normal and bread was in abundance.

A wonderful hotel, small and very cozy. The rooms are clean, the linen sets are changed in three days.The staff is polite and hospitable. The sea is nearby, visible from the window. There is a dining room at the hotel. They cook very tasty. The portions are MUCH larger. With children, you can safely take one for two. There is a cozy courtyard with tables where you can also sit.
The hotel cooperates with travel agencies, you can book excursions. They pick it up and bring it right to the gate. There is a shop and a fruit stand nearby.

We were vacationing with a group of 40 people and faced very unpleasant situations:
1) the door lock jammed and the administration did not come up with anything better than to take money from the guys, with the argument that they broke it! Although the lock is not new and our guys are neat!
2) a towel was missing from the dryer and the couple was charged 1000 rubles for a small hand towel
3) my friend and I also paid for a small towel 1000rubles, which miraculously disappeared after "cleaning" the room (in quotes because there is no cleaning, someone comes while you are away and takes a bag of garbage, THAT's IT ((!!! No towel change, no room cleaning, nothing!!! But the loss (

Minus the dining room, it's not tasty, everything is very slow. If you get to the third floor, then in order to dry a towel or bathing things, you need to go to the second floor, since there is nothing in the room to dry clothes. In the bathroom, the electric dryer is only for visibility, it does not work. The mesh on the window does not hold, it constantly falls out, mosquitoes fly in. The rating for the hotel is three. For the amount that we paid for a day's stay, the hotel did not meet expectations at all.

We lived on the ground floor opposite the canteen, everything is fine. Most importantly, the room has EXCELLENT sound insulation (I did not expect it).
There is a dining room inside the hotel (prices are basically the same as in Russia).
Minus - there is no pool (although I saw somewhere on the advertising brochures that there is, do not be fooled, it is not there).

To drink tea - it was necessary to go down from the 3rd floor to ask to put the kettle on. After 5-7 minutes, go down to pick up. Then do not forget to return it back. There is no kitchen. The dining room is not working. For 3 days, no one cleaned the room, bed linen / towels were not changed - the request to clean the room and change the bed linen was refused. Hygiene products are of poor quality. There is no service! If you want to spoil your vacation for yourself and your family, come to Calypso!

Only when choosing a room, keep in mind that there are attic rooms on the third floor, not a straight ceiling, so there is an option to meet the ceiling with your head. Very close to the beach. The sea was visible from our room. The only thing that made me worry was parking, the hotel has its own parking lot, which is quite modest.

Polite girls at the reception. The rooms are clean. Everything you need is there, towels, soap, shampoos, 1 pc.per person. There is a TV (although there is only 1 channel from Russia), quite large. There were not enough sockets 😏 there were three of us in the room, there were 6 sockets in total, 5 in the room and 1 in the bathroom. Of the 5 sockets, we occupy a refrigerator, a TV, a heater (we were at Ng, there is no heating there in principle). That leaves 2....at least fight when, after returning from excursions, everyone needs to charge their phone)))) Take a small tee for convenience)
They clean up the garbage every day, but they don't wash the floors.

There are no coolers in the hotel, there is no kettle in the room, that is, there is nowhere to pour water and there is also nowhere to warm it. The owner is extremely unfriendly, as are all the staff. The food in the dining room is not delicious, they didn't even put butter in the porridge. We ate all 10 days in other cafes. The room was drained from the toilet, the administrator was told, but no measures were taken to fix the breakdown. The whole room stank. It was forbidden even to enter the hotel on a children's scooter. The horror!!!

The girl in charge of the dining room is unfriendly, for the sugar bowl and salt, which was taken in the dining room and placed on the dining room table on the street, she made remarks, you can not take salt without asking. For breakfast, porridge, cheesecakes, casseroles with so much sugar that even the children did not eat (this is not only our opinion. When asked not to put so much sugar, they said everyone likes it. As a result, we ate an omelet every day. The prices are restaurant prices. The soup is 120 rubles on average.
